She help me price match and just overall very friendly and patient to answer all my questions.All of my experiences have been very good here. I've always been asked if I need help carrying my things to my car. Everyone is always very pleasant which makes it an enjoyable place to shop and bring my dog with me.

Can’t beat the cost for the dog wash. They have plenty of shampoo, conditioner and even nicer fancy conditioners there. Plenty of towels to use. Friendly staff. Even gave our dog a treat at checkout. What a nice store. Thx for keeping the price reasonable.

Came here a couple weeks ago to get a fish, unfortunately it passed. The staff here is absolutely amazing & helped me with questions. I was able to get a new fish . Will definitely keep on returning to this pet store 😊 thanks so much 🐟❤️

Always have a good experience with this pet shop They are very knowledgeable about pets very friendly and have great prices and if anything is wrong or u have a question staff there is easy to find and quickly answer any questions or solve problems 10/10 would recommend keep up the great work!

Wide selection, self-service pet washing is great, grooming services are well done and staff is friendly, and they have vet clinics once a month for shots, microchipping, etc. Great store!

Got a delivery for my cat, they didn't have the exact item I wanted, and made sure to call to make sure the substitute was okay. It gets delivered and I got the item free of charge only paying for the other item. I'd like to thank MaKenna for doing an amazing job and making sure every customer is satisfied. 1st time in the store, was greeted upon entering & asked if there was anything they could help us find. Prices seemed comparable with most pet stores. Soon as they noticed a little line another employee spawned from the unknown & had the other line open. Can't believe I haven't wondered in until now!

This is a nice neighborhood pet store you don't have to travel far to. They have everything you need, and if you sign up for the psp card, you can collect points for coupons. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have cats for adoption, birds, various guinea pigs, and hamsters, as well as fish and ferrets. So if you need something and don't want to drive far stop here you won't regret it

I have been shopping at the Harborcreek, PA store ever since it opened. My visits have always been excellent. The staff is fantastic and very patient and friendly. Whatever you are doing to get these kind of employees, keep it up. Best pet store I ever shopped and I have had dogs a long time and shopped other places before the Harborcreek store opened.

Absolutely awful. They do not care about their small animals. And the last few products I have bought didn’t even work. Instead I would recommend shopping at buzz n bees, they are a small business who actually cares about their animals and have quality products.

Staff here are usually extremely nice and helpful, but not today. I picked up an online order and the woman who brought it out to me was incredibly rude. It's unclear if she was angry that the door wasn't open when she walked out with my order, but her tone and shaking her head as she walked away after giving me a sarcastic "have a great day" felt so unnecessary and frankly unacceptable. If you would like the door already open when picking up an order, I would highly suggest putting those in the pickup instructions. We shop here often, and I didn't appreciate the attitude.

This location has easily grown to be my favorite branch in the area. They even took a call from me an hour before opening which saved me a lot of time out of my weekend by letting me know when their groomer is available. The crew here is easy to approach when you have a problem and the store is always clean and welcoming. There's a lot more I could say, but this review would be a novel. LoL Just overall a fantastic experience any time we go in!
