Great prices and I always find something unique. Love that they sell local raw milk. They also have a large gluten free section (not discounted prices) and a large bulk section. Produce is hit or miss but good prices if you are able to eat it quickly before it goes bad. I like the new(ish) section of discounted items from stores like Target.

I'm hesitant to write a review as this place is so good that part of me wants to keep it a secret. It's the best place in the area I've found to get affordable meat, and the produce and frozen sections have awesome deals too. In addition to groceries, they also have some home goods and a few bins of used clothing--with deals to be had for those willing to hunt. I wish it were closer to my house, but it's definitely worth the drive.

Nice place and good prices on groceries. Only issue is that they sometimes overcharge you on some of their items. I’m not sure if the cashier is typing in the wrong prices or what, but it can add up pretty quickly on a single trip. If you watch them closely or hand them the items one at a time, they get kind of angry. If you go there, check your receipt or pay close attention to what you are being charged. They will always happily correct it when you go back, but you shouldn’t have to do that.

Prices are really reasonable. You just never know what you'll find there besides food items. Worth stopping by to see what they have. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Used to work there honestly the owners are nice people. But there is lots of animosity in the warehouse, including management treating employees poorly and being deceptive. Employees who are being greatly underappreciated for their efforts. As well as some departments having a revolving door since employees cannot said the unrealistic goals for being under staffed. To be honest my time there started out enjoyable at first but unprofessionalism within the produce department to say the least made it a toxic atmosphere to work in or around. When working in the warehouse one employee was consistently unprofessional, and inappropriate to work around. Conduct that boarded on herassment to be honest.

Great deli and produce options! I always check out the Housewares corner for good bargains. Staff is friendly and efficient! Store is well stocked, clean, and organized!

You can score a few deals here but I wasn't impressed with this place overall. The store layout is a bit weird and quite a few things could be found cheaper at Walmart.

I love Ebenezers and have been a customer for at least five years. Never have I had a bad experience or a product issue until this week when I purchased a vitamin supplement on 10/23/23. It wasn’t until I got home (I live out of state) and went to open the cap when I noticed the bottle was already opened/unsealed and more than half of the supplement tablets were missing (100 tablet supplement only had about 20 tablets in it). I called to try to get a refund because I live out of state, but they said I would have to physically bring the item in for store credit. I would have no problem doing this if I was local to Ephrata. But I cannot simply bring the item in when living in another state. Like I said, I have never had a product issue in my years of shopping here so I did not think to check every product before leaving to see if each product is already unsealed and opened/used. But from now on it would be wise for customers to do so. It would also be wise for the staff to check products to see if they are already used or missing product. I am disappointed that a refund couldn’t be issued to my card over the phone with my receipt and transaction number and information.

Staff is always Friendly and helpful. Discount Grocers are always Hit & Miss stock but this Grocery Store has a fresh Deli counter that sets them apart. Grabbed boneless chicken thighs for 99 cents a pound as a usual and soda on the cheap.

I absolutely LOVE meats here. Travel all way from NYC to buy.Sometimes really good frozen soups.Signature Nuts, snacks, teas, dried fruit, & spices THE BEST!One wouldn't expect this from such an unassuming Simple Decor.But this Ebenezer Groceries the absolute BEST!

Great place to shop! Affordable items such as grocery and other retail goods. Very clean and not overwhelming.This is our go to for meats because of the quality and price.The only thing that could be considered a negative. Is exiting the establishment onto route 272 south.Great Christian values too. Don't go on a Sunday, they won't be open....greatly appreciated!

Many of the buyouts here are given at deep discounts. It is a great place to find natural foods and bulk goods. They have decent, cheap produce.

Most of the stuff that they sell is usually out of date, seriously they had meat solid frozen dated back 4 years.

I may be biased because my family is vegetarian and for us, their frozen food section is beyond affordable! Take note that this is basically a salvage market, and if you have a problem with almost expiring or expired food product, this may not be the place for you. We however have chest freezers full of the stuff and have never had a problem. Also very friendly people working there!

Deli which has fresh , different kinds of lunch meat and cheese which is sliced as you wait. Many items to choose from at lower $ than grocery store. Perdue chicken tenders, burgers: fresh or frozen , canned goods and too manyother items to mention. It is larger inside than I expected.

This is one of the last few places in town that still makes it feel like a small town. Everyone seems to know eachother and if you argue with the prices, you may never be happy because it's more affordable here than the grocery outlet that brags about "lowest prices compared to everybody else"...

We just heard about this wonderful store on the radio today, so we thought we'd check it out. Are we glad we did! They have a little bit of everything! Beautiful produce and meats, grocery items, cleaning products, etc. Great prices!! I am allergic to cow's milk, so I can only have plant based milks. I found non-dairy "cheeses" and frozen desserts that cost upwards of $6 in a regular grocery store. Ebenezer's price is $1.49!!!! I stocked up!! Don't miss this great store!!
