I’ve gone by many times, sometimes with the sign up, others without. I finally dropped by when the open sign was out and walked back to the carriage house to find another open sign. It was locked. Lights looked out in all buildings. Sounds like they’re consistently inconsiderate with this.

The owner was simply lovely and offered up a wonderful conversation on her porch. The store was clean, tidy, and prices were very reasonable. A place to visit often and a valuable asset to Evans city. See you again soon Joyce.

Nice enough people that run the place, but absolutely call ahead. They have posted hours, but are very unreliable about being open during them. Out of 15 times driving past during their posted “open” hours, they were closed 14 of them.Edit: Just went again today during posted hours. Sign said open, lights were off and doors locked.

Looked neat, stopped by during a day of antiquing, no one was there. We rang the bell and waited a few minutes in the rain, no one showed up. It says on google that they were “open”. Not sure what happened. If you’re planning on going here, I would call first.

Just visited today and got some fantastic treasures. The owner was polite and very friendly, even shared a bit of Evans City history. Definitely worth stopping even if you're just looking, nestled in the heart of such a quaint hometown as Evans City.

Wasn’t open during posted hours. Drove all the way there and no one answered the door or phone, and the sign said “open” on the garage. Not professional. Very disappointed.
