The sales experience was great. Molly is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The issue I have is when we picked up our bedroom set that we purchased, it was in boxes, we could not see that the chest was missing 3 drawer pulls. The boxes were dented and torn in spots, which I have photos of as well as of the chest as soon as it was removed from the box. I called the store as soon as we noticed and was told they would order the missing hardware and that it would take about 2 to 3 weeks to come in. 2 weeks later. I repeated my request for the status and if my hardware was ordered. I was told I would be called when my hardware came in but didn't say if it was ordered. We drove 50 miles to pick up our items so we weren't in a position to just run back to the store the same day to return the chest. My advice to any customer purchasing from them is to be sure to inspect each item before you accept it whether they are busy on the dock or not, otherwise you may end up with a defective or incomplete piece of furniture.

ALL the sales staff have always met my needs. I consistently find the best products for my home. My bed and mattress are one of my favorite purchases because of the all night comfort. Shipping is always on time, and I pick up at their location because I own a truck and trailer. The guys in the warehouse are great at helping me load and are patient when I say I want things loaded a certain way. I will always shop at furniture row!

He also helped me to find a bed frame and head board that was a great deal. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend for your furniture needs.

We have purchased several things here,the prices are reasonable, great selection. Service is great,we have had Brandon wait on us for almost all of our purchases, he's a great salesperson, very pleasant not pushy and gives us time to look around and shows us sale items, we appreciate that he doesn't try to just sell us the most expensive item,we definitely look for him when we come here.

We had never been at Furniture Row before and we were greeted at the door. After telling Annissah (our sale associate) what we were looking for, she showed us a nice variety of chairs. She was not pushy and extremely friendly and helpful. She helped us find a chair we liked and we also got a second chair on clearance. The prices were reasonable and the store was clean and well stocked. We will shop there again.

Just bought $6,000+ worth of living room furniture from Kyle Baxter. HE WAS THE BEST ! Very knowledgeable, personable, and no pressure salesperson. Knew all the features, sizes, how to treat and care for leather and the finance offers available. COULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE FROM OUR SALESPERSON ! Usually we say we are just looking because people at other stores are high pressure and follow you around like you're a thief. Kyle was so personable and no pressure low key individual, we enjoyed his interaction today and closed the deal today.

Kyle was very helpful. We came in a few weeks ago looking for kitchen table. We told him what we were looking for and he took us to three possibilities. He explained each table and stools, which were the best made but also which one you got the most for your buck. We left to go home and measure our area. When we came back in a few weeks later to make our purchase Kyle remembered us and got the ball rolling.

I had an issue with one of the salespeople not being willing to offer a small discount on a 2nd chair (of the same kind - both with some small defects) that I had just purchased. That person (as well an the manager) later reached out to me to offer a good deal on the 2nd chair, so I am satisfied with my experience at this store.

That charge too much for their delivery fee. I canceled my order because of it. It would be different if I was ordering a whole sofa and dining room set or something but I ordered one piece. Not worth the money to have it delivered. I canceled my order

Picked up sofa at store and trailered home. “Just had to attach feet” per salesman.Get home an realized they are screwed in and no pilot holes. So you just pick a spot in the corner I guess. No instructions on where they go. Also I don’t have a 6” Phillips extension for my drill so need to buy that.After a call in to the store I was told about half of their sofa feet have this type of attachment.
