Love this place. The staff are always helpful & I can get the calm chews I need for my hyper-spastic cat. I wish they carried medium sized dry cat food bags. Your choices are 3 lbs or 18 lbs. Somewhere in between would be nice. 3 is too small (I have 2 cats) & 18 is too big (they get bored & stop eating).

Pet Supply Plus has the best employees. They must have an awesome training system because it shows in the friendliness, courtesy, and knowledge of their staff.I only gave them 4 stars because they no longer carry several of the products I often purchased for my pets. The missing supplies were primarily for my: fish, frogs, skinny pigs, and rabbits.

Great location, very tidy and well-organized store with friendly staff. The dog bathing area was clean and easy to use. My only complaint is that the prices on some of the dog toys seemed pretty high. I compared them with online retailers and they were a bit pricier in Pet Supplies Plus. PSP is a large chain, so I expected the prices to match other large retailers. I was surprised. That being said, the variety of toys and food was great. The dog bathing station is very convenient.

Always a great place to take our dog to, they've got the pet washes you can pay for in advance and take your dog there whenever they're open to wash your dog yourself in a professional setting.

They have you make an appointment online for a time thinking that is when you will receive your service. It is actually more like a drop off time for your dog. I drove 15 miles just to be told it will take 1.5 - 2 hours to wash a dog. Will never shop there again. Update your website and change appointment time to drop off time so people know they will be waiting hours for service.

We shop here often for our dogs and they have really good sales! Our dogs loved the Christmas present boxes that we got them from here too. Great place to shop for our pups, even better that they're local! Staff is always very nice and professional! Thumper just went in for his 8th birthday celebration and picked a bunch of toys and some treats!

Highly recommend the curbside pickup. Quick and convenient. DO NOT RECOMMEND nail service. Tech was going to raise my 50lb dog with a leg injury onto the elevated platform instead of lowering it to the ground. Refused to accommodate. Lazy.

Highly recommend this place to anyone in Erie by far the best pet store I’ve ever been to! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and gave me lots of guidance and product recommendations in my price range when I got my chameleon! They all were so friendly and really knew what they were doing. Will definitely be back!!Also it’s very apparent they all truly care about the animals there finding good homes truly a job well done thank you guys!!!

I own a doggie daycare so my ears are always wide open when I'm in any pet store. I'm always impressed with how the employees speak to their customers and their knowledge of the products. They genuinely want to help and aren't there just to earn a paycheck. The store is always clean and organized which I very much appreciate! I guess technically we're competitors because we both sell dog food, but regardless, I wholeheartedly recommend them over any other pet store!
