Why is that every other place of business has a return policy but this particular Riteaid?I was refused a refund even though I had my receipt I bought the wrong item and just wanted to return it and get the correct one if available. Eliana the store manager refused and said they don’t do refunds and refused exchange.How can someone so blatantly rude and act as if it was a huge inconvenience to speak to me be a manager🤦🏾‍♀️I hope she sees this and knows that I heard her passive aggressiveness when she hinted around that they don’t do refunds/exchanges because of theft.First off I’m not a thief I was there that morning buying the product after a drs appointment and brought it back a few hrs later I’m sure camera footage would back this up.Im a regular customer born and raised in the area.Riteaid is the closest pharmacy to home where I take care of my elderly parents so it’s definitely convenient but after this incident and her flat out attitude every time she’s there because this isn’t a isolated incident I think it’s time to change drugstore chains.I doubt anyone of authority will see this but in the off chance that they do may I suggest hiring individuals that are not only competent but kind and helpful.I usually don’t let someone else’s bad day ruin mine but boy that woman needs a attitude readjustment.Like I said I’m a regular this isn’t the 1st time.Customer service isn’t what it use to be.Shame on you Riteaid for allowing that type of behavior.Yall should go in there for a day you’ll see what I’m talking about.

Never has my medicine ready when they say they will. Been sitting here an hour after the time they said it would be ready. They never have my meds ready on the day they are supposed to. The level of incompetence is unmatched.

This store has become very inconsistent with their hours especially the pharmacy. I would not recommend coming here for your meds if you need to take them regularly.The cashiers are nice but other than that I'd shop elsewhere.

I just adore the girl in the pharmacy! She's so spunky and super nice. She's on shift Sunday mornings. She brightens my day b4 church.And the older women at the checkout is such a dear,I love when I ask her something she knows all my questions.This Store has to be the best I've ever been in. I give it 100/100

I called my wife's seizure meds in Thursday morning. She fkn needs them I come down Saturday morning and they say "working on them we are short staffed". They said they would be done Thu by 2pm it's now Saturday at 11am and still not done. Stay away from this pharmacy.

Inside the Store is never a line and fast pace.Drive-thru is a whole nother party don't be no line really nobody in the store hours do you still have to wait in the Drive-Thru at least 20 minutes or half an hour that's when i was their a couple a days a when i drove a friend of mine to pick up her meds ok WHAT I experience myself

I called at 9am to have a prescription filled for my son. I was told it would be no problem, they had it and to come at 11 to get it. I came at 11, to be told they didn't have the medicine and that I'd have to go somewhere else. Now I'm at the next rite aid, and I'm still waiting because they didn't transfer it right. Worst customer service I've ever had with rite aid. They should have called to let me know right away that they didn't have the medicine instead of making me wait.

I always enjoyed shopping here. It’s well stocked, clean with friendly staff. The one time I had a prescription filled, I didn’t have to wait too long. There’s plenty of parking. It does get busy around rush hour and there isn’t a huge staff so shop accordingly

I'm not going to recommend this Rite Aid to anyone...I waited an hour and 20 minutes at the drive thru for someone..The sign they have said lunch at 1:30 to 2:00 pm I waited longer than that for my medicine

This is the closest pharmacy to my house. I really wish it wasn't every time I have medicine sent to it it takes forever for me to get it back they have lost my prescriptions before so I've had to have my doctors resend them again and I think their prices are too high. I went to other Rite Aids before and their prices were always lower. I went there one time to buy baby food because the other stores were closed and their baby food was twice the amount of any store. I can't even buy my kids stuff in the store because they're way too expensive so I barely go in the store. I only go there when I have prescriptions to pick up. I call ahead because they're never on time they're always behind. But the customer service is really nice they do talk to you they're very polite and they're really funny.

This place is awful. Know that it's new people 🤨wait time long even if u call in. Very unprofessional Very rude. Even the Pharmacist is very rude and unprofessional. Rite Aid in steelton is going down. Not a good place to visit at all anymore. CVS HERE I COME.
