Lately the store has shown the effects of Amazon, the staff was helpful but a lot of the items were not in the store. Computer parts are somewhat available,but considering the distance to micro center you would have better deals there as the pricing is still higher but for convenience as long as they have it. Overall good experience,just higher prices IMO.

Got very personalized attentive service. Best stuff & best prices. Hence the term 'Best Buy'. Got my Quality TV at a Very Good Deal! I had enough money left over to get the 5 year extra service warranty. 5 Stars

I purchased a warranty service that states bring any device even if not bought here to get it serviced/fixed. Even states 20% off service chargesI am cancelling that and will never deal with this company again. Especially this store. No more money will be spent there.

I had been a loyal customer of best buy until recently. Bought a phone from them and had to come back 3 times to get it setup. No help ever available. 4 of us were waiting in cell phone area and it was 11a. We were informed the employee staffing the area wouldnt be in til 1. We all left. I will not purchase anything from best buy again nor would i recommend. Very disappointing.

I will NEVER go through Best Buy ever again. I ordered online and my order was cancelled so I reordered and went into the store to see if they could tell me why my order was cancelled. The Manager told me I would be better off cancelling my online order and ordering through the store. So I waited in line cashed out and as soon as I got outside my order was cancelled again. I go back in and the manager who couldn’t be bothered told me it was a card issue and continued walking past me. Because it was a retail order I had to wait 48hours for a refund. I called after 48hours and was told because of a technical glitch my refund wasn’t processed so now need to wait another 24hours. This was a Christmas gift and not one person was ANY help!!!!!

Went up here to purchase a playstation 5. First thing when you walk in your welcomed by an employee asking if you need any help. Lovely idea and makes you feel like they appreciate you coming in. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. Even the cashout lady was very nice and sweet. Bonus points for still paying people to cash out.

Very poorly staffed. Went into the store because the parking lot was almost empty and it was at a slow time 3PM. Yet, we couldn't get anyones attention to help us. It was the same a year ago. We walked out and purchased online from another store both a laptop and phone. It is no wonder local stores are closing.

I purchased a new HP laptop at Best Buy. Everything went well. There were plenty of salespeople available to assist me and answer questions. It was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend Best Buy to anyone purchasing electronics.

Always nice being able to walk around this store as no one ever asks me if I need assistance. Heck even trying to find someone to help you seems almost impossible. I've avoided a few almost impulsive appliance and TV purchases due to this. Always nice to get a bit more research in before throwing around a few thousand bucks.

Terrible customer service. Went here to buy an nvme drive and found the one I wanted, I went to FOUR different workers and all of them said they would send someone over, after 30 minutes I left. Pretty ridiculous I could not even get the thing I wanted at a store.

very bad experienceI don't recommend anybody dislocation.I wish if we did have a different location in Erie.on 12/29/2023 6:55pmI came to this location to pay my credit card and I told the manager. I want to pay the past due amount and the manager told me he don't know what is past due amount mean. He really pissed me off. My best option was to walk outside. I don't know who hired him to be a manager.And when he was talking to me, he act like he's a giving me a favor dude you getting paid by Best Buy.

The places are nice nothing was priced right eight different items I took to the register the prices were off by tons of money that AirTags advertise for $15 $20 for packages of four took them to the register and they were like $100 the remote items throughout the store that had no price at all labeled onto them and this was right before Christmas. Was trying to shop around sales in the clearance. Nothing was priced. Everything was disorganized things were clearance that shouldn’t be. They lost a lot of money because there was many things I would’ve bought if they were priced I imagine I really liked them but I wasn’t just gonna gas and the things I tried to buy were priced wrong so I did not end up buying them. I think I left, everything there except one item you guys must be shorthanded. Hopefully they get it under control.

