This is a very small location with narrow aisles , the building and sidewalk are well used , the curb cut for wheelchair access is to the left of entrance door and is a bit shifted with age , so good push . The store was clean and sanitary and some aisles impassable due to over load of merchandise ( I am thinking this has to do with limited staff and pandemic related shipping delays being worked out , not to the benefit of the store or staff ) staff was friendly and courteous.

GREAT EMPLOYEES, but 3 of the 5 items I wanted to buy are “no longer sold there”. Very disappointing. Also, the parking lot entrances are in SUCH awful condition and HAVE BEEN for years. It’s like the company DOESN’T CARE about its customers. Or maybe just its customers in the less affluent areas of town?

It's one of my favorite, and frequent stops. The store has most everything, you could possibly need. Usually a quick in, and out. The staff has always been pleasant, and helpful. Only slight downside, people frequently ask for money, near the stores entrance. I presume many of those same individuals, are responsible for the liter outside as well. Overall a very good store, and staff

Rally surprised when I walked in. A lot of downtown stores are midheaven and disorganized. Totally the opposite. Everything was lined and shelved well, and they had a good amount of products to choose from. It was decently warm inside as well.

Love all the workers especially Nick and his boss w short blonde hair and is super cool and chilled and laid back but does what her job consists of meaning she ain't gonna let people come in n just steal stuff cus she is kind to everyone and respects customers until they start breaking the law.... It's a shame that people put her in that position in the 1st place.. but I love going to this store cus it's clean and organized and fast when checking out my stuff I am buying..

Employees are good workers,they are understaffed undercut by, corporate Sterling,who own Family Dollar, Dollar General, and Dollar Tree.All their stores are operated in the same, way the workers are overburdened, understaffed, overworked.New shipments and stock stays out on, the floor, for days and weeks at a time.Sterling corporate of family Dollar,Dollar general and Dollar tree obviously, do not care about their employees or, their stores.Managers who are salaried or worse are, scheduled for only maybe 40 hours a, week or 60 hours a week they end up, doing 60 to 80 hours a week without, being compensated by Sterling, corporate.In fact! they're probably one of the worst, corporate retailer's to work for.If they can treat their employees with, callus disregard and disrespect?who would want to work for Sterling?I admit it's not fair to treat your, employees, and managers like,Slaves!Manager's have it the worst!They work the most hours and are,Paid the least amount of money for,Their efforts.Why would anybody want to work for, Sterling they're a bunch of corporate, ripoffs?Corporate Sterling is consistently,ripping off their employees, for their time, labor and money!Does Sterling expect employee's to work, for free?They're like a Walmart back in the old, days, Walmart was forcing their,Employees to punch-off the,Time-clock and work for free!I was happy to hear the Walmart was hit with a class action lawsuit!Forced to pay for back wages and,Violating the U.S Labor Laws!Not 🚫 promoting qualified,Minority workers for job advancement,or supervisory positions,Discrimination as described in the legal,sense and broad terms of the law!Discrimination from the Walton's,Family does'nt surprise me?Why shoot! 🤠!!!I'm sure if you dig into the Walton family,Background you find a long line of,Slavery and slavers ownership?Why after all,you're talking about a company from," Arkansas "One of the Big 4, Most Racist States!In the United States, since the day's,Of O'le Reconstruction!There are still parts of the,DOWN DEEP DIRTY SOUTH,WERE THE AFRICAN-AMERICAN,MAN IS STILL TREATED LIKE A,SLAVE, HE MUST KOW-TOW,AS THE WHITE MASTER'S DIRECT,OR FACE THE ULTIMATE PENALTY,OF DEATH.A GOOD O'LE FASHION,MODERN DAY LYNCHING!From the "HANGING TREE!"Even by "EXECUTION" by the GUN 🔫!!!Dollar general is, doing the same thing, Instead they're, doing it in reverse!My best advice to the public you should, avoid shopping as a matter of fact you, should not waste your time and money!People of America I ask you, to please,Send Corporate Sterling a message,Of the mistreatment of their employees.For one Day, Week, Month, or a Year!!!To do the following:Boycott, Boycott, Boycott, Boycott, Boycott, Boycott, Boycott, Boycott,Boycott, Boycott, Boycott and Boycott!Sterling corporation owners of,Dollar Tree, Family Dollar,and Dollar General!Sterling are In fact are corporate slavers, of their employees!Any corporate entity that treats, employees, this bad should'nt be in, BUSINESS!Obviously,they don't know how to act or, how to treat people right,they are not right themselves or in,The right frame of minds!Sure you want to put profit above people?You corporate raiders should answer to, the public for your mistreatment of your, employees and of your stores?You should be held liable for your, actions, in the legal sense of the word.Sterling, corporate entity,They are a trashy entity who need to be, exposed, for their corporate greed!!!The only real stars of Family Dollar,Dollar General and Dollar Tree 🌲 Stores,are the, Manager's, Assistant Manager's, employee's!

Convenient location for the city residents; however, it is a mess. Stock all over the place. Kinda reminds me of a war torn third world country. Many shelves are empty which gets frustrating. A few of the cashiers are very rude and need to be retrained or let go.During the pandemic even though they refused to do returns at least one cashier didn't feel the need to wear a mask. If you have the option to go to another Family Dollar, save yourself the frustration and go.

The big girl working in there ruined it for me always had an attitude. Everyone else that works there's super nice though it's a shame she works almost all the time now so I just go to Dollar General instead now.

Pretty much ghetto. Had what I needed but had to search as inventory is not orderly. The store was a mess. Employees were okay.

It's a dollar store. Convenient for quick stops to grab a few things. This location can be messy at times. Some staff not all that ambitious and barely polite.

Poor service. Family Dollar seems to think everyone is a thief and they treat you that way. Seems to be an institutional thing. All family Dollar stores I've been to are the same. The employees are angry overworked and accusing.
