For lunch, I ordered their Avocado Chicken Salad sandwich and an iced mocha latte - definitely not what I was expecting (it was the chicken salad I'm used to), however it was flavorful, fresh, and so tasty. Seasoned really well, too! I used their drive thru which was fast and courteous! I can't wait for my next lunch with Profile! Thank you 💚

Wow wow wow! I have traveled the world and this coffee shop has the best work remote working space set up!Kind staff and good tea. I didn’t get a chance to eat because they close at noon but they were patient while I finished a meeting and packed up.They are hard to find it is a red brick house with a small sign across from dollar general and next to a big white house.They have a great small dining section. It also has an amazing upstairs with two work rooms set up and a bathroom. They are comfortable quiet air conditioned and have outlets.I really wish they were open later but the few hours I spent there were an unexpected surprise and amazing experience to have a clean work space to conduct business while I was camping and working remotely.

Great little coffee shop next to the intersection in Elysburg with Sheetz and Turkey Hill. Perfect place to stop on the way to Knoebels or if you are just passing through and want some amazing and smooth coffee, a quick snack, or breakfast.I stopped here on my way to work for the first time and my only regret is not having done so sooner! I got a decaf white chocolate frappe and a breakfast bagel with a French toast bagel, American cheese, tomato, and spinach. All breakfast bagels come with eggs and your choice of cheese.There are so many delicious options for coffee & espresso drinks (including decaf options!), matcha, horchata, pastries, (A LOT OF) macarons, superb breakfast bagel sandwiches, hummus or avocado toasts, and more!I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner who is very friendly and helpful! They have a really awesome rewards program that uses qr codes to earn 'stamps'.They also have a drive through available on the side of the building. The inside has some seating but is relatively small and gives a "cozy & relaxing small-town coffee shop" vibe.

I had an everything bagel with cream cheese and a non fat latte. Coffee and bagel were both delicious! Staff was friendly and prompt as well. Will be a returning customer :)

I haven't gone many new places since I've been diagnosed type 2 diabetic because I'm a naturally nervous person and worry about places not having anything appropriate for the changes to my diet.I also am only just getting into coffee really.These folks were so accommodating in both aspects! They explained what sugar free flavors they had, explained a couple coffee options since I know near nothing about it, and even happily showed me nutrition labels when they themselves weren't sure on something.It was really nice to be given that kind of patience and kindness. It was simple but very meaningful. I'll definitely be going back many times over.

This place is awesome. Great coffee and sandwiches. The staff make you feel like you're at home. It's a great place for students to enjoy any items from their menu and relax doing homework or just getting together with friends. It's also great for couples to go in and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and great service while enjoying their amazing coffee.

Having passed this coffe shop numerous times and not knowing it was there, this Tuesday I decided to stop. I walked in and noticed that the shop had a great atmosphere. They have wifi and tables inside to sit down and also outdoor seating. After you get your order you can sit inside in the wifi room or enjoy the outside seating. This is one of the main reasons that I gave Profile 4 stars. The second reason was their coffee.They advertise that they have bagels, so I asked if the bagels were fresh. The person waiting on me said yes they are fresh. I am one that if the bagels are fresh, there is no need to toast them. So I asked for mine not toasted with butter . I also ordered a small coffee which was great. When the person gave me my bagels wrapped in foil I could feel that it was cold. I didn't say word. Took my French toast butteted bagel out to my car, drove homeI finally took a bite of the bagel, which was clearly refrigerated and not fresh at all. It was quite dry and wound up being tossed after the first bite. So disappointing 😞.I may give Profile Coffee Roasters another try one day and order a different item.

This is the closest coffee place when I’m here visiting my in-law and I was left disappointed. On the one day, an iced americano was ordered. Upon receiving the drink, it was warm, not cold. When I told this to the barista they added more ice/put it in another cup. It was STILL warm (not cold at all) and now watered down. The baristas there need to learn how to properly make an iced americano. It is upsetting to order an ICED (and a cold) drink and receive a warm one, especially with summer coming up. My second complaint is that when I ordered the avocado toast, I did not ask for eggs, but I received it with eggs. I told the waitress and she walked away for about 30 seconds, presumably having just picked the eggs off the toast. This is very unsanitary, considering there is a cross contamination between the egg and other food. While there wasn’t an allergen issue in my instance, if there was one, this could have become something worse. I am however vegan and the cross contamination really did not sit right with me. I felt as though bringing it up at the time would have been met with unkindness, so I did not bring up this up. I think the place has a lot of potential, but more needs to be learned and done.

We just stopped in to grab a quick coffee before hitting the road for 10 hours, but it was a delightful 5 minutes. A nice friendly gentleman held the door open for us and the lady at the register was sweet. The iced coffee I got was also amazing. Definitely keeping this place on my radar next time we are in the area.

Great breakfast! Delicious sandwiches, great prices, and friendly people. The iced coffee was really good too! There's a cute little area to sit or they'll pack your sandwiches to go.Parking: Plenty of parking.

A fantastic surprise of a local coffee shop in a region that you would least expect it. If you’re on your way to Knoebels and need a pick me up this is a great stop.The coffee is incredibly smooth, fantastically priced and the staff is really engaging. It’s been a couple years since I’ve been here and it’s just as good as I remember it from my visit today!
