If you need ANY pet supplies, this is the place to go. The extra large store with friendly, knowledgeable staff is second to none. DUSTIN is always smiling and ready to help, taking the extra steps to make sure the customer is satisfied before leaving. Many big name products to choose from, and the Pet Valu brands are quality too. The prices are very reasonable here, even better when you can shop from the "discount tables" located around the store.

I always love coming here. The staff are friendly. They care about the animals. They will special order products for you. They have a variety of things for all pets. It's like a smaller version of petsmart. The store is very clean which I like. I will come back here again. Thank you pet valu for an amazing experience!

Amy is fantastic there, she is always very helpful and always understanding. I went today to use their self bath she greeted me once I walked in and helped with using it! My German Shepherd was nervous and peed all the bath area I was so embarrassed, but she was very nice and even cleaned it up for me.

Always friendly...carries a big variety of high quality foods. Staff is knowledgeable and caring. They always do charitable things for the community shelters. I love them even if they are a bit high end the customer service is great.

The groomer at this location is WONDERFUL. Alexis took extra care in our puppie's first grooming experience. She was extremely patient, and let my boyfriend and I come back to help calm her. We have a lhasa apso/poodle mix and I am still new to learning how to take care of her hair. Alexis gave us all kinds of advice on how to maintain our dogs hair. Our puppie was anxious part of the time and Alexis never onc e said that the dog was not cooperating, she took her time and was very kind. I was nervous about finally taking my dog to a groomer and I have to say I am very impressed! We did the puppy grooming introduction this time.I cannot wait to see what she can do with a full groom next time!!
