Arrived to get some things the door says open Daily 7am to 10pm and it’s now 10 am and the doors are locked and no one’s around. Just they should fix their hours or have a sign up if gonna be closed.

It was a quick visit to grab a few things for a birthday breakfast party I was going to. Asked the girl at the front some questions only to basically have more questions when she was done talking, and not good ones. Store was very clean, organized and tidy. The other staff which I saw throughout the store seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Goes to show you to not put the weakest link up front by herself

As a forget some important items for my camping trip like blankets and clothes. I rush to google to find the nearest convenience store. Lucky me I find this one. As with anyone in a new area feeling lost and unprepared this store eased my nerves as it was stocked with plenty of everything that could be missing in my packing. The staff guy was so nice and understanding i couldnt have been more blessed to say the least.

The dollar general in wysox has a very wonderful manager very knowledgeable and polite and that poor woman Sarah is her name is constantly running and running without taking breaks. I worked retail and too many times the public thinks their better than everyone else gets upset if they have to wait a few short moments for service and will then attack them on the internet which all that does is take MORE TIME away from stocking shelves and helping the public. Little do they know that woman has been working with 2 messed up knees and a back that should probably be looked at. She had some great employees but they had to leave since the dollar general higher ups won't allow workers to get paid what they actually should earn which should be competitively but it's not they all get a "rate" and the stores are only allowed to give so many hours for workers to use which generally isn't anywhere near enough but are expected to get 70 hours of work in under 37 hours. So the next time you walk through a store picking things up and randomly putting them wherever you feel remember that when you see an empty spot on a shelf because the workers have to walk behind grown adults and put away the things they feel they don't need to put back where they belong.

Service was poor. The cashier couldn't figure out how to void transaction. Made the lady stand there while calling manager and told lady she had to pay the bill and couldn't leave. Finally after 10 to15 mins of everyone else standing in line the other cashier opened anouther register. Need to have more knowledgeable people working.

Such a great place. Friendly workers. Always available to help and go the extra mile for customers. Store is clean and well stocked. Prices are decent for a dollar store. Would recommend for sure.

I was there two days before Christmas Place was very busy the only downside was that had one cash register open but I wasn't really in a hurry so it wasn't that bad prices are reasonable store is nice and clean I recommend if you haven't tried it you should go there thank you Merry Christmas to all and to all a good-night LOL

Has just about anything for a quick pit stop if needed. I walk here a lot with my friends, and none of the visits have disappointed me. Employees are very nice and treat the customers well. Would recommend visiting here sometime.

This has to be the best Dollar General stores around. The shelves are fully stocked, produce is fresh and the entire store is clean. The manager of this store deserves a raise. Other store managers should go to this store to see what other Dollar Generals should look like!

It's a Dollar General ... Aisles blocked with carts of boxes waiting to be put on shelves, a produce section that could be mistaken for my composting pile ... Still, pleasant staff, lower prices than competitors, convenient. I'll keep shopping here.

Pretty decent DG. Most other ones I've been in are in disarray. Everything is in its place and the aisles weren't packed with boxes of stock like a mini-walmart. Pleasant employees.

Nice new store fairly well organized....however that seems to be going down hill .....and the tall thin young man on 2nd shift needs to work on his ppl skills n knowledge of his job ....hopefully the whole organization thing will blow over after the holidays...

Love these stores. Some prices are a bit higher but if you need something quick it pays to shop close by and not have to run all the way to Wal-Mart. Nice selection of products.

The dollar general in Shamokin,Pa. The cashier was very rude. Didn't want to sell me my cigarettes due to the fact that she disliked them. That was her opinion. As a paying customer with very valid I.D. she should have just done her job. Also a pile of cat food on the floor an a big cat eating. Hmmm .

Store sucks!!!! Was in there today and there are lights out, it’s dark in there, out of stuff, carts in the isle.. Clerk has no personality! As bad as the 2 in Shamokin!!!!

Love this place try to get there early in the week for the weekend $5.00 off 25 watch for manufacture coupons on contains and make sure you get the discount always courteous and usually a nice selection of vegetables and fruit

I love shopping at Dollar General not only because of the people working but they will get their store in stock and everything that I need and that is really good most places don't do that and God bless your general and thank you for everything that you do for the community amen

The manager is rude, the store is hard to get around when every aisle is covered with stock items almost every day. Some of the employees are also extremely rude but you have hit or miss days.

Bad service handed a .50 off coupon that was on the product I purchased handed to the clerk behind the counter, took the coupon but never took it off of my purchase.. Went back into the store after I noticed it wasn't taken off the bill. She said it was, I asked her where.

Me and my grandma come here a lot and she likes talking to the staff, the staff always help me and her and are well trained and nice, but one part that’s bad is the aisles are crowded with stock

New store,very clean staff opens locked bathroom doors, staff requires you to wear a mask. Your shirt front is not a mask.
