I brought my dog Trooper in to get groomed and he looked really good afterwards. On the drive home I was looking at him, and he had a tick right on his eyebrow. It confuses me how the tick was on his face and they groomers trimmed and washed his face but did not notice it. It was not small either!! He did not have that when I brought him there because before I brought him inside I grabbed his face and told him if he was good he could get a toy. It grossed me out to bring him there now since it seems like the proper cleaning isn’t involved. I also specified I wanted his anal glands extracted and he came home smelling the worst from his butt. So I assume they did not do what I asked. When I called to tell them that this happened there the lady on the phone was very rude to me.Now I have to spend more money to take him to the vet to get checked out for something that didn’t happen under my watch. Very disappointed.

We bought a baby bearded dragon here. The kids loved him and named him skittles. He would open his mouth and make a popping noise. We thought maybe he had a cold . We said goodbye and he was active and running around his cage. When we got home and checked on him he had died . It had only been 11 days since we had him. I called and an employee said to bring him back with the receipt and we could get another one. So we did just that and named the new dragon charzard. As soon as we left the store we took him out of the container and checked him out. He was popping too …. So we go back to the store and employee tells us to take him home and get him under the heat and he should be fine. We take him home and give him a supplement to help boost his immune system and he seemed to get better. Well 3 weeks later he starts popping again and we check on him and he died ….. I honestly feel that the dragons there are carrying a respiratory virus and it has spread to all of them. It was past the 14 days so we can’t return him this time .

Our dog took all the training classes here and passed his Canine Good Citizen test. We are so proud of him and thankful for the trainer and all her help. We adopted him from the shelter and he had two homes before us at a year old. He was mistreated and had severe dog reactivity. We weren’t sure if he would be able to make it through the class. But the trainer was great and helped us to navigate his reactivity and read his body language so we can understand him better. Some things make him uncomfortable and that’s okay. I feel like we’ve bonded more from the training because I now understand dog reactivity (it’s not aggression) and he trusts me more and looks to me for guidance. If you have a reactive dog, I strongly suggest going through training here because the trainer is very knowledgeable about dog reactivity. All of the employees are awesome and we look forward to seeing them every visit. They know us by name there and we love taking the dogs to visit even when we don’t need to shop.

I went to the store yesterday and spent about 30minutes could not find what I needed I ask the Employee for some help she has 3 people at the Register stood there for 20 minutes I asked some guy working there to help me he told me it was probably an online purchase he went over and looked at something real quick went to check out the lady said did you find everything like know you were supposed to get me some help 20 minutes ago nobody, I will not be going back to that store

Very rude when answering the phone makes you feel uncomfortable to ask for help when needed & prices are higher than most. I will not be going here to get our pet supplies any more There insects die off very quickly compared to the other pet stores.

I tried to order an item off the app for the erie pa location and it wouldnt let me finalize the order. when i called customer service they told me they really didnt have an answer except maybe insufficient inventory at the store. so i went to the store, and found the item i tried to order. i asked the cashier if she could match the online price since they have it and Brian, who i assume is a manager, whipped around and stated they dont price match its policy. so i tried to show him that it wont let me order and what customer service said, and he said well its not because of inventory he knows the system. i tried to say thats just what they said and he said he wont do it. he was super rude, and i know he has the power to override if your website doesnt work. Honestly Brian was so rude and if thats your policy i am over shopping at this store.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for awhile and never had a problem until this past weekend. My husband dropped him off. I paid $78 for bath, haircut and furminiator. They asked my husband what they were doing and he said what he usually gets. My dog gets cut short once in the summer and gets trimmed the rest of the months. He came home completely shaved! Never have they ever shaved his fluffy tail and it is completely shaved! ITS WINTER! When I called to talk to someone about it, she was EXTREMELY rude on the phone and she said my husband told her to “Shave him down” that was a huge lie! My husband said he NEVER told her that. He told her to do what he usually gets. My husband should have questioned it when he picked our dog up. I understand that accidents happen but wouldn’t you question a shave down in the winter? And why would you ever shave a dogs tail down. He’s never had his tail shaved. And the extreme rudeness of the girl on the phone was disgusting. Why would I pay almost $80 for them to do the furminator if I wanted them to shave him?! So no walks for my dog until his fur grows back. So disappointed and upset.

