It's difficult to get an appointment without out a few weeks or more wait the last time I contacted , Ollie is most certainly way over due for a visit, but I can say they definitely did a wonderful job when he does get in!! My regular groomer left this shop, so the owner groomed my dog. She asked me if I wanted the same as the last time & I said yes. She shaved my Cavalier, which the other groomer never did. And my dog now has a “flat top” on his head, instead of blending the hair with his ears. Any negative reviews on here say the same thing-long haired dogs being shaved. So either the owner/groomer doesn’t know how to cut long haired dogs or she has terrible communication skills. It should have been obvious that he wasn’t shaved before by looking at him before his grooming.When I complained, she said she followed notes from his last cut. The last picture (lying on the floor) is his last cut. She was very defensive, instead of being apologetic, which is not good customer service.This groomer has low prices, but they’re inconsistent with quality of grooming. If you need a basic clean, shave, and nails done, this is what they can do.

I just moved to the area and needed a new groomer for my Pomeranian, Cubbi. They were able to schedule me an appointment within a timely manner which I was so happy about. They listened to exactly what I wanted and did a wonderful job. He was groomed quickly and the were very kind and professional. Their prices are great and my Cubbi is happy and handsome! Thanks, we’ll definitely be back!

Denise and her staff do an EXCELLENT job with our older Airedale, Molly. They have been so patient and helpful with navigating Molly's different needs and are an absolute dream to work with! We really really appreciate them and could not more highly recommend!!!!

I love the crew at animal crackers. I have two doxie’s, and the white one in the photograph is blind and death. He’s a puppy mill rescue. Which, naturally he fears certain things. I bring him in for Denise the owner to tend to and she clips, his nails, super fast with love, understanding, and patience . My black one is ready to go in for his spring haircut. She has many years under her belt of not only owning animal crackers, but as lead groomer. And used to tend to animals of all kinds when it was also a pet store for reptiles.. her and her team do their best to take care of all types. The easy ones, the wiggly ones, the aggressive ones, the emergency ones and ,the ones people haven’t kept up with their haircuts and have sent them out the door looking Amazing.. my parents also bring their three dogs to her and are very pleased. I know a lot of this stuff because while I sat and waited while my pet was getting services done I’ve gotten to chat with people in the waiting room. All of this and they still make time to do walkins to do pets nails, which is not an easy task. Otherwise we would do them ourselves at home. It’s incredible what they’re able to do. Thank you for the love and care you give my fur babies.

Great little place. Always something different in there. Piggy was new. Turtles been there forever. Usually cool birds hanging around too. They got the BEST superworms for my dragons. Friendly gals there too

Animal Crackers is the only place I trust for grooming our anxiety-ridden, difficult dog. Although Ralph is a pain to handle sometimes, the team here are wonderful to us and with him. Ralphies comes back clean as a whistle. That alone would be fantastic, but they also have some unbelievable prices. We are so grateful.

Our dogs are surprisingly at ease having their nails trimmed here, and they aren’t always calm about things. They seem happy to go here, thankfully, since they’re dogs who try to pull away from doors if they don’t want to go in.

Absolutely incredible! I was paying +$65 to get my dogs grooming needs taken care of at another big chain pet store. One appointment here and I'm never going back! Incredible prices that don't break the bank! She took time to make sure my dog was calm, they have a comfortable spot so you can wait in the store if you like! Never booking with anyone else again!

I took my pup here to get her nails trimmed. We were in and out in minutes. I did call first to make sure they could take us since it said by appointment or walk-in's. I talked to Denise and she said that the person who does nails had already left but that she would be there(they were soon closing). She never made me feel rushed at all. Excellent service.

Friendly staff, good location, adorable animals! We stop in here twice a week for crickets for our bearded dragon and have picked up lighting and other accessories for his tank too. It's nice to be able to shop at a local business rather than a big chain store.

This is one of mine and my daughter's favorite places to go. They allow us to play with all the animals and have taken the time to educate us on all their specific needs. The babies are our favorites, of course. They answer all the questions asked and everyone is extremely polite. Pricing is great for grooming and It will continue to be one of our go to spots😊

This is a great shop and great people. We love to take our dogs here. The price is great and they do an amazing job. Very easy to work with. The only problem we have is leaving the store with out buying any new pets, but that is our problem.

It was a horrible experience. The dog I took in was not suppose to be shaved. Not only did they shave him, they cut him all over his poor little body. They never even treated the wounds that they left. Never again.

I love brining my dog here to get her nails clipped. Only costs $5 and is the cheapest around. I would recommend calling ahead to make sure the groomer is working. The store also sells many pet supplies and has animal residents (turtles and a pot belly pig) on site.

Very nice small mom and pop pet store. Very friendly service. Offer pet groomings. Have several tortoises walking around the store. Only reason getting a 4 is they don’t always have feeder mice.

I brought my dogs there and the groomers are the best, they handle all four dogs with extra care, they are very patient and always never rush. All four dogs are always well grooms and always get great customer service.

They are amazing at grooming. They have a wide variety of products for all different pets. In the winter time they have big and small tortoises roaming around the store. They have a bird that will repeat you in saying she is a pretty bird

Some things are pricy, service is good and some things are not badly priced. The service makes it worth it if you know what to get here that is cheaper than other places and what to get somewhere else for the better prices.
