Trash. I stood in line for 10 minutes waiting while the cashier tried to figure out how to put batteries in a toy for the person in front of me. She was the only employee in the store. I finally gave up and left.

Acceptable Hot Topic location. On the smaller side. Staff are nice. Nothing too special but it works if you're looking for Hot Topic products.

Great customer service. Both of my daughters constantly beg me to go to hot topic, we would come to the store more often if we didn't live an hour away. My oldest absolutely loves her Southside Serpents jacket ♥️

Lots of merchandise of things I’m interested in, and a wide variety of cool clothing available. All clothing is very comfortable. The staff are INCREDIBLY nice and helpful, and they overall make a comfortable and welcoming environment. Great deals as well; I got 25 dollars off of some nice pants. I can’t wait to come back!

Store is ok. When I was younger this was a fun store. Always overpriced but it's in the mall so it matches the rest of the stores really. Just a novelty store. Used to be better in the 90s.

went yesterday and it was the best it's been in a while!! the staff are really friendly, cool people, and the selection is items is awesome c:hopefully hot topic will get more 2000's stuff in the future, but for now i love the most of the modern stuff they sell!

Good selection of items, but only if you're keeping track of current trends and fads. T-shirts aren't that pricy and they have great deals. Perfect location if you're looking for accessories, blankets, etc from some of your favorite IPs.What gives this store the five for me is the staff. They're always the most relatable staff from any store in the area, hands down. They really know how to connect due to their, most times, knowledgability and relatability with the content that reps the merchandise in their store.Great place to shop, great staff as well.

Good for what you'd expect it to be. I feel I'm officially too old for the store as a lot of the franchised merchandise is from media I've never seen or never heard of, but still a nice store to shop for my niece.The staff there were nice.

They have it all. I love the store. This particular store. I've been to others, for I travel through much of the north border and the east coast. The employees of this store seem very upbeat, happy to help me pic out a shirt for myself or my niece and nephews. Every pic is a hit and I leave smiling. Thank you.

The service is awesome, the employees always check on me and tell me about the deals they have in the store. And they compliment my outfit. And they like to make me feel like I am welcome to the store. I go there like all the time and I really appreciate their service and politeness to the customer.

We drove two hours to shop at the mall and the only store I wanted to go to was HotTopic. The store was closed at noon with no lights and no signs explaining why they were closed. I watched multiple people tried the doors angrily because there was nothing explaining why it was closed.

I collect funny button pins for my backpack, and I walked out of this Hot Topic with six of these bad boys. They also had a large collection of tee shirts that were already discontinued in the Hot Topic stores down south where I live. Also, the people who work there are awesome. They are happy to help you with all of your strange needs.

The store is clean, well lit, not over crowded by products, it feels safe. They offer all kinds of pop culture memorabilia, jewelry, and themed clothing. They offer everything from Hello Kitty and Sailor Moon to DragonBall and Rick & Morty. Loungefly handbags are available. Makeup, accessories and Funko Pops are for sale too.

They always have the friendliest staff! Great sales that end up with YOU getting FREE stuff! Everytime I walk in they have great music going, theres almost always a geeky convo you can jump into and friends are made easily there! I found gold in the clearance section yesterday in the form of a 2X T-shirt that was about the first EVER youtubers I followed! $15!

My family and I love this restaurant, the food is amazing and the employees are super nice and actually take a min.to slow down and listen to what u want, it's a issue iv came across so much these days so it's so nice that they listen! This time there wasn't alotta meat in the food as everytime b4 sure it's due to someone diffrent making it is all!! Still amazing food and nice people!

About ten to twelve years ago, I went here a lot. Bought CDs galore and some t-shirts! Don't know what happened. They don't sell CDs anymore. Rock t-shirts here are nice they have a good variety of them.
