Super great staff! Very helpful and you can tell the manager there really cares about the animals. She knows her stuff and really enjoys what she does which makes it a great experience. Should give her a raise!It makes me want to come back there often. I appreciate the conversation and getting to know more about the animals. All around very helpful. Only place I'll be going to moving forward.

Who doesn't love a place where you can shop with your fur babies!! Gracious, kind staff who so obviously love pets and are helpful in finding whatever you may want. A great store where you can get almost any pet service you need. Recommend! 💯

Not as great as it used to be, it's been a few years since we shopped here so we stopped in to look at the fish. Most of the fish were in quarantine so we didn't risk it.

Entered the store today and walked the entire store twice just looking for anyone that could help me or help with a purchase, and saw no one, heard no one and just had to leave the store. Why even open the doors for business if there’s no one there available to help or check you out. Getting service here has always been hit or miss, but this is ridiculous.

So my boyfriends mother came here to get a simple 10 gallon tank for a small dwarf hamster (as a starter cage until the new hamsters owner can clear enough space for a bigger one). They came here to get one and the one worker wouldn’t let them buy it because it was “too small”. Which yes, it is a bit smaller than preferred but it’s a start tank, you guys sell those rinky dink “CritterCare” ones that are WAY worse and so much smaller. But they talked them into buying a $25 hamster wheel which they eventually went back to return after I suggested getting a cheaper one at walmart, along with a saucer instead. My boyfriend and I went in to buy the 10 gallon tank since they didn’t know we knew his mom (secretly went in acting like we didn’t know her when she went to return the wheel). She left and we were up in line and the two workers (Jordan and Kenneth) starting talking trash about her right in front of us! (They didn’t know we knew her obviously but still) They we’re saying she’s cheap and doesn’t know anything about hamster care and worse things that I wouldn’t like to say here. Very very rude. Very disrespectful. And we are definitely not happy with that experience. I will never step foot in that place again. Needless to say, the hamster is very happy in his new 10 gallon tank cage!edit: i’m not sure why the photos are like that

The prices will be a bit cheaper elsewhere, so I would compare before buying something there, but the friendliness and knowledge and wanting to help you won't receive from somewhere else, they were very knowledgeable and helpful to us with our new puppies

If you’re in the market for fish or aquatic life, ask for Jordan! My boyfriend and I recently bought a betta & more, and both times Jordan has been insanely helpful. They have listened to us, educated us, and helped point us in the right direction. I have never been more satisfied leaving a pet store, and it’s a relieving feeling knowing that we can go and speak to someone who genuinely knows what they’re talking about and will help us give our animals the best life they deserve. We greatly thank them for their time & hard work.

Visited today to purchase a betta, took one labeled as a male who it turned out later is obviously a female. No doubt I was overcharged on this basis, because females are always priced lower than males. It would be a plus if greater rigor in identification by sex could be exercised. Her egg duct is quite obvious outside of the plastic cup she was housed on for display, the inside of which is oddly roughened, hindering visibility.

I ordered dog food online to be picked up by me. When we arrived at store I received an email stating that my order was canceled. I went inside to see what staff had to say. First off the lady at check out was busy talking to someone, not helping them, just talking. Completely ignored me standing their. She seemed dumb founded that my order was canceled and didnt offer any type of solution as well as the other check out lady. We went back, found the food brought up to counter, I asked to received the 10% discount for online order, manager I believe stated, I guess this one time. UMMM, not my fault that you canceled my order, clearly there was inventory. Petco has such terrible customer service!!!!

If you are a college student or younger, do not work here. They will not give you the hours you want, nor will they honor your school schedule. I had a discussion with the district general manager about my cuts in hours and scheduling issues after I resigned, and was told "it's just business." The higher ups only care about their money, with little opportunity for it's employeesI would recommend shopping at this store as it is well maintained and animals are taken care of, but not a great place to work for folks with lives outside of Petco.

Took 2 of my dogs here for a wash and trim and they have done a great job. The staff was very nice both with me and the dogs and the dogs seemed to like them. They did not seem stressed at all afterwards which indicates that staff was treating them with patience. The only reason for 4 stars is because it was a bit pricier.

Whenever I’m in town and my dog needs his nails trimmed and buffed I go here. They always do a great job and are friendly, and my dog likes them too! Only thing that kind of is a bummer is their prices keep seem to going up.

I was waiting for a new shipment of Betta fish and they finally came in. Selection was good and their fish always seem to be healthy and happy. I brought home an absolute beauty and I couldn't be happier. (I think my little fish feels the same way!)This is the only place I get my fish!

Disappointing. Price was higher than other places. Staff was not as knowledgeable as I hoped. It was difficult to find what I needed without help (but then again, all pretty stores are confusing to me) Parking was free and plenty. Store was clean and week stocked.
