My recent visit to the Dollar Tree left me with mixed feelings. While the store's staff were notably pleasant and helpful, the overall cleanliness and organization of the establishment left much to be desired.Navigating through cluttered aisles and shelves, it was evident that cleanliness was not a top priority. Dusty corners and misplaced items contributed to a chaotic atmosphere, detracting from the shopping experience.However, despite the disarray, I was pleased to find that the items I needed were in stock—a rarity at many Dollar Tree locations. This aspect salvaged the trip, as the convenience of finding what I was looking for outweighed the shortcomings in presentation.In conclusion, while the store's cleanliness and organization fell short of expectations, the friendly staff and availability of stock were redeeming qualities. With some attention to tidiness, this Dollar Tree could greatly improve its appeal to customers seeking both affordability and a more pleasant shopping environment.

A very convenient location , easily accessible store. Located near to produce junction and so the parking to dollar tree is all might be occupied by the produce customer 😌, but you will get the parking anyways. Selection of products were good , but still feels like there is a space for improvement of production selection while comparing other similar stores. This locations served its purpose for many. Most of the times their racks are full and maintained well, but my last visit feels like things are all over place (but not all racks). Usually party section is not tidy. Sunday paper is best deal of all. I negatedthe staffing attentiveness , since it was Sunday evening 6 and only one staff was there. Will come back again for sure.

This dollar tree is in the Exton area on Pottstown pike closer to exton produce junction. This is usually a dollar tree setup with good value for the moneyThe parking is shared and ample. Store as such is moderate size but has the stuff you need on a dollar tree. I was looking for party items and the selection is good. Checkout is quick and friendly.!!!

Very poor service from Cashier, with bad attitude when asked for extra plastic bag after buying 10 items .. I asked to pay her extra for plastic bag but she didn’t even reply ..no customer service .. ..

We stopped in on Sunday, 7/30/23 @4:30. My daughter needed one item for 1.25. I did not want to use my card, so I got her change from my car. When we got to the register, I apologized for the change and explained why I was using it. My daughter handed it to her and she slammed it down on the belt to count it. She was so visibly angry that I walked out before I said something inappropriate.

This place has gone into the dumps. Both employees tonight were lazy, ignorant, and confrontational for no reason other than their own entitlement and entertainment.And the prices are higher than anywhere else on some items. I mean anywhere, Walmart, Amazon, Home Depot.It was nuts. It is sad since I'll miss going, but goodbye to bad rubbish.

I don’t shop here often but loved the senior grandma who waited on me. She put in the effort by styling herself, hair was done, lipstick and blush on her cheeks. I was so happy that she had somewhere to go and something to look forward to. Please management, staff and customers, treat her kind and treat her well it’s a privilege to have someone her age in the workforce. I work at a nursing home and to see a senior being active and working makes my heart happy.

The happy birthday one was bought yesterday and filled by the staff on site.It is absolutely useless until the birthday. recommend to only take the prefilled ones.

The lady with the glasses and discolored bun working around 7:40pm 12/16 could use a lesson in customer service. There was NO ONE in FOUR cashier lanes, so of course I go to POLITELY ask for someone to come ring me up. She comes storming up & by the time I get to the register, she gives a snarky, passive aggressive comment about how she has work to do & can't stand around the register all day. Is ringing someone up at the register NOT considered working as well? It's holiday season - spread cheer, not bitterness. I don't know what your problem was, but hopefully your season gets better or you find a new job

Sadly, this store looks like it needs a good cleaning. Boxes to be stocked are everywhere. Also, there was only one overwhelmed cashier with a long line. I felt bad for her, as she really needed help, but there were no other employees to be found?? Please fix this store for your customers AND employees.

Terrible management of the store. Boxes to be stocked everywhere, long lines every time I go in this particular store. Even though other employees are there walking around doing something(not sure what), only one register is ever open. How is the one person running the only open register also the person in charge of balloons?

This store used to be very nice and clean. I went in recently and was horrified. I can’t believe they are permitted to sell food here. It’s disgusting - dirt all over the floors, merchandise thrown everywhere - unacceptable. The Phoenixville Dollar Tree is the complete opposite, I recommend going there instead.

This store has almost no employees. It's no wonder that it is virtually a mess. Shelves & displays in disarray, inventory is low on many items, floors are filthy. For a refreshing change, try their store in Lincoln Court in Frazer!

Very bad experience here. Cashier scolded me for asking someone to come to register to check out the 5 people deep line. Hello!!! What are you there for??? Are you interested in collecting the money for the goods or not.

Thins are always in disarray/unorganized here. I do usually find what I need, but would like to see it cleaner and the employees a bit more focused on customers rather than each other. Pretty good store I guess...just needs some tweeking

Manger very rude no respect for customer. On the night of 7/29/17 had an accident at home and needed some household supply. After driving like crazy I arrive in at the store at 20:54 the door was close I knocked The manager came to the door after seeing who I was walk away saying I'm close it's 9pm she then took her phone out to look at the time even showed it to me by then it was saying 20:58.

One of the worst store i have ever been too. The cashier is very rude and scold people unnecessarily. Cashier is very unprofessional and requires some sort of coaching on how to treat customers.I will never visit this store again.
