The amount of care and compassion all of my animals have received from Emmaus Animal Hospital makes me wish every animal could see a veterinary staff as amazing as they are !! I have had to put two of my animals down, one due to old age (during the pandemic ) and one due to cancer , their compassion to me and my family as they teared up with us and let us hold both my boys as they crossed the rainbow bridge will never be forgotten . We had started taking our 4 (now 3) cats to Emmaus Animal Hospital last year and they have been nothing short of excellent. Every staff member we have come in contact with has been kind, empathetic, and polite from the front desk to the assistants to the techs to the vets themselves.I can’t stress enough how wonderful this place is, especially when it comes to end-of-life decisions.Dr O Jr and Dr O Sr were instrumental in our cat Ruby’s care. We initially brought her in for symptoms of a typical hyperthyroid cat but unfortunately during the treatment process, she started to decline, and they discovered she also was suffering from a cancerous mass that started underneath her tongue and was infiltrating the tongue. She crossed the rainbow bridge earlier today. Both vets were exceedingly kind, empathetic, and very succinct and direct during everything. They explained everything clearly, answered any and all questions, and even though I know (as a former vet tech myself) they have hundreds of other patients to care for, they made her a priority whenever we were in the office or on the phone with them. There are so many instances where I can point out them going what I feel is above and beyond standard of care but that would leave this already long review reading like a novel. Please know we are grateful for your kindness and care. We truly believe she was in the best hands at your practice.Thank you both and everyone else at Emmaus Animal Hospital. We’re truly grateful for all your care for Ruby during this difficult time, and we also look forward to continuing care with you for Tasha, Link, and Sebastian.

We bring all of our pets (dogs and cats) here and are very happy with the service! They are quick to respond and not pushy about expensive treatments, but they do offer all options, both cheap and expensive for your choice. They have appointments readily available and have time in the afternoons and evenings when people are off work. They are also experienced with exotics; we have a Savannah cat that has some special needs due to the breed, and they have been familiar with the animals and accommodating of all our needs. Their prices are also reasonable. I would recommend anyone with a pet to go here.

I've been bringing my dogs here for years and they are truly the best. All the staff members are kind, helpful and understanding. They even made a note in my chart to never put me in exam room one because I had to put down my 14 year old dog in that room. They also treat the animals as family.

Extremely happy with the care my pet Luna had here this week.I couldn't get my cat to her original appointment because she was fighting me getting into the cage. They were nice enough to push it back but I still couldn't get her in the cage! I called them after crying in frustration and they told me if I could catch her, they would try to squeeze her in later in the day. I'm SO thankful they were understanding and flexible! I was able to get her later that afternoon and brought her in.The vet I spoke with was one of the sweetest, most down to earth and caring vets I've had the pleasure to meet. She called me, took the time to explain everything that was going on with Luna, and I mean really explain it to me, and made sure I understood my options for care. I was so thankful she was so kind because I had such a horrible day, it really made things 10x better for me.When I went to pick up Luna from the drop off appointment it sounded like they had some issues with her and the crate again (not surprised!) and they spoke to me about different carriers that may be better and what I can do ahead of the next appointment to make sure she's calm and happy.I highly recommend bringing your animals here. The compassion and care I received from them was very much appreciated.

The veterinarians and their staff are truly caring about you and your furry friend/s. I’ve always had a wonderful experience with their care. In fact, I’ve continued to take my animals there even though I’ve moved. They are efficient, professional, and best of all, they give you the time and peace of mind you need to discuss any concerns you have about your animal’s care whether it’s during an appointment or over the phone. Excellent animal services. The veterinarian care of Dr Arthur Obenrader was exceptional. I can't have enough kind words. The staff as well were very thoughtful and kind. My husband and I had 2 cats that Allie and Dr Arthur Obenrader helped care for, along with other Dr's and staff members. I would strongly recommend giving this place a try. You won't be disappointed. They went above and beyond to take care of our two cats. And when the days came that we needed their help to pass them on.....they showed such empathy, compassion and love.

I love Emmaus Animal Hospital. The staff is friendly and compassionate. The veterinarians explain everything and give you all options to health problems that your pet may have. I have never felt pressure to go with expensive treatments and was allowed to consider my pets quality of life when making all decisions. I can't imagine ever using another animal hospital.

I've been taking my pets here for a few years now and I absolutely love the staff. Everyone is very friendly and I feel that they are always acting in my pets' best interest. Prices are great and they are very good about fitting you in if you're having an emergency. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

This veterinary clinic is truly amazing. Everyone from the office staff to the vet techs to the veterinarians are so kind and genuinely care about you and your pets. Saw Dr Obenrader's dad with my last dog and got lucky enough to see his son with my current pup. He is just as wonderful as his dad. They take great care of our dog, whether it will a silly question or something more serious. Our pup loves it there, no anxiety, even after shots ;). A great vet!

The office was spotless, the staff were so kind and we immediately felt like family, you could see they loved our pets just as much as we did and even took their pictures to put up on their wall, they answered all our questions and addressed all of our concerns, test results were quick and we got phone calls back the very next day, and we truly felt that our pets were getting amazing care. We have used this office for several years. Each vet that is at the practice is kind and knowledgeable. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help out with any problems. We have used them for well visits as well as emergency vet visits. They have always been able to get us in when needed with minimal time once we get there.
