Jared and his team are always a pleasure to work with. The guys who come out are always courteous and clean up well after themselves. Sally in the office is just so sweet. We have had floor world lay new carpet that is so plush in our entire upstairs. They also updated the flooring in the entire downstairs as well. We just recently renovated our pop-up and floor world did an awesome job on our camper floors too!! They have plenty of styles and colors you could imagine. Their prices were way better than the big name guys. Plus I love helping out a local family run business. Thanks Jared for making our house look like new!

We love the carpet that was installed. Every thing was so neat and clean after the install. We forgot to clean out our pantry area for the little bit of carpet in there and the crew handled it for us (sorry about that!). This carpet looks even better than our previous did when it was new! I had a rental property carpeted and the Store did a great job of helping me choose the carpet and make met me schedule to install it. I never met the Install Guys but they were in and out very quickly. The In-Store Person was great to work with, too.

They are all around a fantastic company small business. From the moment you step in the door they are there to help and make sure you get what you need. We have dog and they were so helpful in showing us the special padding and the different kinds of carpet that would be best for her. They called when they said they would to install our carpet and they were on time friendly and very respectful. They were done in no time and it looks fantastic! They have carpeted almost every room in our house and I will be back when we need to do the basement.

We initially had issues with the carpet that was put in and floor world went above and beyond to help us find a better replacement and they did the labor for free the second time even though it wasn’t their fault the first carpet didn’t work out. Their customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend them!
