This Pet Valu is stocked and full of all you need for your dog or cat. The staff are super nice! They try to help in any way they can. They will be adding dog wash and other amenities that other Pet Valu stores have in the coming months.

We have two dogs...one a skittish rescue that have never had real "dog beds." We never worried about it until we got new furniture...and wanted to keep the dogs off of it. I took both to Pet Valu, and Sam was great! She greeted the dogs first (of course!) spent time helping us pick beds suitable for their size, breeds (mix and a Frenchie), and my budget. She even recommended a training aid and offered to help me to my car! Our rescue is enjoying her new bed only hours after getting it home. The Frenchie? He's still working off puppy steam! Thanks, Sam, for outstanding customer service!

This used to be my favorite place to shop for pet supplies. We have several animals needing regular pet supplies and gear. I loved the previous manager and she was always super friendly and helpful. Fast forward to a month ago, when I realized the entire location is under new management and staff not so friendly or helpful. In particular was the day I brought in our brand new puppy in and was ready to buy all the essentials. Because of how rude the staff was, they completely lost the sale and I had to go elsewhere spending well over several hundred dollars in supplies. I've had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Cassandra (the manager?) and Brittany - both of who have been terrible and quite frankly, completely unprofessional. I now feel uncomfortable with the idea of shopping at this location and avoid it unless necessary.

The staff in this store are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have cats with sensitive diets and I have received so much help and information from the staff at this location. They keep me coming back. I am so glad to have a pet store in our small town. I can always get pet food at Walmart, but I won't the get service or help This store provides. Thank you!

I was looking for a place to get Nash my cocker spaniel groomed. He was extremely overdue with getting clipped. Beth was very welcoming and personable. Nash loved her right away. I was comfortable leaving him in her hands, I dont trust many people with my baby. I will definitely be using her again. Prices are very reasonable. Thank you Beth! 🐕❤

Great staff freindly and Helpful with quality pet food options. Often have good brands on sale and they hsve rescue kitties who are super freindly from tails of the free.Love this shop

The employee named conner is rude and incompetent.I wanted to buy a $50 bag of dog food at 8:59 and he wouldn't sell it to me. He said he already closed for the nite and would even take a $50 bill. I would not give them any stars if it was possible my wife and I walked in there was one customer being tended to. We walked around the entire store and at no time did anyone offer to help us I guess Amazon will be getting our business.
