Love this store. It has ample parking, the store is bright, and the isles are big... lots of space to maneuver a cart around. Prices are decent and wide variety of items available. Staff is friendly.

Entering the store, it's very clean, already have the seasonal products out front for quick access. Plenty of check outs were open. Self checkouts were not too busy.

This walmart is Incredible, it's so big, tall, and wide. People can actually fit in the isles. It has very good restaurants and an arcade. There are so many checkouts for being so big but empty when I went. Would go back anytime visiting Ephrata

The worst service and workers. I don’t know how careless people like them are even given jobs?! I went to the Walmart today and didn’t t check the bill while I was in there but when I got home I checked the bill and I was charged extra. I had bought 2 boxes of HNC Mega cereal and I was charged extra! No one usually checks the bill nowadays but how can someone be so careless about ringing up something twice?! It was literally on a screen in front of her and she couldn’t see it?! It wasn’t even that hard to spot because the one extra time she added was the last item so this is ridiculous!!

My bf goes to Walmart to purchase a prepaid cellphone and I ordered him a lyft and the driver has switched up at the last minute and a new driver replaced previous driver. I had to the call the store specifically the electronic dept. a young man picks up I can tell by his tone he didnt want to be bothered so I immediately asked for a supervisor when I was transferred to the manager I explained to him the situation and he put me on hold to page my boyfriend and never came back on the phone. So with the new lyft driver arriving for my boyfriend in less 7 mins I hung up and contacted the driver who responded immediately and was able to successfully pick him up and drop off to his final destination. So an apology would have been nice from the manager when I called to make the complaint (which he did not offered or was recieved) especially after I told him I will be posting a review about this. His response was ok and hung up. Good job jackass!

STOP ALLOWING NON SERVICE ANIMALS INTO WALMART!! I dont care if it is an emotional support, I dont care if it has separation anxiety. you are putting that animal and poor employees thru hell just bringing it. no one wants to see your dog peeing on the floor, yapping its head off, and mouthing the produce.

Well considering I updated this six days ago before my visit today and there were no pallets in the floor today wad a different story. pallets in the floor blocking merchandise and no worker in sight that was actively working the items. infant car seat aisle had merchandise all over the floor while a Grocery Pick up worker just continued their job instead of creating a safe environment for others to shop in.

They usually have what is needed. Only getting out is crazy people that don't know how to use self checkout as well as just plain slow . Regular registers rarely open to assist.

Walmart Ephrata, what a world of difference between E York and Ephrata Walmart #1 they had horse stalls out in the parking lot for the Amish to park the horse and buggy's. Cool. #2 the bathrooms were so clean they had air freshener they had paper towels out and we couldn't believe everything was so clean we must have had 4 employees ask us if we needed any help finding things we walked out speechless. We thought we had traveled to a parallel universe were it was opposite then our own.

Sad. Hardly any stock on shelves. No assistance in any sections. When asked an employee for help, she was clueless about her own store. But if you wanna tv that section had employees yet none could tell you what isle the mayo was in.

Waited till the last minute just to tell me the item I ordered for pickup wasn't available.If the product isn't available, then don't say it is. And if your system is this flawed, maybe it's time to come up with a better system.

Convenient to major highways. Saturdays (during the day) are probably the busiest times, but checkout is still very speedy.

March 2024 update: (4 stars) Lately, our experience has not been negative, so I added one star. We usually only buy food items from Walmart for our church, so we don't go there too often. The shelves seemed to be decently stocked, and the employees have been accommodating.Feb 2023 update: (3 stars) Tried again to get several gift cards, this time, they all worked fine, but went to a different checkout line. We also needed several dozen soft pretzels. Unfortunately, they had none. So we had to make another stop a the Giant down the road where they had plenty. The only reason I added one star is because one of the employees nicely helped us try to locate the pretzels even though they were all out of them.Jan 2023: (2 stars) We tried to purchase 10 Walmart gift cards, and the cashier could only load 2 of them. The others would not work no matter how many times she tried. She said this happens all the time. Whatever is wrong really should be addressed! It was very frustrating 😑

Very busy. Had exactly what I was looking for, "dish pan." Self checkout speeds up your checking out, less time in a line. Large parking lot, no spaces close to door.

I'm not a big fan of Walmart due to past experiences. However, I needed new clothes. Wow! I was able to get new dress shirts and pants at a very reasonable price. Good job, Walmart.

I give them 5 stars specifically for the birthday cake we ordered this weekend for our daughters birthday, I gave them my order over the phone, so I wasn’t sure how it would turn out but it was beautiful! They did a perfect pink ombré, the colors were beautiful! The whip icing and cake it’s self was DELICIOUS! Better than custom expensive cakes I’ve ordered previous years! All our guests were shocked when I told them it was Walmart! Thank you so much for making the most perfectly pink cake for our sweet girl! I will highly recommend to all my friends and family!

Extremely disappointed today in the service. I entered on the grocery side to find no carts, not a huge deal but I was getting cat liter, so I needed one. I went over to the far side, grabbed a cart, walked to the back of the store to grab my liter, got to the front to only find one register open. Normally I would skip the line and do self check out, but I need baby formula and with the shortage, I was not risking going elsewhere. 9 people in line ahead of me. 25 minutes to check out with no other options because you can only purchase formula at register 11.Please open at least two registers during the day. Mommas are having enough trouble finding formula, we don’t want to stand in line for 25 minutes to buy it.

This USED to be the Walmart to go to...now it's more like the trap house version of walmart...the shelves are always bare,half the time they don't have half of what we are looking for...BRING BACK the mom & pop stores because corporate America SUCKS
