Fairly expensive... And there is a dollar store right next to it that carries a lot of the same party supplies. The Halloween costume selection is good but pricey. The store does sell a huge selection of party items of various colors so it is useful for parties with a color theme. Popular for football fans for the same reason - team colors.

Sooo expensive and FAR less costumes and decor. Zero accessories. Zero pet costumes, zero jewelry. And this was still SEPTEMBER!! We used to love stopping there around this time of year but this last trip was disappointing. Also not a single person there to help with sizing and retrieval of your chosen costume. Disappointing. Hope it gets better by 2023!

“Rayne” is the absolute rudest person I’ve ever met. Pretty garbage that he/she whatever it was, was the only cashier. Must’ve been upset that it was 10 minutes before closing. The sense of entitlement that was displayed was hilarious.

I went in today looking for a fog machine for a Halloween party I was throwing for my clients at work and I politely waited until a associate was finished with a customer before asking my question in regards to a fog machine and the accessories I would need. The associate was very rude and I initially felt insulted as she started that they only had two in stock and were priced at 69.99 and I simply said okay and she said someone else would be with me and to go back and wait and that wait turned into 10 minutes. So after waiting a couple more minutes I found another associated who couldn't answer my questions but went a got the manager who was so helpful to and explained what each one did and opposed to what the earlier associate told me they had plenty in stock at various prices so I ended up getting the one for 69.99 plus all the accessories I needed and the manager went even further apologizing for her associates behavior stating that even though we are busy you are still a customer and wished for me to have a nice day. I enjoy this store because of that manager and it's show one bad apple doesn't ruin the bunch as each additional associate I encountered was over nice.

The only place I can go to in person and get all of my daughter favorite characters for her birthday. Staff is always helpful and available. Usually find good deals in the sales. They saved the day when we needed a pair of wonder woman glasses stat.

Good selection, organized aisles, sales each week. They've got a great selection of Halloween costumes as well.. plus frequent seasonal changes to keep up with different parties and events throughout the year.

This location has a good variety of options for parties, however, my son insisted on a wwe themed party which I walked out of the store empty handed, and disappointed. I ended up going next door to shop at dollar tree for last minute things and placed my larger order via amazon.

Looking for an important milestone party, where better to go then Party city.Found everything we could want. Plates, plasticware, napkins, invitations, banners, balloons, cups, tablecovers, caketoppers, etc, etc, etc. Every decoration item we had thought of right there at our finger tips.The staff was helpful without being overbearing and the worker at the register was pleasant and entertaining. They must have been having a special giveaway on balloons or something, because he saw my Daytona 500 hat and said the store was having a balloon giveaway in honor of Daytona. I declined, then he offered the lady behind me an offer of a free balloon in honor of something written in her shirt.

Horrible customer service!! Gave me wrong Balloon Bouquet for my daughter's 1st birthday and didn't do anything to make it right!! And the balloons didn't stay inflated through the 3 hour party either!! And after over $100 in purchases you'd think they'd do something to make it right!! Will NEVER go there again for party supplies!!

Lots of cheaply made stuff. They probably have what you're looking for though. Good selection and yes, the dressing rooms are open during covid unlike the Halloween store.

They have a lot of costume selections but they're very expensive understaffed and some of the staff do not know how to run a register I spent $31 on a costume and they tried to give me $36 back I'm honest I returned the money and explained the change that I should have gotten hopefully they do not do that all night long

I recently went there to try on Halloween costumes, the worker that was there acted bothered when my friend and I asked her for her assistance with a costume. We waited outside the door to ask for a different costume, an associate walked by us 2 or 3 times without saying a word either time... sorry to bother you wile you're working....
