I've always loved the dollar tree but I feel as if the quality in products has gone down (yes I realize its the dollar tree), but in the past it was just better quality.At this location, the store always feel as if its in transition as stacks of boxes are left in the middle of card and party aisle all the time and the aisles often change making it difficult to find what I'm looking for.Thankfuy, the staff are always pleasant and helpful when I need them.

Place is ran by a bunch a chicken brains 🧠 there never no staff working. The heavy mangers likes to hangout outside or in the office while there’s a line to the back of the store, people are putting there things away because we have to wait in line for 30 minutes

First time and last time I visit this location. Employees are basically worthless. With 4 cashiers working you wouldn’t think there would be a line to checkout. The cashiers had no urgency to get the line moving. One of the cashiers told the other one it’s better to make customers wait than to have a funny cashiers drawer. I probably waited 15 minutes to checkout. Avoid if you can.

I go in often. I think the store is kept decently stocked and clean. I also understand being short staff can make for long lines, not their fault, I'll patiently wait. I'm very friendly, especially this time of year (Christmas week) I think everyone can be extra stressed. Kindness matters.When I'm smiling and being very nice and the cashier is rude that's uncalled for. I will never understand why anyone would work with the public if they aren't a people person. You represent the store! Do better!!

The associates mostly speK Spanish to each other across the store and disrespect the average American customers. They stand by the front door smoking cigarettes and won't recognize or help patrons while in the aisles. To include even moving their carts out of the way. The only other worse store in the area is in Sinking Spring.

Clean store, stocked well. Missing a few key items. As a corporation, it's interesting that 25 cents causes more name brand items to appear. Theisding star is for management. The two who were on yesterday afternoon fought in front of customers loudly. Apparently, the man wanted all of America to know that he doesn't believe in messagesHe embarrassed an employee. I told her that dude sounded like he needed a Xanax, while another customer told her that he and the other manager deserved to be fired.

Was in a few days ago 1 20 24 to pick a few things up. Lady at register was too busy on her video chat. To even say any thing to me. Only thing she said is that sh wanted me to take my basket back up. As I was walking to the door she said i asked you to take your basket. I said maybe you could do your job if you weren't on your phone

I think people forget that dollar stores aren’t employing anyone other than highschoolers and unmotivated adults so service isn’t what you paying for there. Just a normal dollar tree here nothing bad nothing great

This is an inconsiderate store and management, they should have posted the change of hours on Google maps, not by putting a sign on the door, so that only after someone wasted their valuable time coming all the way down to the store, they find that it has been closed at a different time.

I visited this store for the first time yesterday while traveling through the area. Everything seemed fine upon walking in the door. The shelved were stocked, and they looked to be getting ready for the next display items after Easter. However, they only had 2 employees there, and 1 of which was running the register. It was very busy in there for a Friday night, and it took 45 minutes to check out. The cashier was rude when I asked to purchase items behind the desk, meaning she had to also get them for me while running register. Apparently they were closing at 6pm because they were short staffed, and the 2nd employee locked the door leaving my daughter to have to ask to be left out of the store after purchasing her items. Not a good way to run a store on a busy Friday night.

Decent visit but a little concerned of the large ceiling air vent in the middle of the store. It is disgusting with a large hole next to it. Unsure of the air quality in there which is important this day and age. But other than that, well stocked and they opened a second register as soon as they needed it, so that was nice.

I love this store I come here religiously at least twice a week my neighborhood store is the best the ladies there are all amazing even the guys LOL but I'm really starting to get worried that they made clothes because they can't get any help and I really don't want them to shut down!!! Even if they up their prices to $2 a piece I'd still shop there!!!

More like a dollar general as all the prices are no longer just a dollar and have gone up. Well stocked, friendly staff but unpredictable and ever changing store hours have affected this location due to them being understaffed as stated at random times on their doors.

Not enough cashier's to service the amount of customers. Maybe some day the manager will get off his/her behind and open another register. It's just miserable when you have two people in front of you that both have a cart full of items and just one register open. This location needs to hire more people to service their customers in a speedy fashion. Why have four registers when the most that I've ever seen open is two?

Always find what I'm looking for. Can't beat the prices. Always clean. Never have to wait long at checkout. Last visit stopped in for congrats cards no more than five minutes besides the time I took to find cards.

My favorite place to shop! Jessica S. The assistant manager is awesome and super helpful. Cameron is also a really nice employee who takes care of his customers. Both employees are well educated as to what they do and do not have or carry and exactly where to find it. I shop here first, ALWAYS. THEN, I go elsewhere if I need something I can't find in there. But that's rare. Thank you Jess S and Cameron for making shopping fun, quick and easy!

Not as good of prices now that it's the Dollar Twenty-five Tree. Some things are still a good deal. Other things (much of the groceries) never were.Friendly but over worked staff.

Not very clean, with tighter isles. Usually only one register is open, with quite a few customers in line. If you get lucky enough that there's two open, one of them isn't working for the most part Don't come here unless you want to wait in line for an hour.

I ALWAYS end up dropping my items and just walking out. LINES ARE RIDICULOUS. Wrapped around the store. Only 1 register ever open. Not to mention super rude employees. The store has a great selection so it’s a shame.

At this date 4/2/2021 the store was not well stocked. They had 1 register open. We waited in line for a half an hour. Masks were required but 6 foot social distancing was practically impossible.

Great selection at a great price. I was looking for an inexpensive end of the year gift and they had plenty to choose from. You can't beat their price on greeting cards and gift wrap.

Not good. Shelves are empty cause they cut the workers hours. If they cannot put the items out, they can not sell! Such a shame!
