I go there for the pharmacy. I started going to rite aid because they had the GENERIC BRAND OF MEDICINE that WORKS BEST FOR ME. But now they switched to the generic brand of medicine that doesn't work for me. Got told basically it doesn't matter what works for me. Check next time. Brushed off like it doesn't matter.The pharmacy will tell you talk to your doctor about what medication works best for you but then the PHARMACIST DECIDE what works for you.

I called today to refill a prescription I had lost the bottle for. The female pharmacist, who did not identify herself, interrupted me before I was even finished talking. This med usually takes 1 day to order, but for some reason with her is taking 3. Then, she hung up on me before I could say if I needed anything else. Maybe she should not be interacting with people.

A lot of confusion and mix up in the pharmacy. Literally every time I showed up. The staff are very nice but my medicine is very important to get correct. it would of been do able once in awhile as we are human. Literally every time for 7 months is unacceptable. I would hope management will take care of the issues.

Had some issues with printing photos but Lisa made my experience great! Very intelligent and offered genuine, quality service despite the setback. All staff incredibly friendly :)

Terrible customer service.Rochelle, the pharmacy worker needs be fired. Awful human being and awful employee. DO NOT TO TO THIS PHARMACY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TREATED TERRIBLY.
