By far the best Lowe's will ever go to life. Forget about home Depot will you come to the store you'll never go to another home Depot or Lowe's again we'll come out of your way to go to this Lowe's. Kevin in tools really knows his stuff he's Asus I can't thank him more for his help he gave me. George and plumbing nothing but awesome tips from him as well. And John and flooring he hooked me up with my whole house carpet I think I spent 15 grand but he took really took care of me and bought me the best carpet and everybody that walks in my house loves the carpet.Thanks again Kevin, you're doing amazing job.Jessica and Dawn definitely need to hook you up with a raise sir.

Great prices and plenty of choices. When looking for new appliances. Help is a bit thin. Plenty of sales. Different colors are available. We are switching to the stainless steel no finger print option. We like the Exeter Lowes. Good customer service.

Went here on Black Friday 2023. Had to search for an associate to help me. When I finally found one, I was told I needed to contact the manufacturer for a replacement part for an item that was less than a year ago. Clearly Lowe’s sells cheap products that they do not stand behind. I doubt I will be buying anything from the Company anytime soon.

My husband came to Morgantown, Pa. Lowes today twice. Got over two hundred pounds of concrete. The first time they sent a woman out to help, she couldn’t even pick up the bags of concrete. The second time he did it by himself. Do the cashiers even have enough brains to ask the customer if they need help? What’s wrong with business? They don’t offer assistance anymore. There was an older woman before him and she had a lot of lumber and was not asked if she need help. My husband helped her. What’s wrong with society anymore, it’s really sad what we’ve become.

Went to score the mulch on sale and not only did I get mulch but awesome service from ladies in garden department. One even helped me load mulch into my car as to not break the bags and smell up my trunk! It truly is the small acts of kindness that make the world a better place. Lowes is lucky to have her!

I ordered something online for pickup because my local Lowe's was out of the product that I wanted. This was actually my first time at this Lowe's on Tuesday August 15, 2023. The staff at the service counter was very friendly and helpful. No wait plus service with a smile. Good job, Lowe's of Morgantown!

I was looking for some specific lumber that I think is going to be clearanced. I wiped out one store one to the other and the guy says I think I have some in the back and he went and grabbed 40 more pieces for me. Went out of his way. Super awesome! Now I can finish my job

Just wanted to share our great experience at the Morgantown PA Lowe's today. We needed to replace our shed doors. Johnnie and Andrew helped us to load the plywood sheets onto a cart, then were happy to cut the plywood to spec when we asked. They were pleasant and helpful throughout. This is not the first time we have been served by both of these guys. They are consistently attentive, pleasant and helpful. In an age where quality customer service is hard to find, these two gentlemen are top notch. I hope Lowe's will recognize and acknowledge what valuable employees they are. This caliber of customer service will keep us coming back.

I buy all my home supplies and work supplies from Lowe’s and always have a good experience. I recently had a fire at my home and needed all new appliances, blinds, and countless odds and ends. Sally who works in the blinds/appliances section is amazing. She is not only knowledgeable but she is very personable too.Upon delivery of a very significant order there were literally problems after problems. That’s all I’m going to say about that. It’s not if a problem comes up that’s important, rather how that problem is handled that’s important. Cue the store Manager Dawn. Dawn not only listened to my issues but you could tell she genuinely felt for what I was going through. Dawn took care of everything and I am very pleased.Also I’d like to mention another manager, Ryan who helped me as well as Dawn who is charge of deliveries. Thanks to the team at the Elverson Lowes.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, but the bathroom needs some help. The store wasn't super busy but there were no paper towels and the soap dispenser was sad. One tiny drop of foamy (soap?). It was clean but annoyingly short on supplies. They didn't have what my husband was looking for in stock. No surprise with the shipping issues going on in the country.

It's Lowe's... Sometimes you can find someone to help you sometimes you can't. Most of the time they have what I need. and most of the time the service people are incredibly helpful and offering advice or finding someone who can help out

What a fantastic shopping experience! I was greeted upon arriving in the store, garden center employees offered to answer any questions I may have, and my custom paint sample order was prepared accurately and in such a timely manner! My cashier was an absolute delight and compared to most other Lowe’s trips in other towns, I’m very glad I stopped by this location on my way home from an afternoon trip to New Holland, PA. Not many chain stores have positive reviews, but this one certainly deserves its praise!

The worst experience ever! We orderedcarpet for 4 bedrooms and 2 stairways.When it finally came in and was installed,the carpet installers took all of our left overcarpet and we had a small hole in thecarpet. We called Lowe's and went to theLowe's numerous times to get it all fixed.We were told that I signed a paper sayingthat I didn't want the left over carpet. WhenI was shown the paper, my name was notspelled correctly, first or last and it wasn'tthe correct date! It was definitely forged!After 1 year we did get the hole fixed, butinstead of replacing the entire section theyonly replaced a piece so now I have a seamat the top of my stairs. You can see all theseams! It looks awful! The carpet installersdidn't clean up and didn't tell me they wereleaving. They left my front door wide openand everything a mess! I reached out to thestore manager but I have not received aresponse, of course. This was a veryexpensive project that looks horrible. I wishhonestly that I could return the carpet andgo elsewhere. Do not purchase carpet fromthis store.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Lowe’s last night. As mentioned in other reviews, there are not people around to provide help and answer questions. Let’s not blame this on COVID. Real tired of that being the excuse. So I was looking for something in hardware that I could not find. At one time there was an employee around hardware and tools to ask, along with a button to push which paged an employee. Apparently they did away with that, and prefer the customer to wander around looking for help. Even after paging someone for help, nobody showed up, and I had to go and request help again. If you are able to find a person, they are usually helpful by giving directions, but I guess the days of assisting the customer and actually showing you what you are looking for are long gone. A step backward for Lowe’s as far as I am concerned. Maybe they should look at providing the kind of customer service that they had when the store first opened, AS WELL AS keeping the shelves stocked.

Compared to HD, Lowe's typically are cleaner and better managed. My local Lowe's has employees who truly want to be helpful. On any sizable order I do check around because they aren't always the cheapest and quality can be suspect, especially on lumber. But I would say that's true in regards to any big box store compared to your local lumber yard.By far the most convenient part of it is it's a one-stop supplier.

George in plumbing is a true champion of customer service. He has now helped me 3 different times with very elaborate issues and does so with superior knowledge and grace. I have seen him assist 5 people simultaneously while maintaining patience and expertise. I remain thoroughly impressed, keep up the great work!

Terrible customer service from Dawn and Pete at the Morgantown PA store#2476, both store management. Total disregard of customer needs when I asked for assistance finding an item that I already had a part number. Told me to look for somebody in that department and that that was not their department. So much for total customer service. Silo mentality in Lowes will hurt sales and its hard to erase this culture at the Morgantown lowes. Just sad.

I would give 5 stars BUT they NEVER have staff working the registers...NEVER!!!!!! And to make things worse out of the 2, yup the whole TWO registers for self checkout. One is always broken, and only one accepts cards.....Morgantown Lowes is very clean and the more often than not the employees know what they are talking about!! They usually are well stocked, most managers are good. Some very exceptional employees.

Had to remodel my house and I was here a lot, the staff is super helpful and kind. Huge savings with the Lowe's Credit Card. I was in the plumbing and electrical part of the store a lot and the people there were always very helpful and gave me some really good advice in the project i was dealing with. I could explain what i needed and they were quick to help out and find what I needed. Thanks Lowe's and thanks to all the employees.
