Need to change the name of all these dollar type stores to Two Dollar General, lmao !!! Whatever price tag on shelves state, you can add .25 cents at checkout !!!Prices go up 25 % faster than employees can switch the price tags to keep up !!!Right now it is $ 1.25 General, and climbing.Have a real issue keeping employees for very long, new faces every week, and that is if this location is even open ?!?!Good Luck !!!

An organized chaos of everything you need from a Walmart, minus the annoying not so good at blending in loss prevention team that thinks everyone is a thief, yes Becky, even you. Walk in, carve a path through the overly stocked aisles, feel comfortable, friendly check out. Employees are awesome.

Too much product in the aisles, which made it difficult to maneuver. However, they had the cleaning products and liquid hand soap refills I needed. Checkout person was very nice.

Staff was terrible. No customer service skills whats so ever. Mismarked clearance items on the rack. Black people hair care products practically behind the counter were the register is. I mean really... Well at least this store had them to sell unlike the other dollar general. BUT the clerk with the older blonde hair. I swear is bipolar.

I was at 38th & washington location at 8:20 am. Cashier was texting on her phone whole time, did not greet , didn't even look up from phone while I was checking out. Had to wait until she finished her chat to pay. If I had not been in a rush I would have just walked out.

Good prices but stores have too much merchandise on floors. Only have one register open takes time to check out. Like to go there instead of grocery store.

This west 38th store in Erie, PA has gone downhill big time. There is junk in the aisles, shelves a mess, and employees act like social rejects. I don't know if there has been a change in management but it's not a place I go anymore.

I think that store needs a manager and staffing that needs to be trained in customer service, and someone needs to show them how to organize the store. It's drity and extremely unorganized.It's to bad that I have to give it a star

People work hard there. Company is pretty greedy so store is usually in disarray due to limited staff.
