Went for the Driscoll sweetest batch blueberries and was not disappointed! Love the fruit and vegetable section. The Avocados 🥑 were amazing as well!

Customer service delivery was excellent. Order was correct --- but 8-piece deli fried chicken was dried out & wasn't eatible. Two pieces were eaten & we decided to throw it out and make something else to eat. It had been sitting around under a heat lamp far too long.

Great salad bar compared to other Giant stores, need to hire some cashiers though. It's Saturday and the lines are long like we're in the pandemic again for crying out loud.

Their produce looks AMAZING, I keep coming back here for the apples because everywhere else and they're brown inside. But these are perfect. Maybe just put instructions on Marty to let customers know what to do if they're in Marty's path because that definitely freaked me out

Shopping at Giant is always pleasant . Department employees are courteous , store is clean and check out is efficient . I am impressed 👍I appreciate their patience too 😊Could not leave without snapping a pic ☺️God bless all of the staff .

Shopping in person is great I can pick my own stuff but doing the grocery pick up order when I’m crunched for time has been a horrible experience time after time with mold being in my produce numerous times.

Sad that Giant store doesn't have their own name brand products on the shelves. I guess the buyer is working from home yet. 2 bottles of clear splash water in the entire store. I guess it's a bonus day unusually there is none. I tried grocery pick up and then tried delivery which was even worse.So I gave you another chance today 12/3/2022 and still no water.No chex mix cereals on shelf where sale signs were either.

I am editing a previously 5 star review that I gave a year or so ago. Things have changed. The store used to be friendly and efficient. It is no longer either. Morale is clearly low and customer service is frustrating. Previously, I never had to wait in line for more than a few minutes but now there is often only one checkout open while multiple employees ignore customers. The self checkout cashiers used to be polite and attentive. Always acknowledged you. Now, only a few do. The last straw for me was overhearing a superior berate a younger employee in the most demeaning manor. As someone who worked in retail for decades, I know this points to BAD management. I don't accept the inevitable excuse of "there is an employee shortage" while there are clearly enough employees in the store. I can't blame the employees for lackluster service after seeing how they are being treated. I caught up with that poor kid and told them that kind of treatment is not normal or acceptable. They seemed shocked to hear that. I am writing a few letters to corporate. Curious to see how far up the bad management goes. Fortunately I hear a new grocery store is coming to the area.

You have items in your flyer and when you get to the store you couldn’t find half of them. We got to checkout and I had a cart completely full. I had a flat of canned vegetables and the cashier asked are they all the same? I said there is a mixture. She literally took every can out to scan and as she did she slammed each can on the belt. She had a very disgusted look on her face as she was doing it. Not sure what the big deal was that she had to scan 12 cans. If we took them out she would of still had to scan all of them. We are regulars at your store. We spent $346.00. Usually it’s closer to $400.00. I was going to say something but I didn’t want to make a scene there. We were entitled to a free ham and it never printed on the receipt. So we go back in and courtesy desk said she should of asked us if we wanted it printed out. So she was so worried about my canned goods. I know this seems trivial but I did not appreciate her attitude. We spend a lot of money there. I’m considering going elsewhere. My money is good anywhere.

Shopping for a large amount of groceries at night is a pain. We stopped shopping at night because the only registers open for self checkout. If you are shopping during the day this is not a problem. Selection and prices are good.

I have tried Giant Direct now 4 times and each time I have had issues. Orders are never ready on time. I often time my pick up on my way home from work but 3/4 times I've been notified they had to push my pick up time back by an hour. So I wait for an hour because why go home just to turn around and come back to pick up groceries? This particular time, I placed my order the night before and the same thing happened- 25 minutes before my scheduled pick up time, I received a text saying my pick up time would be pushed by an hour. If there isn't enough staff, then pick up times should be unavailable when going to check out. Not to mention my orders are never complete. I've given Giant Direct enough chances. next time, I'll go somewhere else.

Was there about an hour ago with my wife we went to buy 56$ worth of food using food stamps when we went to pay it said not authorized we have the amount of money on the card to purchase the food. So we went to the customer service desk and they said that there was nothing they could do so we left while on the way home my wife checked her balance and giant took the amount of money that we used for the food we wanted to purchased so we turned around and went back to the customer service desk and they said that there was nothing they could do again. What the hell is going on I better get refunded that money back by the end of the day or I'm going higher up
