My wife and I cleaned out our grand parents basement a few years ago and had a few articles that we thought someone would possibly want and this place came to mind. We went their this afternoon with 6 toys and were treated so disgustingly that if I could give negative stars for ratings I would give them -1000! Save your time and money and go to dollar general's dumpsters cause you'd find better stuff their than this trash bucket

Action Toy Man is a treasure chest for collectors and enthusiasts of pop culture. When you walk through the front door it's like entering a time warp. I feel very young there surrounded by all of the things I loved as a kid and still love to this day. You can find just about anything there very reasonably priced. There is no better place in Erie to find gifts for kids or to just remember when you were young. I am constantly finding new things within Action Toy Man that surprise me. Vinyl LP's. Vast amounts of physical media. Floor to ceiling and level to level there is very little repetition. I recently have the owner and his trustworthy sources appraising a large collection of signed comic books that I have collected the last 30 years. If you have kids or are one at heart you will feel right at home inside Action Toy Man.

If youre into collectibles and in the area, Make sure you check this place out. It has a floor level, upstairs and a basement Filled with tons of toys. Owner was nice and talkative. We will stop back and visit if we are ever in the area

This is one of the best toy shops ever. We try to stop by anytime we are driving through the area. They have a wide assortment and lots to dig through and I buy something everytime!

Really cool place, but the people that work here just talk amongst themselves all day. When I went to purchase my item, the cashier dude was visibly irritated and bothered that they actually had to do something other than fratenize. Nice concept, but barely a business.

Always love coming in here! They have a wide variety of collectibles, books, and much more. The owners are awesome! Picked up an S-Mart shirt here and made it part of my Halloween costume. Love it!

This place started off my figure collection. It is my all time favorite store. Whether you are a big time collector, common nerd, or just overall into pop culture, this store is phenomenal. They truly do not allow any blank shelf space. There are figures, board games, and comics galore. I have been going here for 10 years and make it a point to go every time I come down here. I am not the least bit sarcastic when I say I love this store. Thank you so much, actiontoyman, and thank you for one of the most interesting hobbies I've ever taken interest in.

OMG!!!! I was NOT prepared to find so much. This store has three floors. First time ever visiting the area and I left with a huge box of stuff. The entire staff was super friendly. If you are in the area check this place out. Tons of great deals.

I have done business with these folks since I've lived in Erie. They are passionate collectors like anyone would be. They're lucky enough to have a store to do it in. Fair, easy to talk to and worth checking out if you're from out of town and a geek like me. You'll buy something I guarantee it... Anything comics/toys/video games/pop culture in general, they will give it a look and be up front.

The people are awesome and can help you talk about many comic history facts. The shelves are always full of interesting toys and collectibles if the past, and above it gives you a sense of belonging and helps you to feel like you apart of comic con on every weekend. So. Many. Cool. Things. I was blown away at the amount of amazing vintage figures he had and most on card! 3 floors of just figures and comics and cool signed memorabilia. Something for everyone if you are a in box collector or lose figure collector. Recommend checking out for sure.
