Good location. The store is clean and well organized, also clean fitting rooms. The prices are great and the selection is good. Surprised by how much higher quality clothing items that are available from time to time. High turnover of items, so you never know what can be found. The mission that Goodwill supports is wonderful. Keep it up!

Left a 1 star review about a year ago when the writing was already on the wall. Wish i could honestly give 0 for this one. Store shouldn’t even be open anymore. They “remodeled” recently and all the entailed was removing shelving and display cases and now piling everything on top of one another like we’re at the goodwill bins. Should just be a bin store. ANY item that can’t be mistaken for trash just goes to shop goodwill to be sold online the rest of the store is just a trashcan for what wasn’t sold online. It’s a complete joke

Got a Christmas bin here for 2.99 plus tax, only to find the exact same one at dollar tree for $1 what an absolute rip off. How is a used and donated item more expensive than a brand new one! People need to learn to price items at the discounted rate they're supposed to be. I'll just skip Goodwill next time.

Shelves seemed empty this time, specifically the kids section. Seemed like they were renovating alittle. Books were nicely organized.Their recent reno with registers by the front instead of in the middle of the store is great.Miss not having a designated shoe section but instead have to check every aisle for shoes...

Disgusted at what this store has become. For starters the prices (utterly insane) you’d think during one of the worst financial crises this country has seen that prices would’ve at the bare minimum stayed the same to help struggling people out but that CLEARLY isn’t the case here(GREED IS IN FULL EFFECT). Items that were traditionally priced in the 1.99-2.99 range are now well over $5. Items that were in the $5 range are now well into the $20s and anything worth more then that they think they’re a target and just soapy an full retail price on it for someone’s used junk it’s really laughable at this point. On top of the ridiculous pricing organization is out the window in this store. They got “new” shelves a few months ago and now the store is just a free for all. There’s no rhyme or reason to where things are placed it’s all just scatter about. Movies in the back and in front case toys in 3 different areas of the store no 2 items are priced the same even if they’re the same item. Long rant short. Don’t give this company your money plenty of better places to get deals. You know like Walmart where you’ll spend the same price and get NEW items

You have increased the price 3-4times in 1-2 years.Also, please stop putting pressure on your workers about the rounding up issue. I understand that managers put so much pressure on them. Because they ask if you can do a raundin up right away without even telling the price of the product we bought. It's crazy...

I come here ever so often and I feel slightly disappointed anytime I come in. I even made a call sometime last year to make a complaint to the manager. I made a complaint about one of their workers at the register trying to educate me on how I wear a mask which I did not appreciate. I had someone with me and even they seemed confused when my mask was covering my mouth and nose. I work in healthcare and I am educated on how I wear a mask. Considering now, people are choosing not to wear a mask. I did request a call back but I didn’t. Besides that, no one really provides the customer service. I’ve been taking in donations for the past few months because of moving and sometimes I have to ask for help. When I ask the young man just looks at me and doesn’t acknowledge what I say. He’ll speak to me when they’re not accepting anything but not asking anything else. I’m 9 months pregnant and the donation parking normally pretty crowded. I’m fine with waiting for the help but when I ask it seems like a sin that I ask. Today I went to Salvation Army and that was out of my way. And boy, the customer service from the one gentleman was excellent. He was very kind and helpful. I’ll be going there more. I do want to pay 5 stars to one man in the Ephrata goodwill. I haven’t seen him in so long but he was a slender man with long hair who was very kind and very helpful. He normally was behind the counter but he was great and I appreciated how great he was with the customers! More people like him!

Goodwill store is good overall despite a little bit expensive. There was a few items I wanted to buy inside their media selection but unfortunately I couldn't because some of their dvd's were stolen and some of their media selection was nothing but empty dvd cases. If anyone has a caseless dvd for a certain TV show or a film and does not have a case for it, you may or might not have no problem looking for a empty dvd case inside the media selection. Friendly service here however it would be nice if both employees and management here do a better job and make sure that shoplifting that does not get out of hand. Overall I enjoyed my visit here. I might come back soon as long as their prices goes down eventually. Have a nice day and nice knowing you Ephrata Goodwill.

Store is being drowned in nauseating perfume by misting machines - it’s quite offensive. Absolutely nauseating! The smell of old lady perfume lingers on your clothes for hours after leaving the store. Avoid at all costs if you have any perfume sensitivities (or if you don’t want to smell like your grandmother).

Surprisingly I really liked it. Some other good wills I went to sometimes it's crowed and people are rude. Mainly city ones, but I really enjoyed this location. The workers are extremely nice and help you. The parking is not bad. The store is roomy for you to walk around and sometimes you find really great deals or items! Like I went and found a huge box full of Mr. Potatoe heads for only I think 15 bucks... and also they are super nice. There was a bag with printed glasses and my husband was just interested in the mayor McCheese ones... and the manager was really super nice and let us just buy those vs paying for all the glass cups. So yea, stop in! :-)

Tons of cool stuff. Toys are great but a hit or miss sometimes. Kids to love to go here and pick a bunch of stuff without breaking the bank. We have been going here before the renovations and love it. Great staff too.

