Jen has been grooming my dogs for years! She bathes them, cuts their nails and always gives them cute matching bandanas to come home in!Also, my dogs love going to her for "vacation" while we go on our vacations. We know they are safe and well cared for while we are gone. She has sent videos and photos of her playing with them and of them enjoying their life at the resort. Definitely recommend her for all your grooming and kenneling needs!

We went on vacation last week to Tennessee and needed somewhere to board our dog. I’m so glad that I found JC’s. She was absolutely wonderful. Anytime I asked how Lizzy was doing she would send me pictures and videos of her. She said that Lizzy just made herself feel like she was at home. Jen is such a sweetheart. Anytime in the future if we have to board our dog I know we are going with Jen!

I have been leaving my dogs with Jen for a few years now and she treats them as her own. They get one on one attention and she sends a lot of updates and videos. The kennels are very clean and there is a large area for the dogs to run. I also have Jen groom my dogs and they always look and smell great when they are done! I have 3 dogs and she is very flexible and gets them all done in one day for me.

Took my golden here for his yearly haircut. He is a farm dog so he was pretty dirty and recently got sprayed by a skunk. Just picked him up and he smells wonderful and has so much more energy with his lion cut! Very kind and reliable owner who has fair prices. Highly recommend for dog boarding or grooming.

I am so happy we found JC's! We needed to kennel our puppy last minute prior to our vacation. Jen was more than accommodating and flexible with our plans. We have a golden doodle who loves being outside. He was right at home:) The kennel is clean and spacious. There is an inside area and outside area that is nice and shady. Our anxiety about kenneling our baby for the first time was instantly relieved as soon as I spoke with Jen and saw the grounds where he could play. Grizzly had a great time at his pet resort while we enjoyed our time away! We will definitely be returning! Highly recommended!

Harley come home from being groomed today smelling good and looking good! This was our second time there and will definitely be a regular. We just moved to the area and was afraid I wouldn't find a good groomer, but I found a GREAT groomer. So friendly and great prices. A huge plus is that she has a kennel with great pricing. Jenn has groomed our Golden Retriever for the last few years, and we've always had great experiences! He is not the most accommodating when it comes to being groomed, but Jenn handles him with such care and treats him as her own. We recently kenneled him, and Jenn was so flexible with our schedule. He was happy and relaxed when we picked him up!

I've never had a dog that needed regular grooming until our Labradoodle, Finnegan. Jen does a great job, and he loves her. He's a big baby, so I know she's good with him. We also took our German Shepherd Molly to her and I was amazed that Molly was no longer shedding fur factory after her visit to Jen.We'd had Molly groomed elsewhere years earlier, and she was traumatized from the experience for days. We vowed to never put her through it again. After the great experience with Finnegan, we gave it a chance. Molly loved Jen and didn't have any of the post grooming anxiety she'd had before.

She does an excellent grooming job however her rates per dog are highest in the area. I have 2 dogs and only 1 gets haircut, cost $110 so I will be going elsewhere next time.

Highly, highly recommend. We just had our first appointment for our guinea pig to get his nails trimmed. The gal was so sweet and professional and accommodating. We will be back as soon as they need done again. Thank you so much!!! ❤️

We tried this groomer for the 1st time today. My poor dog Cracker was looking pretty bad when I dropped her off!! (My 6 yr old asked that she leave her mustache) She left her mustache 😊 and did a Fabulous job! She looks adorable, my kids went nuts over her! The facility was clean and set up so cute. She truly did a GREAT job!!

There isn’t anything about this place we don’t like. Jen is great, the facility is clean and our experienced have always been outstanding. Shutzie is a handful she gets so excited to go there and Jen gives her all the extra loving she needs.
