Location is great.. the 3-in-1 (laundry, dog and car wash) works great if you want to multi-task. It's cheaper than most places. Not too busy. The dog wash is convenient and designed to keep the dog contained and you dry.The ONLY cons would be that they don't have a lot of washers and most are for smaller loads so another industrial one in replace of older/broken ones would be perfect AND....that the wet dog smell when you open the door smacks you directly in your gag reflux. The dog wash is in the middle of the three. They all have their own entrances but you can still smell that wet dog while you do laundry. It can be overwhelming.

It's a nice small dog wash. Dryer is pretty powerful and gets your pup dry fairly quickly. I wish the tubs provided a leash that clips to the dogs collar. They have hooks but you have to bring your own clip. Also the sign says it charges cards $10 for 10 minutes. Then $1 every minute after. I did exactly 15 minutes but my card was charged $20. Hate when places charge a little extra thinking people won't notice.

Door is always open and there are a few industrial washers which is cool.. a few of the machines are out of order. Quarters for tokens.

Over priced snacks, machine took 5$ worth of tokens, wifi password didn't work, no air conditioning and the lights kept flickering.

Price isn't bad and the convience of 24/7 is very nice. I've had dryers burn some of my fleece blankets on med heat though. I do like I can use my card to get tokens. It is a busy place so the machines tend to break a lot. And some machines have flaws but still work. Wish the drink machine took card.

The nice part about this place is the new air blower/dryer. No more wet seat after washing the bike. The pre soak and rinse was able to remove all of the bugs from my trip. Would use again.Service: Auto detailing

Terribly maintained!1 garbage can for all vacuum areas. Had to move my car 3 times. 1 vacuum ate my coins. Next Turbo vacuum only took tokens. Tried to get tokens and all sold out. So moved to the 3rd vacuum. Finally worked, no trash can near it.Did the self car wash. No brush. So tried to use the soap wash spray! NO soap at all! So basically could of saved the $10 and used my shop vac and garden hose & it would of been a better experience! Now I get to go wash my car again!Thumbs down! The owner(s) were very helpful when I had trouble starting two different self-serve machines. The machines do not state the correct charges, and one overcharges you temporarily. In the end, due to great service, everything was great!

The laundry mat was very clean, but even though the dog wash area is seperate all I could smell was wet dog. There's 3 of the really big Maytag washers there which ranges from $6.50-$7.50/load or the normal size washers start at $2.25. Dryers are 25¢ for 5 minutes, but seemed to take forever drying. My biggest issue with this place is that I gathered all my quarters up from home to do laundry just to find out the washers & dryers take tokens only! It wouldn't have been so bad if they had a machine that exchanges quarters for tokens, but they don't. You can buy tokens with $ or a card. Quarters can be used for the car wash only & vacuuming out your car! There's free WiFi, a bathroom and vending machine.

Very convenient 24hr Laundromat/pet wash stations/ and, a car wash...wwhhhaaaaaat. Only thing it needs is a machine to change the quarters to tokens. Yeah, they use tokens. The machine is there for bills to change to tokens. Overall, never been to a place like this. We'll be back.

I would give a 5 because i like this place but every time which is every 2 weeks I come there is never hand soap or paper towels in the restroom if this is corrected I would definitely give a 5 star rating

I would say that Mr. Suds is one of the best if not the best car wash in Erie.

Not a terrible experience, wasn't a fan of the constant wet dog smell while doing my laundry but I obviously understood the reason for it. Change machine outside didn't work and the parking lot is a pothole-ridden disaster. I did like the ability to swipe my card for tokens, just wish there was a little more seating inside.

