Love this place, I have always had a great experience here. I love all the little treasures I find. I have never had an issue with the employees, they have always been very nice and helpful. I am excited to see when all the work inside is done for the expansion.

Honestly such bad customer service here when consigning. It was my first time bringing in clothes, and some employee with curly blond hair was so rude when going over their policy with me. I brought really nice brands of clothes like Eloquii and Worthington blazers along with other pieces to be consigned. Some of them had never been worn and they all were in pristine condition and they rejected them all. I get that there is seasonal items and I brought in pieces for all seasons and they still rejected them. Then they threw them all in a pile in my basket when I brought them in folded nicely. Not worth the Hassle to wait for an hour to have them reject your stuff and be poorly educated on customer service.They did loose out on a money maker though, found a vintage gap sweater from them from the 90’s in decent condition for $6 and it resales for $130. I guess that will make up for there unprofessional teenage workers.Know what your stuff is worth and don’t go here. Unless you want to shop cause the massively underprice they’re quality goods.Update: I just read other reviews, your management should really talk to your employees about their snooty attitudes. Seems to be a trend here. If you have so many bad reviews saying that your employees are rude, TALK TO THEM. PA seriously has to catch up on the times and train there population on how customer service works…

I had a pair of high end jeans that did not sell, I went to pick them up, I looked for them and was unable to find them, so I asked for help and was told I would be charged $5.00, if they helped to look, even if they could not find them.

This place has gone downhill since the last time I went. The khaki pants I picked up had stains right on the front. The lady at the register said I had zero in my account after I told her multiple times I consign at the Strasburg store then her co worker helped her find my account balance. This store is starting to take on a Goodwill andCluttered appearance with the shelves and random junk. Their prices have gotten higher too. I’ll stick to the Strasburg location.

I love this place. You could go everyday and get new items, new deals, and leave with something every time you go. Super clean the workers are super friendly and helpful. If you never been ITS WORTH IT

It’s a very nice store with very nice workers. But they never take anything that you take in there to consign. I don’t make a lot so I the stuff I don’t wear anymore or the stuff I don’t use anymore there to try and earn an extra buck, but they never failed to disappoint when I pick up a full bin

This place is awesome. They have a little boutique section upstairs that we didn’t get to see bc it closed an hour earlier than the rest of the shop, but they put deals on stuff without telling us. Made it cheaper as a surprise. Thats lit. Go birds

Great consignment shop and no "dirty" feel like some thrift stores. Prices are pretty reasonable and they have a lot of new or slightly imperfect discounted furniture.

Not rly even a consignment shop anymore. Used to be an amazing place to consign. Now it’s all overpriced ,brand NEW, TARGET and WALMART clothing and home goods. Completely takes away from the original label of being a consignment shop. This is NOT a consignment shop. They won’t even take things that aren’t ‘in style’ the original Strasburg Location isn’t perfect like it used to be but it’s much much better and more down to earth then this location.

This used to be *the place* to shop and consign. However, my past few visits have left a lot to be desired. The selection does not seem as high quality as it used to be, which could be based on the times I come in or just the items they have coming in - so I can’t totally blame the store. I can, however, place responsibility for the lack of customer service/ rude employees on the store. I can understand not having great finds every time I enter the store, but I do not understand the gap in customer service.

Parking is horrendous. It's so crowded inside that it makes shopping almost unpleasant. When I do push through the crowds of people and racks of clothes.. I typically end up finding some good stuff! As far as consigning here, they are very picky. They didn't accept most of my cute stuff because it's "out of style" but I saw many, many outdated/worn items on the racks when shopping. Odd.

RUDE TO THE HIGHEST RUDENESS. Took my stuff here to be consigned for the 2nd time. I had my stuff in bags and in a basket. I was told to put my stuff on 2 numbers because I had alot of it by one of the workers.Here comes Michelle walking over to me after i did to rudly tell me that all of my stuff had to be in bins or they would not accept them! I told her I did not know that because no one told me that and I didn't have any bins with me. She Rudly Asked "is it your 1st time her?" Because if it isn't then you were told before!! She then told me that I couldn't have more than 50 items (which i was also NOT told before) She literally grabbed my bags off of the shelf and threw them down on the rejected shelf! Stating these are the rules and you should know them!!! YIKES!I was NEVER told any of this before and I have never been spoken to by anyone so rude in my life!

Great selection of furniture and home decor! Suggest that children's clothing is always stocked for all seasons so you can purchase for coming seasons, unlike adult clothes.Only 3 stars because when you consign, you usually can't shop and expect to have your stuff done anymore. You need to come back later that day which is inconvenient.Their restrooms aren't great and smelled really bad on our last visit.

I absolutely love shopping here! I always find so many good deals on clothing and home goods. Staff has always been pleasant and friendly to me. Only downside is the parking situation, which you really can't fault them for. Sometimes it's completely full and I end up leaving without shopping. I wish they could buy the trashy looking motel next door, demolish it and make that an extra parking lot. That place has been an eye sore forever. But overall, one of my absolute favorite places to shop!

