Going to a Sheetz you can typically find good service and a clean restroom. Unfortunately that was not the case 05/26/2020. I entered the men's room to find the facilities smelling terrible, looking disastrous, and disappointing. There is a plaque on the wall by the sinks; allegedly written by someone from the Sheetz family; that states how proud he is about the cleanliness of his restrooms. Included on this plaque are instructions to call him at the number listed, or to email him at sheetz.com. After searching the website for 20 minutes attempting to locate this man's email and only finding a contact us form I gave up. Mr. Sheetz, you've lied to me and I'm not a fan of lies. Here is the images so that you may witness this clear display of another business where the employees are understaffed or under paid and can't/won't. Step it up Sheetz corporate.

The cashiers and attendants are very friendly and helpful.I prefer this location because it is always very clean and the gas pumps are usually not crowded.Just a warning (not to deter anyone from visiting this location) - it is very difficult to make a left hand turn upon exiting on the Newport Rd/772 side during morning and evening hours.

If they are busy, you may have to wait for your food, but they have the app you can order from then pick up. Never had an issue with the food, always good. They have an inside seating area. This Sheetz does not sell alcohol.

This location/area doesn’t seem to get much diverse foot traffic. Store clerk was visibly disturbed that we entered the store. She went on a walkie to announce that they are “kids”, wanting me to let her how many I have in “here”. I specifically said this is a college team stopping to get gas and to use the bathroom. Whatever I had in my hand to buy, I put it right back down.

They have good made to order food but a lot of times when their busy and there's a long line at the register they don't open another one so you have to wait awhile if there busy.

Normally don’t have a problem here but today I ordered the $2.99 two hot dog value meal. Unfortunately the charge ended up slightly over $4.00. I asked the cashier about it a couple times and she mentioned possibly speaking to the manager but that did not happen. I was in a hurry so I just paid the incorrect amount to get going. The cashier also mentioned that I was not the first to mention this which made me wonder why it had not been fixed already. I am not mentioning this to receive anything, I just hope this will help encourage them to get it fixed for future customers.

I stopped here to grab a 6 pack, except.. they don't serve alcohol here of any kind. I can't even begin to understand the logic of not doing this. I wish I could give zero stars for how stupid this is.

Plenty of gas pumps available and the prices are similar to other stations in the area. Inside the store is clean and well-stocked and the bathrooms are clean as well. Lots of drink and slushy choices, although the slushies were too thick. My kids and I filled our cups and they settled down about 2 inches by the time we got to the front counter and we had to go back and fill them again.

I would like to thank Sheetz for charging $1.77 for gas on the 4th of July. In an oil industry dominated by greed, Sheetz shows they care for the common man. Thank you!

There’s an amazing girl who works there named Quinn. She’s short and has dark hair. Her work ethic is amazing and she’s overall just such a positive person. This woman deserves a raise. I see her all the time and she makes my experience at sheetz amazing EVERY SINGLE TIME. She’s always smiling and super diligent at what she does. Other customers as well I saw enjoyed her company behind the counter. She’s definitely sweet! I hope the company ensures her to have a raise so that she can stay so that I may continue seeing her smiling face everyday! :)

It's very slow, even when it's not busy it's slow. The workers behind the counter shouldn't chat as much and just get there job done so that the hard workers buying food can go on there way again. And make sure the cashiers know how to count change before you hire them.

I stopped for a breakfast sandwich and ice coffee on Friday, July 25, 2020. I was running short on time to get to my job but figured it should not take long. I ordered and there was no other orders. I paid my bill and went to wait. The one lady called my number out for the ice coffee and I stood waiting on ONE breakfast sandwich. A whole group came in and ordered and I am still waiting. Long story short I had to leave without my sandwich because she was taking to long to make it and I ran out of time. So I am out of 5.00 because never got my sandwich. Way to slow and not happy at all.

DONT GET FOOD HERE!!!They forgot half my order. I had to go back inside twice to get the food that I had paid for. All of the contents of my sandwich were there, just not together. Like they just threw all the ingredients into a tinfoil wrapper that had holes in it, so when I removed it from the bag it all spilled out.They forgot half the ingredients for my salad and also the salad dressing.

The only reason I gave a 2 instead of a 1 is that I am giving some slack because I stopped on a Friday night. There was only one cashier on for a busy Friday night, I witnessed 4-5 person lines forming on three separate occasions because she was busy filling up coffees and restocking condiments. The food staff was insanely slow, I waited for over 10 minutes for a cheese steak, the cheese steak was the sloppiest I have ever seen. When I opened it 3/4 of the cheese stuck to the wrapper. The staff seemed more preoccupied with their conversation than they did with making food. There were three people behind the counter making food of which none helped the cashier with anything.

The idea of paying with a credit card is that you don't have to go INSIDE the store. Is that too hard to comprehend or what??? Almost every time I get gas here the pumps are out of paper! Once again this has happened to me today, besides the fact 6 people in line ahead of me!?!? Totally uncalled for!! Maybe management needs to not velcro in the office and focus on the customers more!

Consistently watered down and terrible cold brew. I have even complained to management and they said they would fix it. It’s almost $4.00 for a 16oz of what looks like iced tea and tastes like slightly bitter tap water. It’s a shame because they were making a lot of money from me and the employees are very nice. I suggest wawa for local cold brew fans. It’s under $3.00 for a 24oz and it’s very tasty and smooth.

Place sucks! I ordered a grilled cheese with mayo and ham and it come out like warm slightly melted cheese and cold ham. What part of GRILLED cheese don't they understand. Every other sheetz has nice melted gooey hot cheese its great. If I wanted a ham and cheese sandwich I would order that. Very disappointed tonight.

Received a coupon for buy one self-service ice cream, get one free so we tried it. We had a blast! Vanilla, chocolate or twist and about a dozen toppings to choose. Yum! Quick, easy and fun!

I would like to start out by saying the only reason I go to sheets is because of the convenience to the highway and gas, if it was not in that particular location I would never go, for the second day in a row I walked into the men’s bathroom to wash my hands, you know because of Covid, and the smell of urine was astounding, I work in construction and use Porta Johns every day and this had to be by far the foulest smelling bathroom I’ve ever been in. There is absolutely no excuse. PS I’d go beside the building before I would ever use the bathroom there.

Fist off... Why make it an option how much of a certain condiment you want regular, light or heavy if your going to pour half the bottle on regardless of what option I pick? Secondly, I do understand I’m ordering and eating food from a gas station and I don’t and shouldn’t have high hopes or expectations but if your going to charge for your food like a high end restaurant at lest have the decency to prepare the food to at least McDonald’s standards...and honestly I’d prefer to have the mustard and sauerkraut spread along the entire hot dog I didn’t realize I had the option to add the toppings to just half like a pizza....?To the person who made this... good luck in life if you can’t apply your self to a simple task.. best of luck working your way up in this world.

Sheetz needs to seriously step their game up.... paper towels and phone charges are nessesary items to have available in all Gastations. Wether you’re a local looking for that quick toiletries stop or a traveler forgetting their charger, food is also horrendous.

Went for a late night bite a few weeks ago, food was ok, but the customer service is horrid. I dont even remember the guys name who was working, some burn out looking dark haired guy, but I swear he called me a fat dumb redneck in some round-about way, I was tired, I bushed it off but I regret not calling in a complaint now.

This is a five star Sheetz, however, I giving it two stars because it doesn’t have a recycling bin at the pumps and entrance like most Wawas do. Awesome food.

Never had a problem here. The food is good. The staff is friendly. The prices are decent for a gas station. My preferred choice to stop at going out of town.