I love this place to do laundry! You cannot use regular coins in the washers or dryers they have a machine where you put money in and get tokens which is okay and the washers and dryers wash very well and they also have a place where you can bring your dog and give your dog a bath. Wow! When you're washing your clothes you can wash your car or have it done automatically. I enjoy going here and all the machines seem to work well never had a problem yet. Very friendly girl runs the laundromat and was very helpful one day when I had I needed to be tokens. I don't know what her name is but there is also a man that comes in and cleans up and takes care of thingstoo.... who is very friendly. Much better than the place I went to before I found this one. I would recommend no one go there because I would like to keep it all to myself just kidding.

uses coin tokens.no way to just use card.no tv.no information on the big washer.(just guess and hope you put your soap in the right place.)tokens dont work with the dog wash.

The washing machines were all very nice and the dryers worked well, outside vacuums worked great, and car wash is ok, only thing I would say is the price is high in my opinion. Other than that it’s the best laundromat I’ve been to in awhile!

Pluses are free Wifi, and open 24 hours. Has gone downhill a bit since I started going. Make sure you empty the lint holders because they are always super full and I can't figure out how because they don't take any fuzz balls or cat hair off my clothes. If you go late at night or on weekends expect weirdos hanging out and for it not to be clean because it's that busy. Hardly ever has attendant on. Smells like wet dogs from the dog wash. The laundry takes tokens but the car vacuum's or Pepsi machine don't. Why ? Not sure about car or dog wash. Always seem to be machines down or only having cold water available because people just beat on them and they aren't taken care off. Also gross slime in washer's around door rings. Can't wait to get my own washer and dryer again.

Stop here to give our dog a bath after a hike. The dog bass were really nice and looked like they had recently been clean. You paid for it the way you pay for a car wash where you put in your credit card and pay by the time. There was a little knob that you turn that allows you to pick soap, conditioner, shampoo, etc. there is even a high-speed hair dryer for dogs which was really nice. I thought it was a really great place to give my dog a bath.

Decent small laundromat 4 for small washer and $7 a wash for large industrial machibes and .25 per 5 min for dryers. They do take credit cards and is nice and clean with newer machines.

I found the dog baths to be clean and well taken care of. My problem is that when I have used my debit card, I have been charged $20 for a $10 service. I typically use cash, but this has happened to me twice now, I have called the management and hope to hear from them soon.

Clean washing machines and facilities. Dog wash smells like wet dog (no surprise) but when you are in the laundromat you cant smell it. It's convenient that they accept cash or credit/debit card to get coins for your laundry. Coins can also be used in vending machines. Snack one is in the dog wash and the drink machine is outside. Great clean, quiet laundromat to get the job done!

A really great place to wash your dogs if they hate baths. Everything was easy to use, there usually are some towels there for your dogs tondry off. There are two different stations for washing which has shampoo, conditioner, rinse and a dryer function. 10$ for 10 minutes was just enough time

This place uses tokens for the washers and dryers but the vending machine for soft drinks uses quarters so you are going to tie up some money here. Not a huge problem if you want to come here regularly. The place is always clean and is open 24 hours a day. There is almost never an attendant on duty and whenever there is, they don't do anything. The radio is always on, the TV'S never are. The place has good Wi-Fi.

Working 2nd shift it's hard to find a laundry mat open 24 hours. Mr suds is.Free wifi. Good lighting and surveillance makes doing laundry at odd hours feel safe.No cash either. Uses tokens in place of quarters. Each token is one quarter. Machine to use debit card for tokens and also machine to exchange cash for tokens. All in all it was a nice place

Cannot recommend. Doesn't work for long vehicles and the drying air jets don't move - you just dive out through them. There are much better options for auto car washing just a short drive away.

Every time I use this service it charges me an extra $10 (because I went over by seconds). I call and the owner is very nice, will give you a refund, but I'm sick of having to call. I will not go back anymore.I NEED TO RESCIND MY BAD REVIEW. I WAS INCORRECT. My bank account was charged $20.00 for one day, but when I looked today the charge was corrected, I was only charged $1.00 extra (for cleaning the tub). SORRY MR. SUDS

Funny to say, but I wash my dog here. Great place, warm water and dog wash set up is perfect. Would give it 5 stars, but every once, and I mean once in a while it needs a good cleaning.
