Our burritos looked like they were made by someone wearing mittens who has never wrapped a burrito before in their life. On top of that all of the ingredients that should have been warm were ice cold, with salsa served in a squeeze packet in the side. Inedible and gross.

Very happy with the food, their Ham & Cheese beats the famous sub chains. Kids enjoyed the little personal size pizza, looks like they were dropped from menu(?) , hope you bring them back.

Do you like to wait well over half an hour for an apps sampler that typically takes less than ten minutes to make tops? Well if so, then this Sheetz is the place to be! We went tonight after grabbing some cheap gas (which thank you for offering - it’s a great deal) and decided on grabbing something small and hot to share which was the original apps sampler. After we ordered within a minute or two, the lady behind the counter announced multiple times that it will be a 25-30 minute wait at minimum for MTO items. There was maybe five or so people waiting at this point for their orders and the store wasn’t packed as much as it usually is, so I’m not exactly sure what the issue was but I digress. We waited and waited, people who ordered after us getting their stuff and people before us still waiting. It was totally mismanaged; we already waited 40 minutes for something I could’ve just made at home. I had seen food sitting in the back including what I believed to most likely be mine sitting for well over fifteen minutes. At this point I went back up front to tell the cashier to cancel it and refund me if it wasn’t near completion and here she said it was sitting there for a while! She had to apologize! No one called numbers or anything and when I opened our food it was cold. Completely disappointed. Done coming to Sheetz and I will not come back for gas either unless it’s cheap again for their season offerings.

The food was very poorly prepared. When I opened up the packaging on my wrap, it fell apart.My girlfriend got a hot chicken strip sub with extra American cheese and it looked like it was thrown together by a monkey. We came through at about 9:30 on November the 30th and our order number was 509. To say the least I was not impressed. It was not very busy in the store at the time although I don't know if online orders were heavy. My order was prepared rather quickly and it shows.

Mid 50’s, short, red hair, female with glasses was rude and not accommodating around 9:20 am today. I left my phone in my truck which is my Sheetz card, she refused to give me the sale price for my drinks, told me if I got another card, I’d have to register online prior to getting the sale price. I was refueling my 100 gallon diesel tank and 35 gallon gas tank along with getting snacks and drinks everyday for work. I won’t be back.

I was on my way through Elysburg so I stopped at a Sheetz to get a case of beer because I was in the mood for one and since I am handicapped, my hands are crippled to the point I can’t really carry anything and my legs are not much better with braces on both legs, they would not sell it to me because my son carried it for me and didn’t have a valid ID on him I told them he only carried it for me. He was not the one buying it. I told them I was incapable of caring it since i just started walking without my walker 6 months ago. I’m not going to visit any sheetz anymore since they can care less about the handicapped having a freaking beer I will not be buying my gas from them anymore as well.

My friend and I stopped here for breakfast while camping at Knoebel's, nothing is open early in the morning before the park opens. I had a cold, very stale and frankly disgusting pizza to eat, that very night I became very sick to my stomach and felt like garbage through the night and into the next day. Whatever that supposed pizza was, it wasn't food and this needs to be addressed. I haven't felt that bad in a long time and frankly super disappointed in Sheetz and this location for putting out old food that made me sick for almost two days straight. Do better Sheetz, this is pretty terrible.UPDATE. After I emailed corporate about this situation, I received a very very kind hand written card in the mail from Christine at corporate apologizing, sharing my concerns with the store and giving me free food vouchers. I appreciate this very much as I never expected anyone to reach out like that and address our concerns and issues. I hope that this Sheetz location will take this seriously, learn from it and do better in the future. Thank you to Sheetz Corporate for reaching out in such a personal way to apologize and resolve this issue and make things right for me and my friend. Thank you.

Ordered nachos and a chicken cheese quesadilla tonight and nachos were missing half the stuff requested to be added and was given a burrito instead of a quesadilla so apparently your workers dont know how to make food right or just don’t care! Train your employees on how to cook or hire ones that actually care also the “quesadilla” was cold as hell

Competitive gas prices. Any junk food you could want including candy, crackers, doughnuts, and sodas. They also have plenty of sodas, water, energy drinks, beer, wine, and slushies. Their made to order food is pretty good with a big selection including burgers, hot dogs, and hoagies. As well as appetizers like Mac and cheese bites, mozzarella sticks, and jalapeño poppers. They also have hot and cold speciality drinks.

