200% Best customer service!! I ordered my granite through Lowe’s, big mistake. Josh at BC STONE was GREAT!! Long story short wrong color of granite was installed and Josh said from the beginning they would make it right. He had great communication, went online live and picked out my new countertops. Josh had Tristan and Chris out in no time and they had the tops on and did a great job!! I would buy through them directly if I need countertops in the future. I will tell everyone …. They have the best customer service!! Thank you all so much!!! I love my countertops!!!

Such a great experience working with BC Stone. We ordered our counters through Lowe's and BC Stone did the template and install (counter was fabricated by different company). The communication was timely every step of the way, and all of the workers were extremely friendly and helpful. Our existing cabinets are pretty unlevel but Cory and Jonah did their best to make it work, and it turned out beautifully. And the seams look great!! They also made sure to get our admittedly oversized sink to fit!!

We purchased our countertops through Lowe's and had B.C. Stone install them... They did an amazing job! Communication was spot on, scheduling was a breeze, and our countertops arrived quick! Communication was lousy, template measurements were way off. Installers put huge hole in drywall. Materials took 5 months to arrive and butcher block counter back splash piece had a huge scratch in it. Bc stone and Lowe’s did nothing to make it right.. never use this company!! They got their money and ran.

BC stone was used to install quartz countertops which they did then put in the backsplash in doing so they scratch the countertops and scratch my brand new kitchen countertops. Also scratched and dropped glue on my brand new floor. They refused to drill holes in my Quartz for my exhaust fan. The manage tried telling me that my cabinet installers and myself caused this damage. They came to fix their damage and tried to remove my stove which they couldn’t move without damaging. Told me they were going outside to make a phone call and drove off. Stay away from them. And, Wren kitchens who subcontracted them and told me “ that I have a functioning kitchen”

They did an excellent job with our countertops. The seams were in the best places possible and they made sure that it was all perfect. The installers were professional and also befriended our dog...lol.

They have been the worse company to deal with during a Kitchen remodel. They install counter tops, didn’t finish the job. Left the island which was suppose to be one piece came in two. Also the didn’t cut enough holes in the countertop for my sink finishes. So I have been with out water. When they schedule the correction they didn’t show up I wish I could live a zero star review

They were great at communicating before instalation, and Mario and Robert were very friendly and professional,they left everything clean and the countertops look even better than i thought they would, the seam is completely invisible. We are so happy with them and we are hoping to have them back to do our bathroom soon.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! Communication was horrible. My countertop has the seam down the middle of the most prominent area and they will not correct it. I purchased this thru Lowe’s and neither company will stand behind their product. I will not use Lowe’s or BC stone again and would caution anyone else to not use this company either. Poor quality!

This company absolutely sucks I've been dealing with these people for 3 months now they've ruined my countertop and a kitchen cabinet by sending some idiot to my house to fix the problem and what's he do ruins my countertop and cuts into my brand new cabinet and I questioned him about it and he said it's okay you'll never see it. So i get a phone call saying that the replacement countertop was delivered to Lowes so I go to pick it up and it's cut 10" to short and the sink hole is not cut right again. So what kind of people work for this company?

I had purchased counter tops at Lowes in Johnstown PA, the guys that did the install were very knowledgeable and professional they made sure that all my cabinet drawers and appliance doors were able to open and close without catching and that everything was level. Aaron, and Eli did a great job everything looks great! Thanks again guys great job!!😁

We had an excellent experience with BC Stone. We picked out at Lowes and placed the order. We were contacted quickly to get a template done and were put on the schedule. The designer came out and did an awesome job measuring and designing the counters. About a week later we were given an install date. Tim and Don showed up and did a fantastic job installing our counters. They were tidy, professional, and cleaned everything up. They did an amazing job. Frankly, I'm jealous of their caulking skill! Definitely puts me to shame. Overall, we had an amazing experience with BC Stone. Highly recommended.

Stone and myself regarding the scheduling for measurements and install was excellent. Derek and Kyle were the installers. They were prompt, professional, and did an amazing job! I highly recommend B.C. Stone. You will not be disappointed.

I recently purchased counter tops from BC through Lowes. The BC process was quick, precise and easy. They are the go to place for counters. Installers were efficient and polite. Great job. The only change I would make next time is to omit Lowe's from the process. Lowe's will cash your check and ignore any issues you have.

I’m having such a horrible experience with this company. I called every other day to get any updates about my countertop order but every time I hear “Project manager will give you a call back” and I have NEVER got any call back for the last four weeks.I paid for the countertop in early July. The bc stones came to measure on July 21. Ever since then I heard nothing from them.It is so frustrating not knowing any details and estimated date of installation. Today is September 13 already. It’s been more than 2 months of horrible inconvenience living with no countertop and water in the kitchen.I wish at least to know some estimated time for installation just to plan.Extremely disappointed with bc stones ignorance and not giving any information.

I want to start out by saying the installers were great! I would highly recommend Jesse & Dustin! Now on to the part where we had discovered our sink could not be under mounted with our countertop. Up until the install we thought we were getting our sink under mounted. The manager said it was disgust with us that it could not be under mounted. That was not true. I called Lowes and they had record of them calling Lowes to make the change. Lowes also did not contact us to let us know of the change. They did credit our account for the chance. The moral of the story is bad communication between BC Stone, Lowes & us. All said and done everything looks great and we are happy with the end result. I would just caution everyone once someone comes to measure your countertop be sure to call both places to verify you will be receiving everything you had wanted and signed for. Again I can't say enought good things about the installers Jesse & Dustin hope you have these two guys doing your install.

We bought a quartz top from BC Stone for our new kitchen. The install guys seemed nice and the job looked good enough, but I was surprised how visible the seam was. Since this was our first experience with quartz, I accepted that thats normal for these tops. A few days later we heard a loud crack from the kitchen. Come to find, out the seam had come apart. My wife had baked some bread, took the warm ( not hot) loaves out of the pans and placed them on a double layer of towels to cool near the seam ( which happens to be right next to the stove) which apparently caused the seam to come apart.They sent someone out to fix it. They filled up the crack with epoxy and said it should be good. A few days later my. Wife made some food in an electric crock pot on the countertop near the seam and the top came apart again.They sent someone back to once again fill the crack with epoxy and told us not to place anything warm on that section of counter. ( Over 5 thousand dollars for a top we can’t place even a warm loaf of bread on) I understand not placing hot pans and such on it, but not even an electric crock pot or warm loaves of bread?The seam now looks worse than it ever did. Epoxy was smeared along the seam and some places it isn’t filled completely and feels rough when sliding a hand across it.Will probably go with another company the next time.
