I absolutely LOVE our local DG! Every time I am there, I am always greeted. I am in a wheelchair and when they bag up my items, they put them in the bag that I have on the back of my chair. They ALWAYS open the door when they see me coming in and always open it when I leave. Great employees. Corporate office needs to know how lucky they are for these workers in Emlenton's store.

This store is very outdated and not like most of the more recently built stores out there. In fact, this one looks like it's straight out of the 90's. The staff were as helpful as could be, though, but there supply is either also outdated or just lacking in diversity. It makes sense considering the location. It served our purpose, but the parking lot isn't accommodating to large vehicles in the least.

At the time of my visit they were stocking shelves. So some places in the store you could get to. Not a big selection on freezer food at other DG's I've been to. Over all I was able to get what I needed and get back out without any trouble.

This Dollar General is prob the worst one is this area...I try to get most of my things at the butler ones or the new harrisville one because this one has the rudest manager and it seems to flow down to the employees as well! For some reason they seem to be always out of a lot of the items I get. They do no accept any returns even when it was a toy my son got two of for Xmas and it even had the dollar general price sticker on it! They wouldn't even let me exchange it! So I took it to my fav butler store the one by Walmart and they exchanged it no problem. Also it always seems like the emlenton doesn't seem to have the same sales as the other ones do! And this one also will not change a price of something even if they have the sign wrong but it the one in Butler will! I really try to not go to this one unless it's something my kids absolutely need and I won't be making it to butler

The best Dollar general we have gone to. We go here when we go to our camp, because they have everything you can be possibly need at the store if you forget it at home.

I shop there often. Usually disorganized and hard to get through isles. The gentleman are very nice and helpful. The ladies not so much.

I bought cool aid and they charged me tax and last week I bought Doritos and they charged me tax on it also. Why are they the only ones to charge tax on food when I don't pay tax on food or cool aid any where else.

This store always has a better selection of products and very friendly employees. As with all dollar general stores the prices are fair.