I’ll start the negative with a positive: i have always been able to find help when needed. I don’t need much help in terms of advice, but the employees are kind and courteous. I used to love going to Best Buy for anything I would need in terms of electronics because of being able to put hands on things before making the big financial commitment. Now this store has really gone down in the recent years. The shelves are bare, packages are often thrown everywhere with random litter mixed in, making it hard to determine the price. I liked the rewards program because I do side computer work and it would usually add up to a few hundred in rewards dollars toward the end of the year but they have eliminated that unless you have their credit card, so it is harder to convince me to spend my money at a place that doesn’t value loyalty and feels more like a chore to go to. I will only go here for urgent items and will do the rest of my shopping online with another company.Circuit City 2.0

Zero customer assistance.Tried checking out appliances on our own, but everything was ziptied together. I understand it's hard to find people/workers, but if it's gonna be 'self serve', at least make it easier for the customers to look at the items. Maybe on top of the refrigerator isn't a great place to display a convection oven.

Just had a great customer service experience here. We couldn't find what we came for even though online inventory said it was in stock. The employees went above and beyond to find it in the back corner of the warehouse and get it for us. Fantastic job!

I guess the store has changed the way they assist customers. We stood around for 15 minutes waiting for help, we waved at staff and the cameras. Finally we were told we needed to be put in the queue before anyone could assist us!!!! One other customer in line once the doors opened. There was wall to wall customers, maybe 200 +!!! Not. We had one simple question concerning a HDMI cord. But the staff member couldn't answer and he left and another staff member finally came and said, "yes" and left. So, we will not go back anytime soon. We cashed out and was not even given or offered a bag for purchase. Poor service.

Had a line at the register that didn't move for 25 minutes. Several people behind me left. Two registers open and tied up with things that should have been handled by customer service, not checkout. When a passing clerk was asked for help, I was chastised for being impatient, which was both wrong and inappropriate. Store needs better management.

I went in on 1/24 to buy an iPad 9 and a 1st gen Apple Pencil. Get home and they had sold me an incompatible Apple Pencil USB-C. Went back on 1/26 to exchange, they were sweet and wonderful, I paid the price difference thinking everything was solved. Get home and it’s a USB-C in the box again!!! I’m disabled so I have to pay $20 EACH time I get a ride to Erie. I’d have to pay AGAIN. I tried to call and get help, but you can’t get through to anyone at the store! It transfers to corporate who refuses to help since it’s not an online order!

If I could leave minus 10 stars o would. How is it that you absolutely cannot reach a person at the store level when you call the store number.The connection that you reach are rude and cannot help you. Not sure where computer is as they cant seem to find it. I will now have to drive into the store an hour away where a phone call to store personnel will have been able to clear up the situation.

I returned a game because it was damaged from a previous order.... guy refused to refund me, OPENED the game in front of me and used that as an excuse to not refund the money or even just give a different copy.I hope you step on Legos sir.

The weirdest store ever. You have to look for a store employee for 15 minutes to ask the price of an item in the clearance section, but when he arrives, he says that the item is full price. Why then is the product in the clearance and open box section? At the checkout you stand and wait your turn for about 5 minutes, when your turn comes, you and your three children approach the cashier, you want to pay for your purchase, but other customers come up behind you AND THE CASHIER STARTS SERVING THEM?!?!?! The cashier saw that I had been standing for a long time and was the first, he didn’t say a word and began to serve the customers who were behind me. I moved to another cashier, but the cashier was not interested in my purchase, he served me automatically and at the same time talked with other customers, as if I was not there. HELO!!! Best Buy, train your employees on how to work with customers!!! Disgusting experience with you

I'm only leaving three stars because they seem under staffed. They definitely need to hire more employees. They weren't very busy and it took forever to get help with the items I was interested in purchasing. Other than that they had half of what I went there to purchase and the help that I finally did get was very nice and helpful.

I am so irritated right now .bought a lap top for my daughter for Xmas used it about 2 weeks they will not return will not even give me time to explain what was a matter manager was just rude kept on telling me about a protection plan on a month old lap tried to call cooperate nothing tried to call store to just get managers name guess what they don't answer phone at the store I personally will never buy anything from Best Buy ever and will tell everyone I know not to buy from them again
