I was given a long hair puppy last christmas so I had no knowledge about keeping my dog groomed until my sister suggesting taking her to petco since she takes all her dogs there and is very impress with the service! So when I went there to ask questions the manager was very helpful answered every question that my vet verified! Her first appt. Was short to introduce her to the idea to clippers, he treated her as if it was his own dog! Very gentle and caring! She is scheduled for another to go a bit further! Im sure she'll be okay and the worries of myself will no longer be a concern!

I love my local Petco grooming, they are awesome - much better than my vet. I do wish they had been open at least for nail trimming during the earlier shutdown. We missed them.

I have a gentle, nervous senior dog who gets considerate service at Petco. In addition the groomer pays attention to our directions. We've lost some good groomers to attrition and hope that doesn't happen at Petco.

The groomers listened to me when I told them about my dog's past. They were very nice to her and very prompt. When she had an accident before leaving I apologized and they were very sweet about it.

Several times my appointments were canceled within a half hour of the time I was to be there. Always told someone was off sick however never offered to try to accommodate just pushed off appointment 6 to 8 weeks and then said my dogs required additional services which just rang up the bill higher. I’ve reached out to them locally and to corporate only to be told sorry our staff was sick. Very unprofessional very unreliable!!!

ABE IS AMAZING WITH OUR DOG. HE IS THE BEST AT HIS JOB. IT IS A SHAME THAT HE IS CONSIDERING MOVING AWAY. HE IS KIND, GENTLE, AND PATIENT WITH DIESEL. MY DOG WAS EXTREMELY SCARED AFTER BEING TO ANOTHER GROOMER AND ABE 'S KINDNESS AND PATIENCE HAS MADE MY DOG DO A COMPLETE 360 AND HE NOW LOOKS FORWARD TO HIS APPOINTMENTS WITH ABE.
