I've been to many self wash places and this is the best.The water pressure is very strong, I bring my own shampoo but they offer shampoo and conditioner, fresh towels, dryer is powerful enough yo dry my huskies.Nice place, very friendly people.🐾🐾🐾my boys told me to give paws up 🐾🐾🐾

This is a great family owned pet store. They are always so nice and willing to help each time I go there. Their products are appropriately priced for the excellent nutritional products they offer. I buy there not only to support a small business but for the health of my animals.

Great service . The price increase was a bit of a shock, but not surprising. My dog loves coming into the store and getting a treat after his bath. The variety of shampoos is great.Thanks.

Really nice pet store that carries great products. Always clean inside, nicely organized, and a very friendly and helpful staff. They carry some hard to find elsewhere items that I stop in for when I’m in the area. Please support this veteran owned small business if you’re local or just traveling through the area! You’ll be glad you did!

I hardly write these reviews, but this pet store seriously deserves one!This was my first time visiting here and I was very impressed. I had three large/medium sized dogs with me and a toddler, needless to say, my hands were very full! I stopped at a nearby dog park where my dogs became incredibly muddy. It took me well over an hour to wash my two Huskies and American Pit Corso. I was pleased that this place had some really nice shampoo/ conditioner products ready for patrons to use, as well as, neatly folded clean towels and a great pressure nozzle to get all the mud out of my dog’s fur. The self serve dog wash was really clean and well maintained with three areas to wash and rinse your pups.I was also impressed with the staff. Seirra and Autumn were incredibly attentive to my specific needs and really went above and beyond to help me out. They asked to help dry my dogs; which I thought was really thoughtful because they noticed how much I had going on. When another customer came to wash their dog; they helped occupy my pups so that the other dog could safely exit the wash area without everyone running out at once. They even kept my toddler busy and played ball with her while I cleaned the mud out of my car so my dogs wouldn't get all muddy again. Because of them, I was able to get done what I needed to do and I felt really cared for.The store carried some really good quality products and I liked some of the promos they had going on. For example, the cat food I bought was a buy 12 bags get the 13th free (and that’s over time) and they have a dog wash program too. The store also had raffle baskets going on for those who spent over $50.00. I really examined the products that were in there and I was surprised to see good quality items there and full sized bags of treats! Additionally, they do offer a loyalties program and I was so happy the girls allowed me to apply my purchases to the program even though I bought the products first and then signed up for the program.Overall, if you can’t tell, I’m incredibly pleased with Patriot Pet Supply, their team, and the items on the shelves. I like that the store has a welcoming neighborly feel and I will definitely be back soon!Thank you!!

I have really enjoyed going to this store. They have a good variety of products and the people who work there are very kind. They even answered my daughter's many questions! My favorite part is being able to wash our dogs. We have two golden retrievers and washing them in the winter is a lot of work. We were able to wash and dry both dogs for a reasonable price.

Brought my new puppy here for the first time and everyone was so kind. They helped push the cart around and helped me find products for her while I held her. I’m not sure what kind of food I want to give her yet and they generously offered me some free samples of good quality food. Appreciate the customer service and clear love and care for pets. Will be back.

They use phony promotions and false awards to charge your credit card for shipping, then also try to push charges through that you didn't order. SCAM