we love Nicole and the babies are going to learn to swim! do you need a swimming life jacket for your fur babie? the end of the year clearance was perfect, birthday timing. picked up some snacks and toys and a cute new dress for Paiges Birthday, will be back for Parkers birthday. you would get 5 stars if Petsmart, carried their food. Nutrisource! chicken and rice, and the matching treats!

Can't say enough positive things about the groomer Natalie and how wonderful of a job she has done with my fur babies. She is patient, thorough, and loving. She never rushes the job that she is doing and always ensures that my puppies are comfortable and loved on while they are there. Any Specific Instructions I have given her, she follows them to the "T". Thank you Natalie for such outstanding service!

All in all the store is okay. Some things are a little pricey but that's to be expected with a pet store. We recently went the other day. My daughters fish died over the weekend so we went there to get her another gold fish. The lady we talked to about the goldfish was very helpful.

The puppy training classes here are so great. Destiny was the sweetest trainer and had so many good tips on helping to train my little pup.This store was also very nice with a toy issue I had. I had bought a dog toy described for tough chewers, and my 20 pound corgi pup destroyed it in under 15 minutes. I brought it back in the next day for a return and they said they’d have happy to give me store credit so that I could exchange for something else, but that they’d only do it once. Be aware that they don’t hold a guarantee on dog toys. Maybe buy from Amazon, target, or Walmart who would all definitely replace it or refund you, no questions asked.

I lost my 18 year old cat to nasal cancer on Saturday. I happened to go to the store this morning for cat food and fell in love with a cat there for adoption. I asked if I could come back later in the evening to have my boyfriend meet her and possibly adopt her. So, we got there at like 5:30. We are petting her and a worker comes up and is super rude. She tells us we have to leave because adoption hours are over. Which I get, but she could have been nicer. I even offered to adopt her now, but she wouldn’t let us. She was short with us and rude. I went to walk away and literally said "I'm gonna cry" and started crying and she didn't care. Now I'm not sure what to do and that cat might have missed out on a really good home.

Samantha is the Cat Groomer and is always so great when I take in my fur babies! My big baby Muffins got his nails trimmed this time around. I was so pleased with how quick and gentle she was and on top of that she helped me out as I forgot to bring in the rabies vaccine papers. She called up our vet and got the verification from them. It was such an easy fix and I was so glad I didn't have to reschedule. Thanks Samantha!

Took my puppies in for nail trimming. Went out to our van and blood everywhere they clipped the 1 paw and it was bleeding bad. Will not be back. Very disappointed will find a better groomer

So I ended up getting two fish, but before I actually got the two fish the girl who was giving me the fish argued with me about how to take care of the certain fish. I know how to take care of the fish. Right before she gave me the new fish she put so much stress coat in there that me and my husband both worried about the fish. We have a pre-established tank at home when I put the two fish in the tank the beta immediately started rubbing his gills on all the different silk plants that I have. At first we were not worried about it and not thinking much of it because we just got the fish and we thought maybe that they were stressed out. Turns out I did a little research online and if you use too much stress coat it literally suffocates your fish. As far as I'm concerned that fish girl did it intentionally so I wouldn't have my fish. I promise I won't shop here again she was so concerned about the well-being of fish that already have had passed away but turns around and kills my fish.

Paid for a full "pawdicure" for my dog. The groomer did dang near NOTHING to my dogs feet. Several nails were not even touched, and hair was NOT trimmed to even see the nails, which is part of the service. These folks are absolutely NOT trained properly and rush through whatever they're doing. Saw the dog before mine trimmed in the most sloppy manner--it looked like a butchered refugee. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE.
