The store obviously had a makeover! Everything looked polished and organized! We were approached as soon as we arrived in the store. Previous visits were difficult due to merchandise on the floor OR having to look through a pile of disorganized clothing. The associate who checked us out was extremely friendly and helpful.

They advertise big discounts, 25-30% off , but when you check out , there are so many exclusions you get nothing ...Then the clerk says, you saved _ _ _ today, all the basic continued sales that are routine... deceptive, I'm not falling for that again....

I was shocked at how messy the fitting rooms were. Sure they needed to be swept but it was the amount of clothes left in. I was in the women’s fitting rooms and they all looked like this. The cashier on the women’s side too was very curt when helping people too. I overheard an older lady asking her for help since she was out folding the activewear clothes and she said she’s not allowed to look it up for her since she has to stay at the register the entire time?? And then she was telling people to form a Better line for her?? Weird experience overall!

Love Kohl's for great prices on quality, name brand items. Absolutely love that they are a quick & easy way to do Amazon returns. Especially appreciate that the returns are right up front now & so easy. Great staff is always friendly & helpful!

Clothing organized well and customers checking out smoothly through the registers. Clean and well-kept fitting rooms.A visit weeks later and still everything is top notch. Cashier was very helpful.

I believe that Kohl's used to be a place to purchase things reasonably. They offer discounts but so many items won't allow one to use the discount. Kohl's cash has never been worthwhile unless you spend a large amount of money. You also then have to return to the store to use the Kohl's cash. I have had to let mine lapse in the past because I couldn't get back up there.

Today while my son and I were in the return line, an elderly lady had passed out while waiting. The team was so calm and very efficient with helping her and getting her what she needed and never left her side. I was very impressed with how they all handled the situation. Kudos to all involved! Hope she was able to get sable enough to get home

Terrible check out..45 mins because only 2 clerks were working. Felt sorry for the clerks as everyone was venting their frustrations on them for having to wait for upwards of an hour. Totally unacceptable

Your clothes selection for pre-teens was great! They appreciated the cool styles and had fun trying them on.The cashier was super friendly, and helped complete our shopping experience with smiles all around.A good shopping day for sure!

Very clean store! Selection was a bit skewed. The signage stated two sizes of pillows were available, but only one was. No biggie. Available was my cashier. She was happy to be alive. It's nice to see someone as pleasant as she was. Well, the register went wonky and Ava maintained her composure while apologizing to me. I wasn't in a hurry. We waited for assistance from Julie, who was very professional. She made polite small talk while she fixed the problem. Outstanding!!!
