I was hesitant at first to get my dogs nails cut (2 crazy Vizslas) but this place was great!! They were kind on the phone making the appointment and Sydney did a fantastic job!! Only took her a few minutes for each dog and we were on our way to the park to release the rest of that nervous energy!!

By far the BEST groomer we have taken our long haired shepherd mix to. When we picked him up he looked like a brand new dog! After a year of taking him to PetCo and dealing with sub par wash and dry service we finally found One stop Pet shop. They were able to trim his hair and his nails as well as deshed him. I have NEVER felt his fur this soft. Our boy is an anxious one and they were able to be so kind and understanding with him. I will never take him anywhere else. 100% recommend! Oh and did I mention they have the BEST prices? It was less than PetCo and they did an amazing job. So thankful to the team there and so happy we found you guys :) be sure to bring cash for tips! Next time we go in we will be tipping double :)

Super great place. They handle my pit. He looks awful tuff, but he is big baby. They Dremmel his nails, when most places won’t bother to do this for me or anyone. So with that said, they do more than others, and much better than most. Hence the five star rave and subsequent review.

We have been coming here for years with our past and present cavaliers. Due to health, I had not been there these last 3months. We returned to find Marilyn who had run the desk all the years we were coming there had left and we did not recognize the groomer they assigned us. She was new. We told her about a bad matted area on the neck near the puppy's ear. He was just neutered and the cone had caused it. We said it was ok to shave that matte. My husband picked up both the puppy and our other cavalier and couldn't believe what he saw. She shaved BOTH ENTIRE EARS of the puppy. He no longer looks like a cavalier...he has no beautiful hair left. It will take months for it to grow out. I came home saw him and broke down crying. Where was this groomer trained? We said to remove a matte not shave his ears. We will never return. Marilyn would never have let this happen.

One Stop Pet Shop is the best groomer we have found from Virginia to PA. With a slightly difficult pet, it has been a challenge. Dawn and company have always gone out of their way to make us feel good about our dog. This is a hidden gem! And Max always comes home happy with that cute bandana. We are customers for life.

Sydney is the best!! I bring my pug Stanley and have been for nearly the last year now. He doesn’t need a cut so he only gets baths and nail trims, but pugs can be incredibly difficult with nails and Sydney handles Stan like a pro, I’ve never ever seen a nail with the quick cut which can only speak to the patience and precision of the groomer. Highly recommend!!

I love this place!! I have been taking my dog ever since she was a puppy so I know this place for 9 years! If you are looking for a groomer for your pet please consider coming here!! They treat my dog Lily likes she was one of their own. Every single animal they have as a client they consider family! The owner Dawn has been Lily's groomer and she is so careful and remembers from one appointment to the next any changes. She is always looking out for things and changes in the dog's skin and coat. Like I said they are like family and when you treat clients like family you feel as ir you're coming home and your pets are going to be safe and well taken care of. Check them out. You will NOT be disappointed!

Our dog Chico is an American bully rescue he is super friendly but can be quite grouchy when it comes too cutting his nails and bathing. The groomer, Sydney was tremendous!!! She was understanding of his needs and very caring with him. Chico looks and smells better than he ever has I would highly recommend this place!!!!

I made an appointment, but had to cancel. When I called, I spoke with Marilyn and explained my vet would be taking the nail clipping appointment, so I would need to cancel. Marilyn and I ended up talking about my baby’s health and she recommended products for him. I was so moved by her kindness. To another business, I would just be someone on the other end of the line calling to cancel, but taking to Marilyn — it’s evident you and your pet are truly cared for here. One Stop Pet Shop is lucky to have someone like Marilyn — she truly is one of a kind.

My dog got kennel cough after being groomed here. Please don’t leave your pets with these people. Very filthy place.Edit: to the passive aggressive owner comment below. I don’t have to question a damn thing, thank you. My dog was very healthy prior and after taking her for grooming I noticed she was coughing and not being her usual self. A day later I took her to the vet where she was diagnosed with kennel cough. Acknowledgment will help you to go far. A simple, we apologize while making sure the place is clean for pets would be responsible. “I’m sorry you feel that way” is a phrase that you can unkindly keep. Save your breath. My dog will not be returning as you probably figured that out by now. You take care now.

They were able to get my long haired cat in quick to be shaved from matting, unfortunately since this was his first time getting groomed, he wasnt a fan of it. One step pet shop did great with the cut for what they had to deal with. Only trust them to get my cats groomed!

I live just down the street and I wanted to make an appointment to have my poodle puppy bathed and to have his nails cut. However I was told on the phone that they are no longer taking new clients and then i was hung up on. so unfortunately i will be going to petco, even though I would rather support a small business with the frequent grooming my dog will be needing for the rest of his life.*this review is based off the phone skills of the business owner

We are new to PA and needed an emergency shave for matting on our Golden Retriever on a Sunday. They brought us in within the hour, and when I went to pick him up, I thought they were handing me a different dog because of how show-stoppingly gorgeous he was returned to me!! We have 2 other dogs and, even though they are short haired and can be groomed at home, they will now be brought to One Stop! My biggest thanks to this entire team!

They do dog grooming & cut nails for cats & dogs. The price is much cheaper to have your cats nails cut here then @ the vets. The girls are always friendly & do a good job. If your in need of this service give them a call.

Completely appaud, I’ve been taking my dog here for 3 years with no problems. Last hair cut it looked like my 5 year old daughter was left alone with clippers. Once a golden retriever now a disaster. The dog has steps on the side of the body from uneven trimming, he has a missing patch of hair on the back of his leg which is all the way to the skin, every time I look at my dog I notice more and more hairs that have been completely missed on his head, stomach, back, everywhere! They had plenty of time to look and notice the mess that was done to him. The spot on his leg, really Oops sorry, nope no excuse and they ignored it like it’s normal 👎🏼

I would discourage dog owners from going One Stop Pet Shop. Meg, who was my groomer, did an awful job on my dog Butters. Butters is a Shitzu mix. I showed 3-4 pictures of how he is normally cut. We discussed that I like his face round and fluffy. I was assured she would not cut into his facial mussel. Meg did not listen to my instructions. I did not even recognize my pup when I picked him up. The change was severely drastic and unexpected. Michelle, a seasoned groomer, was very understanding when I returned unhappy and tried to make things right. Sadly, you cannot glue hair back on. I learned my lesson and will never pay again before seeing the results. Lastly, be aware that you are charge a convince fee for using a credit card.