I absolutely love Fashion Cents Consignment! I consign here frequently and the employees are always ready to assist their customers. I had made a mistake with my account number during one of my first visits, and the manager was quickly able to transfer the items that had been misplaced back into my account. I have nothing but positive things to say about Fashion Cents!

I absolutely love fashion cents, such a cool place!! They have so much stuff and most of it is so nice and almost new looking! It is fairly reasonably priced altho some stuff I wouldn't feel comfortable buying. You can literally spend hours here just browsing, so make sure you figure plenty of time to look around..

I don't understand why staff at consignment shops are so rude. It was my first time consigning here. I walked in and the staff started calling out unclear instructions. I was finally able to get signed in and all, thanks to the nicest worker among them, but when they realized I still had more stuff out in the car, two different staff members told me very coldly that they expect their consigners to bring everything inside before signing in. Also, they expect their consigners to bring their own bins. It's fine that they told me about this policy, but they didn't need to make me feel as if I was the stupidest peasant imaginable.

They need to take the carts away or get smaller ones. It’s crazy in there with carts and half the time people don’t even have anything in them and think they can just plow thru making trying to shop for anything just stressful. Place feels like a war zone

This has been one of the best consignment shops in the area that I have been to that I found to be welcoming from store decor to clothing etc.clean, great prices,and good stuff for sure .how ever the only problem I had was parking but then again it's a great consignment shop so it's bond to be packed I find going during weekdays is better to have parking.

Fashion Cents, More like no common sense! Talk about price gouging!! This place is basically like an overpriced T.J Maxx. I will make sure to never recommend and I will definitely never come back! If you're going to have a consignment shop, you should really make sure your stuff is priced cheaper than I can buy it for brand new at other retail stores or online.

We were there yesterday shopping and this was my first time there. Very nice store and nice people. My little 4 year old grandson lost his papa's watch he had on his arm and I called this morning to see if they found it and someone turned it in and I asked if they would ship it to me since I am about 74 miles away and they are shipping it to me. So nice for them to do this for me. My grandson was so upset when he realized he lost it off his arm. It meant a lot to him when his papa gave it to him. These are awesome people!!

I love shopping here for clothes and toys for my son. Have gotten lots of good deals on baby stuff. Only 3 stars because the two times I have brought stuff in to consign they basically take nothing I bring in. For example I recently brought in a boutique prom dress, kitchen aid mixer attachment, home decor, Penn state lunch boxes, and some name brand sweatshirts- they didn't take any of these items and I have no clue why! I wish they would give a reason why they don't take items. Many of the things I brought in, I see in their store all the time. Very disappointed and won't be bringing in anything anymore.

Have loved shopping at Fashion Cents for several years now and have found some really great deals and quality items (mostly children’s clothing and a lovely J. Crew sweater!). However, as others have noticed, prices have risen, and I no longer feel like I’m getting a great bargain. At least this keeps me from just buying stuff I don’t really need. I just wonder if they realize that some of the stuff they get they get for a reason—poorly fitting, not practical for little babies to wear, cheaply made, etc. Yes, it is discounted, but people are taking a chance, and the return window is only a week. For example, a bag of Mr. Potato Head parts that cost me $6 had missing pieces. Would rather have spent more on on a new item with all the parts. And some toddler boys pants had stretched-out waist bands. You can find some treasures, just make sure you thoroughly inspect everything and try it on if possible.

Where do I even start. This place is just ridiculous! There is never any parking and when I called and asked where to park, they replied with “you have to wait to come in”. He was very disrespectful with the tone he gave me and the attitude given. I will not be coming back. I would like to say this place is good but I have never “waited long enough” to find out what the inside looks like!

I've found some great things at fashion cents, Ephrata. It can be difficult to find a park and the store is getting a little cramped. They could use a bigger place . I do enjoy the things I've gotten there but if you consign do not expect to get any clothing back folded as nicely as when you take them in.

I used to love shopping here and went frequently. The ephrata store has gone down VERY quickly. The last time I went here the workers were rude, the store was filthy and jam packed! It's no longer just a consignment store with a few target items, it's now a dent and bent store and thrift shop with not enough room.I took a large basket and some bags of clothing in to be consigned. I sat them in one of the squares on the floor, as I have countless times before, and according to their process. After I get everything brought in from my car and sat down one of their young girls yells from the counter "Mam, could you please pick that up and put it on a shelf. We are trying to keep the floor clear." I am 9 months pregnant!😳 The staff was rude, did not help, and made jokes and talked amongst themselves the entire time instead of helping the customers coming in.In the store I had at least 2 workers ask me to move from where I am standing so they could walk through when there was several ways around me. The cashier said nothing to me. Not hello, how are you, did you find everything, nothing. The men's section has now been rearranged so poorly, you can't slide the clothing on the rack and the racks are so close together you can barely look at anything.Bottom line probably will not be returning.