They no longer provide bags for your purchases! So if you plan on purchasing alot better bring your own bags &/or boxes! I think this location has a better selection then it has since before the fire!

The best goodwill store I have ever been to. The workers have been extremely kind towards me. When I couldn't seem to get me credit card to pay for an item. A customer (very nice man) offered to pay for my items. Almost 100 percent of the time I find what I am wanting to buy there.

The store is nice and fairly organized, however the one employee was very rude to me and my sister. She rudely told my sister to pull her mask up after it slid under her nose. Then as we were standing in line the same lady very rudely told me that I need to cover my nose and that she does NOT want to help me like that... but my nose was covered! Not sure why she was freaking out! I felt very disrespected. This Goodwill needs to loosen up and not be such mask police. Not to impressed!

The people that work in this store are rude! By law my daughter is hard of hearing she is by law not to require to wear a mask and those who have a medical condition are also not required.So we spent 40 minutes in the store have a cart full of things then as we are getting ready to leave im being told that they wont sale anything to me without a mask. Had my daughter in tears becausr she couldnt understand what they were saying. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere.

This is the best Goodwill in Lancaster County. The clothing, jewelry, shoes, everything really is in excellent or brand new condition. A little pricey for a thrift shop, but it is definitely worth it! I got a brand new w/ tags pair of OLD NAVY shorts for $5 & a new w/ tags Victoria secret nightgown fir for $6!! Go!!!

Clean. Low priced is a 2 edged sword. Cheaper than many other places so inventory turns over quickly. That might mean many trips if looking for multiples of the same size. Staff is freindly.

I’ll start by saying that I go to thrift stores often, generally at least 2x per week. This particular Goodwill has been consistently overpriced for years now. (Compared to nearby Goodwills as well as other thrift stores.) Their ‘standard’ pricing for clothes is fairly normal, but whoever does the pricing has added extra price tags with higher than standard prices on many, many items. Considering everything is donated, this is shameful. On top of that, I’ve now had two very negative experiences with staff. There was a young man with longer hair working the register, who has always been very kind and polite, but there’s a couple of middle age and slightly older women who work there who are extremely rude and should probably mind their own business. I think from now on I’ll stick to other locations where the staff are far more friendly.

Kids clothes should be organized by size. Housewares should not be jammed on the shelves. Prices should not keep going up.... I still enjoy browsing tho.

Some of their stuff is overpriced, but sometimes they have amazing sales like 50% off the whole store. They don't really have furniture but their clothing selection for women is fantastic. Other notable finds are bed sheets, crafts, cooking pots, greeting cards, and portable stereos. Love this Goodwill.

There’s a bit of a problem to me when i try to shop used, and the prices are higher than in store. I saw a cheap activity tracker there priced for 12.99 when i bought the same one new for 5 dollars in target. Check prices before buying. It’s hard to give business to a place that rips the clearance tags off to price it higher. If we didn’t buy it on clearance at target, i probably won’t buy it here. Really disappointing

Will never deal with again after being harassed over a mask. After they were informed i have a medical issue that exempts me from wearing one. I was forced to leave the store. HIPA violation. Harrasment. Discrimination. Go to the willow street branch instead. They show respect. This store is full of ignorant people. I will be filing a complaint.

A lot of nice things, signs were clear with consistent prices, a lot of high end women's clothes for a small store. Only thing I don't understand, larger sizes were more.... why?They have a lot of purses... and scarves.

I traveled over an hour to visit this goodwill since I was nearby and heard great things about it however my grandma hasn’t been there in over a year. I walked in and went to the shoe section and the first pair I picked up were marked $39.99!!! For used shoes?!? Second pair were sperry top sider flats marked at $24.99!!! Like are you serious?!? You can buy them brand new in stores for that price. Was a complete waste of gas and time I left empty handed because their prices are unbelievable. Don’t waste your time! And they can say “it’s for a good cause” all they want, they’re not getting my money. People like to shop goodwill to save money, not get robbed buying USED. 😑 nice try ephrata.

why would you close fitting rooms at a clothing store 30 min early?!?! rudest manager ever, basically kicked us out of the store and avoided checking us out at the register because she had to get her store ready to close and be out by closing time at 9.... i’m sorry but you close at 9 and then clean up and leave

I asked what the tag of the day is and was told they aren't doing discount sales like that because of Covid. I can confirm that this isn't every location because I visited another that had everything with a blue tag on sale yesterday. I'm also unsure why that would even be a reason due to the fact that you're selling used items in general.
