This review is for best choice trailers not turner. Best choice is using the Turner location to sell trailers. We worked with Ethan. My wife and I purchased a 5x8 enclosed trailer and a 7x22 car hauler. Trailers are great and so was Ethan. Ethan is a new salesman. Keep this in mind. He told us that we would have to go to a title transfer place so that we can register and get plates on both trailers. But what we were not told is that it would cost us $190 per trailer to do the title and plates. On top of this we needed to bring both trailers in so they could verify the vin. Also the would need inspected because the trailers do not come with a title. Overall it cost us an additional $1100 for taxes, title and registration. While everyone there was very nice Best Choice needs to do everything in house so that their customers don’t waste half a day doing the taxes, title and inspection.

I recently bought a Big Tex 14LP dump trailer through Turner Tractor. I had a very pleasant no pressure sale through Ethan.I’ve owned it about a week now, and had some parts fail one me. At no fault to turner tractor whatsoever.I am BLOWN away at the level of customer service and satisfaction I received from the whole crew there. Shout out to Austin, Ethan, Zach, the other mechanic I forgot his name, but if you read this you know I’m talking about you. And Ray, the owner. For running an extremely tight operation.They’ve gone above and beyond my expectations to keep me and my trailer working. I’m talking IMMEDIATE responses and immediate action to keep me working.Don’t go anywhere else for your trailers or tractors, you’ll be sorely upset if something fails. I have never experienced a company provide such urgency to get my trailer back to work.Hats off to the whole crew, thank you all.

Great people, easy to work with, and very reasonable prices. This is the homework feel where you feel like you're talking to a friend and not a number. I rented a trailer last minute and they were super accommodating and had something that would fit my needs. The trailer was in really good shape and even had tie down chains with it. Will def go to them first if I need to rent.

I'm new to the whole tractor and Implement business, but I discovered Ray at Turner tractor and have now spent $1,500 or more with him in the last few weeks. He has been very helpful to me, I did not buy my tractor from him but he provides me the time that I need to ask questions and he provides answers in a way that I don't think he's just trying to get rid of me.I honestly have not priced checked him, but because of their personalities and their ability to deal with me, which cannot always be considered an easy task, I will buy all of my implements from this man Ray at Turner tractors.I look forward to buying more this coming spring and possibly upgrading to a larger tractor than the one I have now. When I do, you can guarantee that Turner tractors is where I'll be shopping.

Ray and his staff are 100%Real!!!Extremely knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help any way possible and are genuinely happy to see you. If parts need to be ordered they will call to let you know when they arrive,unlike some places where you get tired of waiting and call for a status and get the guy that is better suited to being a TROLL living under a bridge instead of dealing with the public!! If you're in need of Homeowner or Commercial grade equipment I guarantee you'll be a customer for life.

Wanted to support a local business and saw the great reviews, but found out the hard way to never go back here. I had a hydraulic leak from my tractor, took it to Ray and he assured me he could fix it. $3000 later tractor has the same exact leak. Ray called and said "the situation didn't sit right with him" and that he would "make things right" and ensured we could come to some agreement so I would be happy. After a few calls and several emails he has completely ghosted me. Won't return my calls or emails. $3000 down the drain for nothing!

Ray special ordered my mower and kept me informed of its progress. He called when it arrived and I opted to pick up my mower. The process was quick and efficient as well as informative in that the associate went over the operation and safety items built in. My Badboy was serviced, filled with fuel and ready to go to work. Almost bought a tractor from him a few years ago and I went with a different brand because it had a slightly different setup that worked better for me.I have, however, bought parts from time to time. I’m sure he couldn’t remember me from Adam today, but he looked for the part, and when he didn’t have it, told me of two competitors that might have it.That is why you do business with people like them. I’ve done business with some real shady dealers (think the color green), so it’s nice to be able to trust someone.

I'm a new customer and I couldn't be more pleased. 1) I needed a new trailer, and they carry the brand I was interested in for a great deal. 2) They didn't have the size I needed, so while I waited, then lent me one of their in house trailers! 3) We discovered that a hitch cover that I had installed was rusted into my receiver, but Ray has his guys torch it out, no questions asked! Nothing but great service, and friendly people! I'm eventually going to need some implements for my tractor, and this is the place I'll be going to.

Bought a new tractor for my beagle club a few years ago. President and I searched all over Butler county for the best deal. No need to look any further when we got to Turner Tractor. Great salesman that worked out a great deal! We ended up with a new Massey and a Woods brush hog! They arranged for having the tires filled with a local tire dealer for about 1/2 the normal price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My trailer needed an axle and I called my local dealer where I bought the trailer who informed me he doesn't carry the trailer brand anymore. So after talking to the manufacturer, they directed me to Turner Tractor which is an hour + away from me. I wasn't pleased. Being that I had no choice, I called and talked to Ray. I explained my unfortunate situation and he immediately offered to help in any way he could. Skipping any more detail, Ray had the axle in quickly and the price for an entire axle, hubs, brakes, etc... was a better deal than fixing the existing axle. He loaded me up and I was on my way. Needless to say, I'll be purchasing everything I can from now on from Ray at Turner Tractor, even though they're an hour + away. Rare breed of business. It's worth it for the service alone.

As a local farmers I will not go there again. I purchase a lot of equipment as our business grows. The last purchase I made there was so dishonest, so disrespectful. After an agreement was made, after they said it was ready to be taken, after it was loaded up, after it was paid for, they took parts off the equipment while on the the trailer. As I walked past the office window I overheard him tell other customers that it was me being dishonest. After I was so upset I was already loaded and they had my check, I just took what was left and went home. I do business elsewhere from now on. 20 years I've been doing business there. No more.

I'm a DIY'er, but when I run across something I can't do myself (mounting tires, for instance), these guys have been great. Not only are they friendly, they're quick and inexpensive. "Good, Fast, Cheap - choose any two" doesn't apply here -- one gets all three at Turner's.
