This was our first time having our dog groomed here. We had previously taken our friendly, but nervous yorkie to a pet store to be groomed. They did an okay job, but our dog hated being there. It was loud and overwhelming and he couldn’t wait to leave. He was so calm when I dropped him off at Cleopetras. It was so quiet and the owners were so kind- he warmed up right away to them. He was happily running around with a few other dogs when I picked him up and he looked adorable with his fresh cut! I highly recommend this place!

Cleopatras was absolutely awesome! They were able to get my pup in quickly. The main focus was the comfort of my dog which is a top priority for me when finding a groomer. The service was great and they did everything I asked for. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here and I’ll definitely be returning!

Jennifer is a pleasure to deal with! Both of my pomeranians are a bit skitzy but they love being pampered at Cleopetra's Grooming. Their cuts are beautifully done by Jen. She also trims their nails along with the grooming.It sounds funny but as typical females, they are both perkier after their visit. The place is spotless & very professional. Jen is a great communicator as well as being extremely patient with my fur babies. I will never go anywhere else!

We love, love, love Cleopatra ‘s Hazel’s been going there for three or four years now to get groomed and they’re always wonderful and very aware of Hazel’s little quirks and they deal with !And Hazel looks amazing every time she comes out of there!

This was my first time bringing my dog to Cleopetra's. I've already booked her next appointment! Jennifer and Tony were both really nice, personable, and professional. The inside of the salon was cute and clean. Jennifer did an amazing job with my dog's haircut. Highly recommend!

This was my first time going here since our other groomer retired. They were so warm and welcoming and took great care of my dog. Her hair cut looked great and when I picked her up I saw her following around the groomer like she does with me at home! It was so sweet! Would definitely recommend them!

My husband and I recently moved to the area and were in need of a groomer for our long hair mini-dachshund, Charlie. I found Cleopetra's from a quick web search and decided to give it a try based on the many positive reviews. Well, Cleopetra's did not disappoint! As soon as I walked in, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel comfortable leaving Charlie there for his grooming. When I picked Charlie up, he looked amazing! The grooming services exceeded my expectations. I will certainly be taking Charlie back to Cleopetra's! :)

Cleopetra's Grooming did an outstanding job on my dog, Frankie. Due to illness on my part, he badly needed a good de-shedding and trim. Cleopetra's did an amazing and job and worked tirelessly to make him look incredible. His picture shows how good he looks and how proud his new look made him feel. I would recommend them to anyone.

We took our puppy here for his first grooming. What a fabulous place! When scheduling Bear, they wanted to make sure that they had plenty of time to devote to him, so that he would have a positive first experience. And he did! When I went to pick him up, he did not want to come home. His nails were cut and he looked and smelled fantastic.The owners took care of him, as if he were their own puppy. Lots of love and quality work. We will definitely continue to visit Cleopetra's.

I just love the owners of Cleopetra’s Grooming! They do fabulous work and provide a calm and loving environment for the animals. This grooming salon is also exceptionally clean! When I tell my boys that they are going to Cleos to get a bath... they really get excited! It is hard to find a groomer that you can trust! I completely trust Jen and Tony with the care of my dogs in that they will be taken care of with love and patience. And they return home to me looking fabulous and happy! They are open! My Fiance and I were so upset when Cleopetra's had to close their doors. We love everything about this place! I called just last week and they were able to fit my two pups in the same week! I have been taking my pups here for just about 3 years now and they always do a fantastic job. Every time they are responsive and professional. I love their location and won't take my pups to another place!!

What a wonderful experience for our little nervous bundle of fluff!! I have never had a groomer take the time to sit and comfort our tiny pooch to calm her down before an appointment. That simple gesture goes beyond good customer service. I was impressed after the phone call to set up our first visit and their philosophy of care clearly evident the moment we walked into the salon. Our little Bella not only looked beautiful, she looked happy as well!

This was my first time going to Cleopetra's and it was a GREAT experience! The owners took the time to ask questions about my two dogs and also explained their process. So glad I found Cleopetras and Jennifer!! My wire fox terrier has never looked this good. He will be 2 years old in August and I have been to a handful of groomers who didn't have a clue on how to groom a terrier. She is passionate about her work, loves animals, and spends quality time working on your pet. I HIGHLY recommend her!!

I was looking for a groomer while my groomer was laid up. I had 2 dogs that needed groomed. It was very nerve wracking trying to find someone new who would take care of my boys like my regular groomer does. I found Cleopatra'd while I searched and was so glad I did . I loved the way the salon was set up and the boys looked great and were happy . It was great for them to play and interact with other dogs. You can tell the groomers are real dog people and I feel confident that my boys are taken care of. I give them a 5+ rating !!!!

Our doggie always leaves Cleopetra’s beautifully groomed and very happy! Unlike the more commercial places, she is never overly stressed/sensitive after a session. It’s a very friendly and calm environment, and the dogs feel it.

I have an extremely furry, large Golden Retriever. His coat has been unruly & fuzzy. Several trips to different groomers, never got to the root of the problem. Until I took him to Cleopetra's!!! They took the time to figure out what was needed & then did it. He needed a good stripping of dead fur! He looked fantastic when I picked him up!! And he clearly loved the groomers & Cleopetra's. He even went back to give a kiss to the wonderful woman that made him beautiful! The fact that he can be loose, while waiting his turn & not in a crate is fantastic! The owners clearly love & care about dogs!! They were professional, loving & the place is immaculate!!! Bodie clearly was relaxed & for the first time, had a great time being groomed. He was quite proud of himself!! Cleopetra's is the only Groomers, that will take care of my Bodie pup!!! Highly, highly recommend Cleopetra's!!! 😊

We are extremely happy with the grooming that our dog Kelly receives from Jennifer. Kelly looks absolutely beautiful after every visit! Jennifer is obviously a pro, but she is also friendly and flexible, asking for our input every time we bring Kelly in. We've been to other groomers, but they don't come anywhere near Jennifer's high standard of work and professionalism. The amazing thing is that Jennifer charges about the same as other groomers who are of much lower quality.

Cleopetra's is such a nice calm environment. My dog is little, and easily overwhelmed by other dogs. These folks were sensitive to that, and gave her a great grooming, too. See you soon.

I have taken my yorkie here three times now. I have taken her to one other groomer. When she is done getting a bath and trim here she looks like a yorkie and is very happy. I have not taken my other dogs here yet but will definitely try here first. I’m not in love with it, but the staff is friendly and for the price you get a good deal.

I took my dog for the second time few months apart and was charged a significantly higher amount for the same service request. The dog gets brushed regularly at home. The undercoat was brushed literally 2 days before the grooming appointment! When I called for explanation I was told that it was more work and when asked for more detail, there was no proper explanation other than that is the rate. The job was poorly done and left incomplete. Disappointed

I brought my Morkie and my American Cocker Spaniel to Cleopetras to be groomed for the first time. The owner was pleasant and did a fantastic job on our dogs. Super clean shop, friendly staff-great job. I’ll be returning!

Every time I take our Golden Retriever to Cleopetra’s, he comes out looking perfect. His cut is perfect! The appointments are always on time and the cost is very reasonable.