We placed our order and unfortunately it took the girls preparing the food 15 minutes to put together 2 half subs. The store wasn’t super busy either. The girls were much more interested in chatting with one another and possibly a former coworker who had come in. I stood there watching and they were chatting more than working. Also, I ordered pickles on my 1/2 sub and there was literally 1 pickle and 1/2 pickle on my sub, overall the entire sandwich was lacking, very little of anything on it. I will definitely think twice about ordering food there again. The gentleman who was at the register was very nice.

I ordered hot dogs with relish. There were onions on my dogs. I am allergic to onions. When I took them back up they told me I shouldn't order there because of cross contamination. That's just pushing customers away.

If I could give it less than one I would... That place should be shut down hosed down and restaffed!!I have NEVER been in a place of business that disgusting in my life! You had to kick through the trash on the floor just to find their restroom was a disaster area also (not exaggerating).The coffee area was almost out of anything and I refused to even think about getting a "fresh" doughnut from that crusted smeared case.The "Latino" music or whatever it was was entirely too loud.I would bypass Elysburg if that town was anywhere near as bad as this Sheetz...

Worst sheetz ever. I've been to many because I often travel. This one here is a joke. Wait times over 40 minutes for basic small orders. 25 mins for a milkshake. Supposedly wawa is coming up here. Can't wait. Maybe they'll see what customer service is supposed to be like!!

Many of the soda machines didn’t have syrup.. my dad tried three different sodas that resulted in a cup full of water… I ordered a 6 dollar salad that someone prepared. They only gave me a cup or two worth of lettuce pretty depressing salad if you ask me. My brother liked his sliders that he ordered. And my frozen drink was good. They need to restock things here and it would make things a lot better for customers.

Been coming here for years, since day one in the 90s.Was always great, clean, inviting and just a good vibe... Then came the remodel! A joyous occasion!!! so we thought...Always dirty now. outside at the pumps are black covered and trash ridden and never clean or filled window wash tubs. Typically the corners and edges of the building have nasty buildup, or dirt, trash and rock salt. The doors and entryways are in shambles too. Inside is cluttered, shelfs unorganized or just empty, Bathrooms are such a mess too.Food is typically ok, takes longer than it should i feel. The occasional slip up but its not brain surgery so... They always make good for it when I've let them know. As far as staff, your always short but that's a USA problem really. They do the best they can. so cheers to them!My biggest gripe is the cleanliness and upkeep of a rather new store. You keep leveling and building new but not keeping up with what you got. Corp. needs to prioritize! No matter what the business is a gold mine, spend a little to make a littel?WaWa is creeping in all around ya, don't let them win!

Great location especially if your camping at knoebells. They have ice, made to order foods and chocolate! Can't go wrong eating or gassing up here. Enjoy!!!!

Probably visit this location 2 to 3 Times a week. Great location overall. Covid has made things different. Slushy is back and so is foreal milkshakes. Ice Cream and Dine In are still closed. I expect that to be continued for some time. Only suggestion for this location is a Drive-Thru 🚗

Bought a new breakfast sandwich there because it was pictured very nice, what I got was completely disgusting. Store also smelled awful not so sure what happened at this place it used to be really clean and had a lot of nice food. The corporate procedure for their store card was it good concept but jumping through all the hoops was ridiculous. A pity anybody working there if this is how they run the company. Really ironic to me how big corporate companies act once they're big. Quality goes out the window and it's all about money. So typical.Update: I want to thank the Sheetz owner for responding to my complaint and for being so professional. I DON'T enjoy voicing negative remarks and remain hopeful you can make those improvements. Your business has unlimited potential and I wish you the best of success !

This Sheetz has gone down hill terribly the last few years. It’s always filthy inside, sticky floors, the coffee/soda station is always a mess, and it just always seems to be in disarray. Hopefully they turn things around soon.

I love Sheetz so I can’t leave less than 5 stars but those new touch screen brew machines are not it. I spilled my coffee on my khaki shorts this morning and it actually left no stain. I didn’t have to go home and change…I was so happy about that. But if that gives any idea how watered down that coffee was….yeah. Coffee is one of those things that just gets bad every time we try to make it more convenient. What are other customers saying about it?

The place was crowded, so there was a delay with the MTO (made to order) food. However, I got there right as the amusement park was letting out. The food was good, and they got my complex order right.

Sheetz always hits the spot! This one had great MTO food and the MTO cook behind the counter was mega fast! I'd say within 3 minutes my order was up. Impressive! Super Cold drink options also.
