We have gotten our cakes at Sam’s for 23 years. The cake is still delicious and reasonable . However the decoration options are now very limited and the baker’s creativity doesn’t make up for it. They have no suggestions and are limited as far as skills. Very disappointing because i believe a cake to be the centerpiece of the party.

Sams Bakery is the best! I ordered a 1/2 sheet cake for yesterday and it was for my daughter's confirmation. It was so beautifully decorated. We had it with coffee last night to celebrate and it was fantastic. Every cake I have ordered from Sam's is delicious and looks great. Thank you!

No stars is not an option so I’ll give one. The elderly lady checking cards today 2:45 in the Erie Store was very rude and in professional.I admit I was going to enter through the cart door and I should’ve known better. But instead of a simple you can’t or shouldn’t enter there I received a shouting demeaning rant. Then after entering the front I was greeted by more rude actions and comments.I know it’s hard to get good employees but is this acceptable behavior?

Recently switched to using Curbside pick up service, and it is the best decision ever!Placing an order online, setting up a pick up date and time. Then the staff will bring out your order right at your care, very quick. The staffs are very nice and helpful.

I love this Sam's club. You can save so much money. Kind staff, clean restrooms, usually have what I am looking for though recently they haven't had a few things (Philadelphia cream cheese, mixed shredded cheese, and items on sale).

I've been coming here for years once a week at least, sometimes up to a handful of visits weekly! It's always so clean and well taken care of and stocked regularly and that's awesome! HUGE shout-out to the team work ya'll embrace!!!

When traveling from NY to TN during the winter months, we encountered an issue with 1 of our tires. It was a Sunday, so there weren’t many tire repair shops open, and the few that were didn’t have any same day appointments available. We stopped by this Sam’s Club, hoping to be able to get our tire looked at and repaired/replaced. Although they were super busy, we explained our situation, and the fact that we were traveling so far, and the tire center agreed to fit us in around other appointments/customers. They had said it would be a 2-3 hour wait at a minimum, which we were ok with because of our limited options. After just an hour, they had found the issue, and repaired our tire, and at NO cost. Our interaction with the service employees was more than exceptional, they certainly didn’t have to make it a priority to help us, but they did, and we were very thankful to be able to get back on the road vs. being stranded in PA for the night!

Very quick shopping. Stopped at meat dept, ordered Prime Rib for pick up. Young man there helped me alot, gave estimate for price. Patient. I'm sorry didn't get his name. He was quite knowledgeable about which cut of meat we needed. So kudos to him.

(New member)I was there just yesterday 4/8/24 (they were not busy crazy at all) i was checking out and at the time I needed help with and item that was In accurate, I waited over ten + minutes for someone to come over to help, five + minutes in I had ask someone for help and they qote(I'm not in that department!???) But someone will get to you... another five + minutes in an made eye contact with someone ask if they could help me, doesn't saying anything comes over with an attitude and completely rude the hole

Constantly out of broccoli. Should be bringing more in. Dropping the ball on a weekly basis. Store is clean. Probably could be a little better organized. The new layout is a little confusing. The curbside pickup is always quick and efficient.

Very inappropriate and extremely uncomfortable as a single woman.*Update March 2024Cat called again by the same man from last time lovely gentleman didn’t know I understand Spanish. He didn’t care I was with my boyfriend. If This wasn’t the only Sam’s Club I would shop somewhere else

Went on a Friday at 530 and the Cafe was closed... this is new...One star because they removed Sam's in lakewood making this our now only store 1 hr away. But brought target which is dam near next to Sam's in erie to lakewood...I don't see the psychology in this brainwash...

Sam's club used to have the most delicious rotisserie chickens, but lately they have been undercooked. The meat won't come off the bone.

I love Sams club, all my life I lived in Buffalo and shopped at BJ's warehouse, Sam's was a definite upgrade. I purchased a membership 14 years ago when I moved here and I shop there weekly. I recommend a Plus membership, you get to shop 8am before the store opens to other members at 10am, sometimes im the only customer in there. Plus members also get to use ther shop & go app, whch toy scan for items as putting it in the cart and pay on for phone, avoid the lines that once the store opens to other members can be veey long, especally during christmas season.

Went to store asked about a guest pass. 1st employee directed us to membership desk telling us they can assist. Membership desk was rude stating " we haven't had in over 9 years we advised that we read online we can get 1this must be a mistake we also advised we aren't from country and didn't want to buy a membership not knowing it would be cost effective". Customer service should be retrained to membership staff. We simply inquiried as we read this was possible.

They keep moving stuff. I cannot find things that I would buy on a regular basis due to the changes. Have a person at door to see memberships when that person should help customers on the floor find things. I am thinking they won't be having my business much longer. Not worth the anxiety.

My sister had a membership, paid for with HER credit card, until November of 2022. We bought stuff that month that was paid for with MY credit card. The membership was not renewed. Early today Nov 2023, before they opened, I got a charge on MY credit card for sams club. Luckily capital one fraud detection caught it. They just pick a previously used card and try to renew memberships? Either a bug in the system or "a "BUG in the aystem"

I have been a member for quite sometime and have always recommended Sam’s club to everyone. Until today. I am a prime member and ordered online for delivery. Today my product showed up totally destroyed. I tried calling the store with no answer. Not happy

Very unfair line policy. Customer in front of me in line allowed someone to cut in front of him in a line with 25 people behind us. No line procedure or protocol in place: at least not enforced.

Pathetic we have to pay to shop at this store and you get checked going in 2 people checking receipts on a Saturday and no carts inside and I needed water thanks to a guy stocking shelves gave me his cart so I didn’t have to carry it outside maybe they should have physical people checking people out then they wouldn’t have to have people checking you in and people checking receipts going

I used to love Erie Sam’s Club. I’ve been a member for years. Today really changed my outlook though. I was harassed in store by multiple employees beginning when you try to walk in the door and are asked to show your membership card to even walk inside. You can’t even check out at a register without a membership , what is the point of this? Secondly, I’m harnessed at the register about upgrading my membership that is already a plus membership and when I repeatedly say no thanks I’m already plus, she keeps saying she can’t hear me??? Like I’m speaking clearly? Lastly, at the same register a few minutes after this lady walks away another employee comes and starts yelling at me that my child who had stood up so I could move her into the new cart my groceries are now in, needs to sit down and when I acknowledge her and am about to grab my receipt and move my child to the new cart she feels the need to keep harassing me and telling me to make my child sit. Mind you, the cart isn’t moving and I’m about to move her and sit her in the new cart and I already acknowledged her concern. Considering canceling my membership I’m so upset over my trip today.

I used to really love Sam’s but lately it’s been worse and worse….the gas attendants let people go in the wrong way at the gas pumps constantly. It’s such a mess…ITS A ONE WAY…..There are even signs…Sick of getting pick up orders and the meat is old! They give you two days to use it. Wow what a rip off so glad I spent $20 for nothing! Rip off!!!

The store is being moved around. I was looking for BAI drinks. I found only the coconut variety case back with all the other drinks, in the corner. The fruit variety case was in the middle of the store between clothing and books. Very unorganized.

Sam's club boasts that veterans get a $10 gift card upon membership renewal. We have been members for 30 years and the offer is never honored. Customer service will deny any concerns.
