They did really good with my kitty girl. I had to get my kitty neutered. She was going in and outta heat every couple weeks. She doesn't do good with other people or animals. They was great with her. She was pretty mad when she woke up. They handled her well. And she healed up great. Thank you so much.

Took my Dog Gary here to be Neutered. Gary and I were both treated very professionally. Everyone is nice and caring. For a neuter plan to drop off 7:30 am and pick up between 1pm and 2. Lowest prices anywhere in ohio or western P.A. I went ahead and had shots here as well because it was so reasonable and professional.

I cannot rave enough about the price and the quality and the friendliness and the caring of this facility. I adopted a dog from a horrible dog fighting/hoarding situation, and she never even went in my car which is an active God to get her in to go to this appointment to be spayed And she followed that staff around, trusting them like a puppy. It was so wonderful. She trusted them she sent them. She’s been through a lot in her life. In her short two years. But I can’t say enough. Just a beautiful staff and beautiful caring. She fought me so much getting out of the car. When I arrive before it was even light out. I was afraid to take her in she was running Trying to get off of her leash to go on Simmerly Road and when I came back, I told them the story and this beautiful soul said I’ll just carry her to the car and she’ll be fine. Just a wonderful experience.

Economical program to spay and neuter with gentleness and loving care. Also administer immunizations and more care! Friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate staff. Free pet carriers if you need one and lots of handmade pet and people products to purchase in support of their affordable services so take a donation please! I will be going back there from now on, the regular vet costs were DOUBLE! 5☆'s + happy, healthy pets!

We had a wonderful experience here! My mother in law found several cats she was interested in but there was one that really stood out, who she adopted. The woman who was taking us around was AWESOME at her job, helping us find the perfect fit, was very patient and super knowledgeable of the cats. Even during covid, they made this experience very pleasant! 🐾🐾

Lady went for grooming. Did a wonderful job. Be careful and listen very good so there is no misunderstanding, like there was with us, about the time to pick Lady up after her grooming. Now she is no longer welcome there.

There are angels that live in Heaven, and there are angels that live on Earth. You will meet them disguised as staff at the Human Society. Do what you have to do to make them your beloved pet's health provider. Support them with blankets, food, litter/ dog treats and your patronage at thier store. Visit them, and volunteer. They love thier 4 legged charges, and they deserve love too. ❤️

Got my 1yo cat spayed here, they did a great job. She healed up nice and easy in about a week or two. Staff were super kind and patient with any questions I had. And they let me pay at the rate I was quoted since their prices had changed since back when I scheduled.

I was a bit nervous because I've never had a breed that required grooming and our puppy is approaching 7 1/2 months so this was her first time. Erin did a great job and said our puppy was well behaved during the process. Highly recommend checking out their services. Sorry I couldn't get her to stand still for any great before and after pics.

Artemis had her first spa day here & came out great! She got bath/blow dry, ears, teeth done & nail grinding. She's nice & white, lol. Price was very reasonable & the people were wonderful & timely.

Super friendly staff, and they seem to really care about the dogs! My one dog has anxiety around new people, especially around unfamiliar smells, and they did a great job allowing me to help calm her down (I've had horrible experiences elsewhere with her because they won't allow me to help). My other dog was just spayed and I really appreciate the staff's kindness and knowledge, my little one even came out of the back with her tail wagging and still loving on the staff!Highly recommend!!!

Many veterinary hospitals are not accepting new clients at this time, so it can be difficult to find pet care when you are traveling. I am very thankful that the staff at the wellness clinic were able to help with our 15 year old cat on short notice. He had IBD and was taking medication and was on a special diet for the last two years. Sadly, he quit eating and we decided it was time to let him go. He was not going to be able to make it home to south carolina to see his regular vet. RIP Big Guy. Thank you, Erie Humane Society.

Service was excellent. My dog of 15 years recently passed away, we wanted her cremated. So we called the humane society told them what had happened and they told me to come right in and they would take care of things. As hard as everything was, they made everything seem so simple. So thank you very much! Everyone was great!

Brought my dogs in to be groomed. First time there. Erin was wonderful, you could tell she cared about my pups. She did a great job and they weren't anxious when I got there to pick them up.

I had to have my dog and cat put down due to their ages and ability to get around. I showed up for our appointment in tears and with a 100 lb dog that couldn't even get up after the ride there. They were so comforting to my two fur babies and myself. I pray I never have to return for a visit like this again but I'm very thankful for such wonderful caring people

Horrible. My dog was not responding after surgery so I had to come emergency transport him to another vet. They shouldn't even have charged me. Then other vet charged me $700 for iv and blood work.Disappointed to say the least.
