The pharmacy is very unreliable. I have a prescription that is on automatic refills and one that can’t be on auto refill. With that medication, my doctor sends them a script and they are supposed to fill it on the date that it’s able to be filled. They NEVER do this. So I have to go in and make sure they fill it in time even though they are supposed to fill it automatically.The prescription that is on auto refills is an easier process, but if you don’t pick it up that day, you are bombarded with phone calls and text messages until you pick it up (multiple times a day). In these messages they warn you of when your medication will be returned to the shelves, but they don’t follow that either. So I went to pick up my 2 prescriptions that I was told were ready, my auto refill had 2 days before I was warned it would go back on the shelf, and at pick up it wasn’t ready and went back on the shelf early… Very inconvenient and thankfully it was not a life or death medication which it could have been for someone else.

I went in to pick-up my script 10 minutes before they went to lunch. The pharmacist called out to someone to handle the counter. No one answered, he walked back and asked again. As about 6 girls walked out from behind the racks the pharmacist left for lunch instead of waiting around to see if an issue might have came up.The lady rung up my script & it was 3 bucks more then it's been in months. I asked what program was this written under (knowing rite aid uses 2 programs to fill scripts) I said this was not run under the program that my insurance company told them to use.This is an ongoing issue with this store.Edit: I have reached out to someone in customer service & they said someone will get back to me in a couple of days

Not a happy camper at all!There was like 1 women working there. She wasn't even wearing her uniform like the shirt that says I work here. Was rude and gave me attitude when I ask her if she worked here I seen her tag or whatever and she just rolled her eyes and went to the register I think it even said she was a manager!! It stated with a K or something really irrated me! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE!!!

I stopped here on a Saturday evening for one thing. I didn't see any other customers in the store. There were two employees, I think. One of them I wasn't even sure was an employee. Nothing that he was wearing indicated that he was a Rite Aid employee. Got up to the register and of course there was no one there. So I rang the bell like it says to. A guy named Dallas did come up to the register. (the only way I knew his name was by looking at the receipt as I was leaving the store) He didn't say a word to me, not a hello or anything. He just scanned the item and told me the total. I paid and he didn't even offer a bag. He just handed me the receipt. I have to mention that he wreaked of BO. I was trying to hold my breath the whole time I was standing there. Come on Rite Aid, there's got to be better people out there to employ. I only gave two stars because they had what I was looking for and it wasn't really expensive.

Was told "I'm going to the restroom...I'm the only one here. Get over it!" In response to waiting 5+ minutes to get checked out. Rude and the cashier is never to be found whenever you need to checkout. I can appreciate being short staffed but this women's response was unnecessary.

Why does a store need a single star - plain and simple, the two women (not the pharmacist who I did not deal with) need to get other jobs. They were extremely rude and absolutely did NOT want to help me and I was not asking them to dance in the daisies. Common courtesy? Yeah, that is a thing and they did/do not have it. I go Camp Hill, Market St normally and at that store and ANY other store I have ever been to in the area, I was never treated as badly as this store. Sorry, but I never say this - they deserve the BOOT. If you don't want to do your job, then get out and get another job. Ridiculous. I also reached out to Rite Aid customer service 800 number and still have not heard back which I was told I would. Highly disappointed and actually, shocked. Even with things as bad as they are with shortages of staff, this was the worst visit to a store I think I've ever had in my life.Wow. I did hear back, but haven't been back to this store, but Camp Hill which I raved about... not even 2 weeks after this, I had a similar experience at Camp Hill. Never heard back about that store. I transferred all RXs to CVS. Done. Rite-Aid, I don't know what is going on, but it needs fixed.

I live close to the Rite Aid in Shermans Dale. I can walk in to that location any time and if they are not busy they'll give me a vaccination shot. However, today 12/18/22 at 11:30am I walked into this Enola Rite Aid, I noticed I was the only customer in the entire store, I walked to the Pharmacy, asked if I could get the flu shot and she very quickly said "no, you have to go onlne and make an appointment".I will never go back to this store again. Human beings run the Rite Aid in Shermans Dale, but Robots control the Enola Rite Aid. They obviously need a Robot to tell them when to move their left hand, when to move their right hand.....

Denied my daughter to use the bathroom at 455-K Enola, Pa location when they offer public bathroom usage. Not sure why but pharmacist and store clerk passed my daughter back and forth saying each other had the key. Customer also got rude and nasty about it. They made a comment “ well it must not be and emergency because I don’t see anything on the floor.” I will never shop there again.

I had the worst experience today at this location. The manager was rude and disrespectful. This is the 2nd incident that I have had at this Rite Aid. I am pulling my prescriptions and sending them to Sam's and I will not shop this store anymore I will drive 3 miles out of my way and go to CVS on Wertzville Rd. Receive the call from the district manager Brian I I can see why their managers are the way they are. Poor management all the way around.

Coupons are a joke. Clipped a coupon for $3.00 off 1 Coppertone product (5.5oz +) in the Rite Aid app. Lady at register said they can only enter physical coupons and can't manually take off the amount. Never mind that every grocery store can. I live a quarter mile away and forgot why I don't shop here often. This is one of many reasons.

They have been okay through the years, but at times, they seem to have no regard for customer service. For example, when I called the pharmacy today, I waited while the voice prompt system kept ringing their phone, offering me more options, and ringing some more, until someone finally picked up the phone after MORE THAN 16 MINUTES of the phone ringing! I was polite, and when I asked if they were terribly busy, the pharmacist said matter-of-factly that his assistant had called off, so that's why it's taking longer than usual today. So, no one in the store can answer the phone for 16 minutes at a time, and no one there seems to think that's a problem. Even a simple "sorry for the wait" would show some respect for the customers.

Worst Pharmacy. Generally takes forever to fill a prescription. I can deal with that, I just make sure I fill before I run out.My doctor prescribed a medication that required prior authorization. Prior authorization was obtained, and the prescription was sent to the Pharmacy on Friday morning. I stopped in Saturday afternoon to pick it up. They said it required prior authorization. I told them the doctor got prior authorization. They told me it would be $120. I said thats fine. They said that they wouldn't have it until Monday after 5 pm. So, I come back Tuesday after 5. They tell me they sent it back to the doctor because it needs prior authorization. I said they got prior authorization. Then they tell me its on backorder, and thats why they sent it back to the doctor.Does anyone know what they're doing here? It doesn't seem like it. Switching to CVS or Giant.

I needed the new COVID vax and a flu shot, and they had appointments same day--a Saturday even-- I booked one that was about 45 minutes out and they took care of me quickly, pleasantly and painlessly-- so glad I went there!

I had the worst experience today at this location. The manager was rude and disrespectful. Her name is Yvonne. She scolded me for moving an unattended employee cart that was in my way to locate a product. Given the COVID19 situation, I can understand her concerns but as a supervisor myself of an essential business (Healthcare insurance) there is a way to express your concerns to a customer without being rude. I have placed a complaint and it is being passed along to the district manager. With all this being said, be kind to one another during this time not a disrespectful human being!

I have visited this RiteAid twice in the last week.The same cashier helped me. I do not know her name. She was friendly and nice but my issue is this: With everything going on right now, most open establishments are wearing gloves and masks, which is completely understandable. However, both times I was here that cashier had gloves on and touched all the items the customer infront of me had and then touched her face, DID NOT CHANGE HER GLOVES, and then touched my items. That defeats the ENTIRE purpose of wearing gloves! Either change your gloves after every customer or sanitize your hands! Preferably both.
