Good store. Busy in the morning.Original gazed tastes best when warm, just out of the rollers. The others not bad. The Caramel Mocha was okay, not their specialty.Table was dirty. Line of people trying to get into the bathroom.

Haven’t had Krispy Kreme in probably 20 years- ours closed forever ago and didn’t go to it.Was out of town and remembered there was one in Erie so I really wanted to have it… having vague memories of how awesome it was.I went a bit later and went through drive thru. Staff apologized and said it would be a minute which was fine, I got to look at the menu and wasn’t in a hurry. When she returned she was so polite and apologetic which wasn’t necessary- I work retail and understand how it goes. No worries! Ordered two original glazed. I got to the window and was given them and she refused to accept payment and told me to have a good night.I hope this doesn’t get anyone in trouble and I’m uncertain of your policies. Maybe because it was nearing close and the wait? Either way, she was so kind and not because of the free product. Honestly, it was enough to make an impression and I plan to return before I leave town to pick up something for my staff at my store as well as parents so it definitely generated more business.Thank you so much for the attentiveness to customer service and staffing folks with such great manners and skills. It’s hard to come by these days it seems so it means a lot to see!!!

Lots of little puffs of happiness rolling nice and warm off the line. We typically stop here right after stuffing ourselves to the gills next door at Texas Roadhouse to have a little dessert. It's almost always the little one's idea but I'm okay with it! Donuts are a little bit pricey, but they're delicious, so why not? The selection here is usually pretty good and always remember, if the red neon sign is lit up, stop in for a fresh free donut!

These came and went in a flash in the Buffalo area, so for me, this is a must-stop on any travel West towards Cleveland and such. Every time I have stopped here, the service is prompt, and the donuts are fresh and delicious. One time that I recall, the "Hot Donuts" sign was on and almost had a heart attack. They were giving our freebies, but we went ahead and bought a hot dozen - they tasted like liquid gold.

I made a $73 dollar order online only to get to the location and be told they don't have any of that type (seasonal specialty). When I asked for a refund they told me the manager was too busy to do it now but that he would do it later. I Absolutely will not leave while you owe me that much money for your advertised product that you don't have in store. If i would like a different mixture they are happy to help even though that would mean i over paid by 7.50.... Um no. I would not recommend

I stopped early Saturday evening for a treat for my family. I hesitated because the line was practically out the door and the drive through wrapped around the building. I parked my car and went in and decided to wait since my grandsons were coming to spend the night. I could see one employee running production upon entering and the second employee behind the counter waiting on customers and a third employee at the drive-through window. The three of them were working feverishly to accommodate their customers! They were understaffed yet still managed to wait on everyone timely. I witnessed an obnoxious and obviously self entitled woman come in and demand her donuts be replaced that she received through the drive-through as they were not hot. She verbally berated the young woman behind the counter who then called her manager after asking the customer to please not talk to her like that! These employees should be thanked for all they do. Working short staffed and getting screamed at is not a job I would want to do. I would like to say thank you to Jayla and her manager! 5 🌟 all around! 02/24/24

Donuts were great, atmosphere was great until a staff member quite literally got mad at my two children (younger than 5) and myself for using the bathroom. She waited outside the door and was very rude mannered when we finished. She gave the persona she was annoyed she had to wait for us, however, there was no signs indicating you could not use the bathroom at that time. I come outside the door and she's leaning on the wall just staring at us. We had no room to leave the bathroom and she would not give us personal space. She shocked me being so close, and I said oh sorry I think there may not be any paper towels either and she aggressively said yeah we're already on it. Rude customer service for something very little. Husband says she was talking to herself out of the door, and seemed very annoyed she had to wait for us as well. I'm really concerned with her attitude.

Out of all of the donut chains Krispy Kreme continues to be the best. Nothing beats the original glazed when the light is on. This location is right off the main road and very clean and well kept.

Had to stop here when I was passing through Erie. They had quick and efficient service. I was there during a time they were making their famous glazed donuts on the conveyor belt and it was amazing to see! They have a variety of donut flavors, as well as some beverages. There is a small sitting area inside and restroom for customers. They have free parking on site. You enter from a side road that goes into the plaza area with a lot of stores/restaurants/assorted businesses.

Fun place to be. Can watch the donuts being made, which can be pretty relaxing. Donuts come out fine, drinks are a bit boring but workable. Staff are nice but pretty busy, seem a bit overworked.Parking: Parking lot seems to get a lot of potholes in winter, relatively.

Stoped by on my last day in Erie so I could thank the people in the office. I got 1 dozen glazed and 1 dozen mixed. I was in the drive drive-thru and hesitant about letting them pick the donuts for the mixed, but I let them pick anyway. So glad I did! They did a fantastic job. I will return to this location on my next trip. Fantastic service!!!

The place is a mess! The red head behind the counter isn't ringing up people's transactions correctly then when questioned walks away crying! Had to go into the back to get change for $100 ok thats fine but shouldn't take 5 mins with a line of waiting people. Then 2 people come back with change and donuts the red head again dumps them on the ground and then touches her head/hair with gloved hand that then touches donuts. They need to get their act together the excuse was it's at the end of the day um nope it's 3pm u close at 9:30pm good try tho! Will be contacting corporate!

The glaze donuts fresh off the conveyor belt is to die for. Literally to die for. I haven't had a Krispy Kreme donut for at least 8+ years. Never understood how the place didn't make it in Buffalo. But whenever I can find a location, my family and I are there. But now that I am older, those donuts especially the glaze are nothing but sugar bombs. Wow!!!! They are very sweet, so sweet I had to drink water just to knock the sugar levels down in my system. Lol But will I get more later? Ooh yeah, with a water bottle in one hand and a glaze donut in the other.

Ordered 2 dozen glazed donuts in the app and they were ready in the drive through for pick up within just a few minutes. The service and pick up experience was good. I haven’t had Krispy Kreme in years and was surprised at how little their donuts are now, they looked like they were miniature so that was surprising. We always enjoy a Krispy Kreme donut from time to time so the flavor didn’t disappoint.

My first time in an actual Krispy Kreme shop. Great service (super friendly) and fresh donuts out of the oven. I loved the pumpkin spice donut with their coffee. Easy parking in our RV and right off the highway. I highly recommend this location.

Not like it use to be! The donut quality is going down hill. Originally glazed donuts are now too cake like, barely any whole in some! Trash all over the store floor. Bathrooms in much worse shape than with the old management. Iced donuts aren't even iced evenly. Plus now there's no survey on the receipts to give feedback, seems to me that new management doesn't want to please customers. We won't be patronizing this location any longer.

It’s always a treat when we get to have some Krispy Kreme’s. Our own stores closed years ago so we always make a point to stop whenever we see one. The store was very clean and our server carol was wonderful!
