If you need papers printed, pack a lunch. I thought this was 2024? Wait time for 3 papers to print is one hour.. Hmmmm weird because I've seen papers come through printer in 3 2 1. UNBELIEVABLE.....

Absolute dumpster fire for customerservice. They Don’t stand by defective products they sell. A printer should work longer than one month-Avoid at all costs!! No wonder these stores go out of business. Completely incompetent. Always pick a store with a return policy of longer than 14 days for defective items. Shouldn’t have to buy an “ extended warranty” for a 600.00 printer- these morons can barely walk and talk at the same time. Go to Best Buy or Amazon!! Lesson Learned.

Sonia and Anthony were very pleasant to work with today. I asked for an item and Sonia took me right to it Anthony at the register greeted me with a smile and explained the Staples app to me. He even took time to help me fill it out. Great customer service.

I brought my computer in today and was HIGHLY satisfied with the level of service I was given. The guy behind the counter, (Dick), was SUPER friendly, and even made me laugh more than once. He took it, and before I could even leave Mill creek I got a call saying it was ready to be picked up. He replaced the hard drive, cleaned everything up, and had it ready within an hour. GREAT AFFORDABLE service. Keep up the good work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs technical repair, and they also look like they had some good stuff to buy as well.

Was in from out of town and needed prints fast. They turned my job around very quickly (obviously can and will vary depending on how busy they are). The staff was super friendly. After ordering the wrong size print, which was my own fault, they quickly printed me another without question and gave me the new print free of charge. Exceptional people. Thank you, guys!

The girl at the copy and print desk was awful. I had a few questions and she wouldn't take the time to help me. Iv spent thousands of dollars here for my business now will be looking else where for my printing. I would suggest getting rid of this empolyee.

I just wanted the refill for the address book that I have always gotten at the Meadville Staples. Our Meadville Staples went out of business and the one and only Staples in Erie does not carry it.. in fact they are missing quite a few things.
