I went to this mall in May 2023, and it was great! There were a lot of well-organized stores, great pricing on clothes, toys, and shoes, and it was very clean. It wasn't busy, but there were a decent amount of people there. Also, there were a lot of choices when it came to food, as there were many restaurants.

Love shopping at Boscovs for special occasions. Always find unique things. JCP is great for basics. I always pick up candied apple at the Chocolate place, sorry, Rocky Road?.... I get my eyebrows done at their string place, again, sorry. Always shop and sometimes buy cologne at the kiosk inside the mall. Good shopping opportunities at Mill Creek.

Nice location and right off rt. I 90 or turn at rt 79 north. Easy in from many sides. Close parking and easy access to all stores. Very clean place with many variety of stores. The food court had a nice choice on food tastes. Prices are same as other Malls. Clean restrooms and nice room to move if in a wheelchair.

Nice mall. Love the arcade. Can't wait to do the 5 wits attraction! Altogether it's a good mall just wish there was more stores

Only real mall we got in Erie. Making improvements consistently! 1 level, so not gigantic, but big enough that the neighboring cities who dont have the shopping opportunities we do. No bad tho!

Stopped here hoping to do some shopping. It's so sad to see the mall so empty. Needless to say, no shopping done. There are a couple stores & foodcourt. It has nice holiday decorations, but mostly people were walking for exercise. Why isn't there a way to help businesses set up & stay in such a nice mall & area.. what a shame..

What could you want that isn't here. Very few closed shop fronts and the halls are populated with busy shoppers. Mally are not always done well but they must be managing this one well.

It wasn't bad! For the first mall we were in as a PA visitor it wasn't bad! The environment was nice and pleasant and me and my friend had fun messing around for a half hour. It's a bit small though from what I saw.

This place is a dump. 20% of the stores are empty, Macy's and JC Penny are half empty so might as well be closed, they have stores selling bootleg Chinese products, which are illegal for sale in the US. Parking lots are poorly maintained - you can't even see the lines where the parking spots are. They're always late to plow when it snows and when it is plowed they leave massive piles of snow blocking where you need to drive so you can only leave that row of parking spots by driving the wrong way.

Plenty do do here and it was a nice experience everyone was friendly and helpful. Parking was available with a short walk and many options in the store plus stuff to do for everyone. Arcade for the kids to run around in. And the prices were reasonable. Also very close to other things to do as well so you don't have to go out of your way. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is traveling past Erie Pennsylvania

Very very very poor service i am trying to get hold of property manager i left several voice mail and still I didn’t get any response i think they need to fire managers totally useless people mall is not managed properly poor service lots of empty spaces which i wanna lease and i am unable parking poorly managed get a new management team please

Went near here to Ollies. They have a nice selection of odd things. Just watch prices something's are better purchased elsewhere at a better price but most are real bargains.

Odd place in a suburban mall. Kinda expensive too. We had to interupt three very bored looking high school aged girls lounging around the hosting desk who tried to ignore us as we entered. One finally mumbled that that despite having several empty (and dirty un bussed) dining room tables… there was a 45 minute wait. Or we could sit on high chairs in the bar area and be served immediately. She then shoved two menus in my hands and rudely turned her back to me. The food was okay (salad greens were quite old and wilted). Service from the rookie waiter was 0K but silverware and plates had to be requested from three different employees. Unfriendly food deliverer refused to bring silverware plates or water. Bad management?

This is one of the largest establishments in the city. You will find multiple businesses located here. There's an entrance that leads through the food court into the mall. Then several other entrances through other businesses. There are directories at different points within the mall to help you find your way around.

Pleasantly surprised by the offerings the Millcreek Mall had to offer. Plenty of lunch choices, entertainment, and a wide variety of stores. Staff took care to keep the facility clean and fresh looking. Security was making their rounds but not obnoxious like some security companies can be. Will definitely think about heading to Erie instead of Buffalo first next time.

Huge and thriving. Kind of weird to see a mall not absolutely crushed by online sales. Not sure if Erie is behind the times or if the mall is just ran really well. I'm going to pretend the latter and take advantage of the gorgeous space just in case it's the 1st

Acceptable mall experience. Business locations are generally full, with new stores moving in here and there. Anchor store locations are actually filled, making it look alive. Generally well maintained with a reasonable standard of cleanliness. Mall is shaped like a gun, which is kinda funny.
