Not sure I'll go back. Sales guy was friendly enough but wasn't interested in giving any information - just seemed like he wanted us out the door. The product I was interested in (that I had found online) was not the same as what he directed me to purchase - although he insisted it was.

I had an awesome experience with Johnny. Very personable and knowledgeable. I had to return the blue raspberry gummies because of an allergic reaction and he helped me out no problem. Even got me set up with another product with different ingredients. Will definitely come here again.

Johnny is so rad! 5 stars aren't enough! He solved my issues and took responsibility onto himself to take care of my experience at the other location. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THE ALLENTOWN OR WHITEHALL LOCATIONS. (The owner ,juan, of the Allentown and Whitehall locations is completely unprofessional. He's condescending. He wouldn't give me a refund because I supposedly didn't follow his directions and he didn't like my behavior. All I did was challenge his return policy. NO QUESTIONS ASKED should mean that!)

The girls were very helpful and knew important information to our questions. There was no pressure to buy anything. Very comfortable and the staff was relatable. Would definitely recommend using this store for your needs, especially if it's your first time and have questions.

Owner of store is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very personable as well. I would highly recommend their products on John's guidance and advice. Being a DAV and anyone who lives with Chronic Pain will understand that you get to a point where you'll try anything for even just moments of relief. The CBD tincture is the only thing OTC that has brought me any type of relief. I would personally highly recommend, dosages and strengths of the product vary. I will say this is where John helped me out immensely.

The staff here are extremely professional, but also find a way to connect with the customer on a personal level. Respectful to an individual's situation, knowledgeable of their products, and GENUINELY CARE about the individuals needs. Any progress I have made using CBD has been guided and fostered by the employees here. Oh, and their CBD products are of the highest quality, almost as good as their customer service!
