No stars. I’m so disappointed in this experience. I’m not expecting 5 star service but common decency. I waited at the drive through, no acknowledgment of my waiting. Someone was working at the window, but they refused to acknowledge me. I used the caller button and she didn’t pick up. Waited, waited, until she was good and ready. It would have been nice to be acknowledged and “I’ll be with you in a few minutes” instead of ignored. She should have moved to assemble her work elsewhere if she was not to help at the window.

Pharmacy plays games with not controlled meds treating them like controlled meds. So when a "refill too soon" doesn't pop up they put it under "pharmacist review" to stop the fill.

Sarah has the best customer services ever. She was a big help in helping me find tampons. I asked Taylor if she can help me, but she ignored me with a attitude. Ugh, Taylor why you gotta be so rude. I was only trying to find some tampons! Thank Sarah, you’re awesome!

I'll keep my 5 star review as long as Sarah is employed there. Without her you'll end up with miserable stories about the other employees but with her.... Sarah can handle anything. You Southold give her off without pay!

Taking my young children to a pharmacy for vaccines was never something I wanted to do. That said, the Pharmacy staff was professional and Andrew was so amazing. I'm grateful for the attention and kindness he showed my little girls. Thank you!

Sarah was a helpful employee the other day, I was shopping and fell and dislocated my shoulder, she helped me up and put it back in place. Helped me finish my shopping and even payed for it. We went to my car and it was dead, she jumped my car and noticed I was very low on gas, she filled up my tank and invited me to friendsgiving..... not only is she the best but she is a saint...!!!!

I'm a new customer at Walgreens W.38th/Peach St pharmacy, having formerly utilized CVS. What a difference, the service and staff at Walgreens is head and shoulders above it's so called competition. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and they actually say say, "May I help you and thank you"...Keep up the great work !!

The service I received from Sarah was impeccable. My water broke, and I didnt even know I was pregnant! Some Hag named Taylor started telling other employees that a really hot girl pee’d herself in the halloween aisle. Sarah jumped into action, literally leaping through the store to gather materials for the birth of my triplets. I named the cute one after Sarah, and the not so cute on after Taylor. I gave the middle one to Sarah because she deserved it after her dedication. She called AND paid for a deluxe uber to take my to the hospital. She saved mine and my babies lives. Taylor is a useless human and shouldnt be working where people may have medical supply questions.

I don't support a store that actively allows their employees to trash talk another employee out in the open for all to hear. Do better. Maybe a retraining on professionalism would be helpful at this store. Such trashy behavior.

I asked Taylor if they sold peach rings, and she shot me! Sarah leaped into action and saved me. She put pressure on the wound, poured rubbing alcohol on it, put a wallet in my mouth and dug the bullet out with some forceps. She then patched me up and even paid for my bag of peach rings. A true saint, give her Christmas off

We were on a trip and had forgotten our med box. We walked into this pharmacy at 9:45 PM on the Sat night of Labor Day weekend--just 15 minutes before close. The pharmacist--Zach--was able to fill short-term prescriptions with ease. He is a compassionate professional. I would go back to this store any time and I recommend it without reservation.

Easy location to access located at the intersection of two main thoroughfares. They have a nice selection of HBC and OTC items, also carry a top notch supply of reading and sunglasses. The clerks are helpful and know the Walgreens reward program well.👍

I went to exchange a defective waterpik today that was purchased last month by my mother as a gift. I didn't have the physical receipt with me but the shift lead on duty at the time was able to return the product for me. My mother sent me a photo of the receipt via text message and it was clear enough for the shift lead to be able to read the numbers above the bar code and pull up the purchase data through their system. They are awesome for working with me to get the item exchanged.

I'll be looking into a new pharmacy in the A.m I've spent 2 days docking around with them , first they filled the wrong script , then they fill it but for the wrong amount, then intentionally leave me on hold for 15 minutes until they closed at 6pm , they did pick the phone up only to immediately hang it up .What's the deal with Pharmacies lately?

I love walgreens, they actually answer their phone when you call instead of endless perssing of buttons or having to yell into the phone wgen the computer did not understand you. I switched to them when my pharmacy was bought out by cvs.

I don’t remember the name of the gentleman that helped me, but it was Christmas Eve and he was quite helpful and I really appreciated his cheerful demeanor while having to work on Christmas Eve. He helped me print out some late night pictures for my girlfriend at 9pm at night and I really wish I remembered his name because I’d love to give him some positive feedback specifically!

I have been going here for probably the last 6 months to get my prescriptions refilled and wanted to specifically give a shout out to Jason from Pharmacy. He has always been so helpful and informative when it comes to changes with my prescriptions and especially during this time with everything going on due to COVID-19. He was very detailed in informing me as to why the prescription that is usually called in for my asthma was switched. Due to the pandemic, the pharmacy is being told to distribute a different generic brand of my medication, but that it was the same drug just more concentrated. He even went as far as getting on his own good rx app to see if there were any coupons that were a little bit cheaper than the price of what my prescription would have been due to the changes COVID made. He all in all saved me $8 By doing so. It May not seem like much but with as expensive as some of these medications are with or without insurance, for me every little bit helps. He goes above and beyond to see that you're taken care of and sees that you leave with what you need. So happy with my experiences here and feel all businesses would operate more smoothly if their were more workers like Jason in them.

My husband and I have been in this Walgreens literally twice but I probably will not be back in there. We found a deal on their laundry soap. So the first night we went in bought 10 and had a great experience. went back in last night to get more and the cashier Heidi told me well you aren't going to like me, and I asked why and she said there is a limit on those soaps and I said well it isn't posted anywhere and then I bought some shampoo and conditioner and I had coupons and she goes well you cant use these together and I said ummmm yes i can. She was rude and didn't want to help. She gave me the wrong change and then was so frustrated she didnt know what to do. I wont be back i'll drive to Harbor creek

Pharmacists always argued about the prescriptions like they knew better than the doctors what medicine to prescribe. Always gave us a hard time when we tried to get prescriptions filled. Twice they read the prescription wrong and gave me the wrong medicine. For the safety of my family, we changed pharmacies.

I was here Thursday afternoon 12/31. The cashier,Heidi was extremely rude. She didn’t even greet me when I said hi, and then slammed all my stuff on the counter when checking me out, while huffing and puffing every minute as if I was causing her an inconvenience. I didn’t want to cause drama so I didn’t say anything, but this was certainly unnecessary and not appreciated.

I was in the pharmacy area one day last week and needed help finding a specific vitamin. A member of the pharmacy team, Samantha, took her time to come out behind the counter and help me with my purchase. Friendly wonderful staff!

The one cashier was very rude not once but 3x. Didnt speak at all or ask for my card or if i even wanted a bag ! Just rung me out and threw receipt on the counter. Happened 3 separate tomes. I wont go back !!

Great hours - open most (all) days of the year including holidays. Clean and well run. A bit on the expensive side. Pharmacy doesn't take as many insurance plans as CVS so ask before placing RX.
