ice cream is ice cream of course that is good. but the food is not the hot dogs are cold dogs, the fries under cooked. and if that is Nathan's famous sauce someone sure isn't following the recipe. can get a way better hot dog at sheetz for 2 for a dollar

Brusters is good, don't get me wrong, but I highly recommend going to a different store. We placed an order online, the confirmation text said to park at the sign for pickup. It was near closing time, we were the only car in the lot. Could see the girls inside doing their thing, occasionally looking out at us.Finally my friend had to go up to the window, and the girl said because she didn't have our car information they were waiting on us to come up. 😑 All 5 kids in the car even understood how asinine this was.

Their flavors offer traditional favorites and specialty options unique to Bruster's. They have cones, waffle cones, cups, waffle bowls, sundaes, blasts, freezes, ice cream sandwiches, pup cups, etc. You can also get pints, quarts & half gallons to go. Kids (40 inches & under) get a free cone. Their rewards program allows you to earn points off of your purchases that you can redeem for free ice cream. Also, their made to order pies & cakes are perfect for family, catering, and/or social events.

This place has the best ice cream with fantastic flavors. I could not decided between key lime pie and lemon blueberries. So I had both.Delicious ice cream. Wonderful waffle cones. Wish there was a Bruster's nearby however maybe not it would ruin my diet.Dont deny yourself this treat, it worth the extra reps

Really nice place to visit. Prices are a little high but not unreasonable for what you receive. My wife and I watched as an employee made waffle cones...a first for both of us. Service was excellent, friendly, and fast. A relatively long line to the window was a bummer but our view is that long lines are indicative of a good quality product....we weren't disappointed.Plenty of parking and there a lot of options to choose from on their menu. The facility is clean with ample trash cans when you're done. Just off I-83 at exit 36, it's easy-off and easy-on. We'll be back again.

This place has so many specialty ice cream flavors with a variety of tanginess and sweetness, deals for children, and tables in the back with a newly-renovated patio to relax at. It's a great spot for couples, friends, and families!

I worked here as an adolescent. It was a nice place to work, with fine coworkers, and a boss clearly used to employing teens.I can't recommend eating here, not because I have horror story's of things being gross when I worked there, but because they sell ice cream and hot dogs during just the summertime. No one should really eat ice cream or hot dogs period, but the summer is really when you need a 6 pack so that seems like the worst time to sell those things.Also the music they play over their lamp post speakers basically knocks a whole star off for me.

Good location, plenty of places available to sit down and eat. Ice cream from Brusters has always been good quality ever since I was a kid. Prices are a bit high; comparatively, you could go to the grocery store and get a gallon or two of ice cream for the same price. However, Brusters does offer a nice ambiance and menu selection. Always a great date place. If you can, try to have a coupon on hand. They usually send them out to local residents to keep the customer base coming back.

This is definitely a great place to go for ice cream special orders three different times now every time they've gotten it correct. Staff is friendly, place is clean inside and out, well lit area what more could you ask for.

I love Brusters and this location is no exception. It's not the best spot for a Brusters but there aren't many around so I can't complain. One time I left without getting my change back and didn't realize until I got home. The owner gladly sent me a gift card in the mail with my remaining balance left on it. I really appreciated his dedication to customer service.

Great ice cream and usually new flavors to try. Had the red velvet cake batter and white chocolate oreo last night in a waffle cone - absolutely delicious! Not expensive, plus you can use their app to save more if you are a frequent visitor.

My husband and I went to Bruster's today for an ice cream treat and we both were very disappointed!The ice cream was too soft and the scoop portions were so small!I gave the service person my phone number and was not informed of how much, if any, of a discount that I might have gotten.Bruster's is no longer my favorite ice cream place!

Was just here and paid for a large ice cream which is stated to be 4 scoops. I know how big a scoop is and I barely got 2. Not sure what's changed. Never had issues in the past. I brought it up to the boy serving me and he was rude in his response. Hopefully others have a better experience. I've been going here for many years.

Ice cream is always delicious!! The line takes FOREVER! Sometimes the younger kids working seem like they could have a bit more hustle, considering getting 9 people in line ahead of us took 35 minutes waiting in line.

Great list of flavors for hard serve ice cream! Only one gentleman was working but he served 4 kids and myself efficiently and gave us extra napkins without asking in case of extra mess! Thank you!

I got a dark chocolate chip raspberry ice cream in a waffle cone. Definitely one of the greatest desserts I have ever had. Delicious treats and friendly people too.

I ordered toffee bar crunch and there wasn't one piece of toffee in it. It was just flakes of chocolate. Very disappointing.

Ice cream good, service good. Quit changing your flavors everyday( seems like). We find a flavor we like and go back the NEXT DAY and you don't have it.

Pulled in the parking lot and a male teenage worker yelled out the window at us “yeah, welcome to brusters!” In a sarcastic tone as if he was annoyed he was getting customers. Turned around and left. Not worth it.

Every time we visit the Etters location, the ice cream is so soft it's half melted. This last time we went the kid gave me a broken waffle cone with liquid sea salt caramel. An absolute mess. He claims that is how it is due to the caramel not being able to freeze. The issue is every other location we go to the ice cream is perfect. Not way to soft. We will not be going back.
